Facing the daily grind
I find myself further behind.
Of the future I'm blind
Can't see where I'm going
My age I'm showing
Two steps forward only moves me two back
Time is on the attack
Trying to find
Peace of mind
Can't live life in rewind
If you want to move ahead
Hold close, the love your fed
Time passing by
Tears that you cry
Leaving behind yesterday
For that's my only way
That's how you find tomorrow.
Don't get lost in the sorrow
May seem hard
All the times your heart was jarred
Hold to your dreams
Not as hard as it seems
To move forward
Ever toward
A distant day
The price you pay
To find your way
When the night is at its blackest and
the moon sneaks behind the clouds,
and the owls began to call, you know
there is no place to hide.
When your brain begins to ponder, certain
things that you have done, and your heart
begins to flutter; while your skin starts growing
bumps, you know that he is near.
Hiding under sheets and blankets, and leaving
all the lights on, and locking all the doors and
windows, will not conceal your fears; for
he knows what you have done.
You try to call someone, but your mobil phone just
won’t turn on, and the gun you hid under your
pillow somehow isn’t there. A cool and pleasant
breeze enters, through a broken window pane.
Will he use a gun or knife you wonder, or will he
put his strong hands round my neck? Perhaps he’ll
use a wooden bat. How did he ever find me after over
twenty years?
Guess I’ll just pretend to be asleep, and hope he doesn’t
make me suffer, like what I did to her.
You and your pliant touch lit me up, there my diva, morn.
After the shower, your wet hair and your braid, in trying untangling
Humble effort, down to earth
I rush to thee, my open palm , water soaked paperspace, and
Eyes soothing a time, comforting chime, a return to home, shalom , or even nonetheless, Perhaps
Surrounding you, an empty space,- blossom in eloquence, in me, lingering stay of mine
You and your subtle touch, where you end your earring duo,
Untie your necklace, wrapped around your neck
Time eternal, travels there through the ecopark, a fragrance of hibiscus rosa, pairing me, in pairable , impeccable dwelling reverie
Kiss met there , through a song , as unsung as a morn, unlearned, long gone
A boon of maturity outfashioned the old one in style, dancing diva, the present
In my metamorphosis , silly me, minuscule viral being, touching your eyelashes , gently swing in glum and glee
Of everyday, nitty gritty
A mourning lover , I cry in my delicate tragedy
The saree wrapped with the edge was my inevitable end, wishfully
I stop my chariot of time and wait there, in the third act
To perceive your duo, decisively
Hopeful you to find yourself, wherever you reach
Enthusiastic me is available there. There.I open my palm ,
my tragedy of emptiness, missed the world, nowhere to find thee.
Hold your head up high and put on a happy face.
Good things are coming your way.
Call it what you will be it karma, fate, or grace.
Good things are coming your way.
Don’t tell me that the future’s looking bleak.
Don’t say that life has lost all its mystique.
Don’t sit there on your duff and just complain.
Find the silver lining and forget about the rain.
Don’t act as if the sky is falling down.
Don’t let your face be frozen in a frown.
Don’t concentrate on cups that aren’t half-full.
Shake off all your worries, though we know it’s difficult.
Don’t let the bad news make you lose your smile.
Don’t let judgmental people change your style.
Don’t let the shadows ever dim your light.
Chase away those boogiemen and keep the sun in sight.
Hold your head up high and put on a happy face.
Good things are coming your way.
Call it what you will be it karma, fate, or grace.
Good things are coming your way.
If you're not happy in your work
to thy own self be true.
Please find what works for you,
that job that makes you happy.
Being gainfully employed means
you, are making money.
Happy in your work,
having a satisfying career.
There are some people
so happy in their work
that they'd almost do it for free.
You hear them say
“I can't believe they pay me to do this”
Sure, you'll have those days
where you work hard
and feel like you
earned your money.
Those are the days your
employer got their monies worth.
Some even call it modern day slavery.
But working where you’re not happy,
is like your being paid to be miserable.
If you're not happy
it’s a dead-end career.
If you're not a people person
then don't work the front desk.
You will never be at your best.
Don't answer the phone
leave those unsuspecting people alone.
They will hear the misery
in your tone,
The road not taken,
Well, that was your choice.
To thy own self be true.
Doing the same thing, every day production.
Repetitive motion, where there's little
or no chance for promotion.
If factory work isn't for you,
then find something better to do.
Santa’s elves and the seven dwarfs’
they whistle while they work.
You never hear them complain.
You are nobody’s fool
so be cool and go back to school.
If you want be
somewhere else
with someone else
doing something else.
Wishing will not make so,
find what makes you happy
and by all means go!
'LOST'
Standing at a crossroad I feel confused
Three choices of direction lay before me
Make a selection I must choose
Yet obstacles on each is all I can see
I look to my left the path is very steep
Should I take that path and forever climb
If I make it to its' peak will I like what I see
But what if I don't like what I find
I look to my right the path twists and turns
Should I take that path possibly of infinity eight
I could be going around in endless circles
Same thing everyday just a different date
As I look straight ahead the path is falling away
Should I take that path unsure if it might break
If it should crumble and I indeed fall
Is that my life over is that my given fate
Am I to climb, risk circling or tread very light
Each direction has an outcome I cannot foresee
Once my decision is made and selected path taken
Will my chosen direction be the right choice for me
With this confusion at the crossroad I still stand
A wrong selection could be at what cost
A life changing decision it could possibly be
Standing at this crossroad I feel nothing but lost.

whating to atrract new people
and not offending those
who they had already attracted
made these new adventures
more pains taken then what people
had figured.
causing people to choose between
their favorites, means having people
to make chooses that
are often more serious then what
the situation calls for.
peoples perspetions
dictate their actions.
and the budget is the configurment of sought
that define the need of things.
whats offered can be made more wideely avalible if those
creative minds allow thought
to sell for others.
It might be wiser to reduce and find a thrid
party more willing and able to
speak to people who like doing
certain things.
in sports and entertainment
grroup activities are cheaper.
being involed in the group, to
have fun, and allow the fun to
have meaning makes sense.
all people need freinds, these activities
allow people to meet.
put the focus on marrage and ZI betcha
people will start coming in .
offer packages that have jargon aimed at developing
the family oreinted fanbase
that
focuses on marriage and the importance of family.
Spring’s fading flowers
Worn down rocks on riverbeds
Trees losing their leaves
Is this growing old?
Is this what it is to age?
Not if you get there…
Spring’s perennials
The rivers water flowing
The trees budding leaves
The ones who fight age
Still lose to time in the end
The dance crude and vain
Those that grow with age
Gain wisdom, moments of joy
The dance elegant
Sincerely live life
Honestly love and be loved
Truly be happy
Unfortunately
Life’s lessons can be cruel, hard
But still there’s meaning…
Into the bargain
Life’s lessons make one stronger
If you choose to learn…
You have to grow up
But stay a child in your heart
And you won’t grow old
Age is the price paid
But the cost is no real loss
And profits are big
The wealth of your life
Is how many friends you have
Not how much money
The income, wisdom
To find your bliss in spirit
To learn, teach, live, love
Called the golden years
Some would say age is a curse
Really rusty years
Age has its drawbacks
The body starts to break down
The mind wanders off
Age is a challenge
Getting old can try your soul
Sometimes breaks your heart
Aging can be hard
Sometimes there’s sickness and pain
Loved ones pass away
Though we lose someone
They will live on in our hearts
Until it’s our time
We don’t know God’s plan
Sometimes we live a long life
Age is the reward
Cherish every day
Live your life to the fullest
Make good memories
Age is a gift from God
Wondrous metamorphosis
Like a butterfly
Grow old with your love
Are the best years yet to be?
The age-old question…
As the alchemy of flames converted spiral-bounds into ashen loam
No longer sheltering me o' genius words, it took twenty years to find another poem
It gave me peace at the time to well his wings, at 2 years old; it was me you should have took home
Of all minstrels throughout the ages, crafting limericks, I could not read for two decades a single solitary tome
So I prayed, give me strength again:
to pen these things,
to want for rhymes,
to wield this unending woe,
to be happy again in my life's syndrome.
There is much more to losing feelings; the ones required for survival
The person in life who found me uncomplicated answered a call no one else will ever rival
Her unrequited love gave life; resulting in this dead poet's revival
Love of Past
Walking, thinking, contemplating, and meditating
This is the reason for my cemetery walks, and time
Times of the past centuries; feel those lives, so nice
Ages, eras, society, culture, fates, names, memories
Yes, we can find life in the past. The future is unliked
Unliked? So sorry, Life! So sorry, God! I don’t want to live
I don’t want to live in the next time; my future is the Past
Walking, walking, and listening to the silence of the cemetery
Just feel the past, and learn from the past masters of life
Listen to their conversations, afflations, old pearls of wisdom
Love of Past
Base of Life
Future gone
Eternal Wisdom
Soul flies
In the Time
