Income-augmentation is best enhanced
In anticipation of great events
Financial dramatic Er-months entrance
For their grandiose and joyful moments
Aug’s volatile climate ain’t our hindrance

Note:
For me, Aug is one of the best months to be more financially stable in preparation for the many events like big feasts, birthday celebrations on September, October, November and Christmas Day on December. We need to buy lots of presents for the ER-months and foods to celebrate too. So we need to start earning and saving more money now, month of August.

Marriage

I was told...
A happy marriage is based on communication
A healthy marriage is based on
understanding each other's beliefs and differences
A fine marriage is based on
respect, trust, and love
For better or worse
In good times or bad times
Forever till death do us part
Perfection we crave
But... what perfect aliens are those
defying all odds
Then I learned... there is no such
perfection in our kind
Even a happy marriage can fall apart
when the important become second
Even a healthy marriage can
fall apart when stress arises
Even a fine marriage can fall apart
when the essence of trust slips into doubts
Yes I believe... it all comes down to HOW we
treat each other
So... for better NOT worse
Be in it because it's what your heart desires
NOT what your mind fools you to want
Be in love with each other with all your heart
and soul NOT you have no choice but stay
Need each other physically and emotionally
NOT just financially
And be in it because life would be meaningless
without each other
And last but not least... appreciate each other

Perfection is when you smile genuinely!

Save Me, Dear Lord

What name befits my current plight?
Cursed, broken, depressed, or a walking dead?
I've tried and tried to find an easy light,
Through this hard life, just to make it ahead.

Yet failure greets me, and it breaks me inside,
I believe in God, but He's too quiet for me.
Are my sins too many, His light to hide?
Or He turned his face and let me suffer silently?

Was I born at a time so wrong,
Where every odd against me does play?
Friendless, unlucky, unfortunate, I belong,
To a soul, mind, and life in disarray.

How plain can I speak for you to understand?
I'm struggling, financially, spiritually, thinking of DEATH.
But I'm too young to leave this land,
My family looks up to me with their hopeful breath.

What shall I do, peasant's boy, now grown?
God, hear this sinner's plea.
Rescue my soul, don't leave me alone,
Let me serve you, and let my spirit be free.

I dream of a life good and fair,
Have me experience that before my eyes close.
Change me, Lord, with your loving care,
Free me from this path of pain and woes.

Mo Jomni

Mo was run over by two vehicles,
When he was four and in Tunisia,
Which left him in a 6 month coma,
And paralysed from waist down.

He left hospital when he was six,
And immediately upon discharge,
He flew to London where his dad,
Had secured a job. Rehabilitation.

Mo did all his rehab at Mandeville,
Stoke, and when he saw the 2012s,
He decided to ask and inquire into
Disability sports, asking UK Athletics.

Directed to David Wier’s academy,
Mo became a fast wheelchair racer,
To participate in sprint and middle,
With classification in the T53 rank.

By 2014 he enlivened Team GB,
To tango at the 2014 Europeans,
Which were held in Swansea city,
Where he won a gold, a bronze.

Then came Doha in Qatar State,
Which hosted the World Champs,
Where Mo collected one bronze
In the 200m to bliss the podium.

Grosseto came next in Italy fare,
With the Euros to specify his boat,
As a gold holder in the 200 metres,
With 2 silver credits plus 1 bronze.

Mo made the finals in Rio bright,
And is thankful to WheelPower,
For buying him a top racing chair,
Which is suitable for his disability.

“The chair came..at the right time
with your help. It’s smoother, faster,
It’s my first ever custom made chair
and made and huge difference…”

WheelPower’s Chief Executive said:
“Sports wheelchairs can cost 1000s
and [it’s our] aim to help [financially]
…to give [folks] access [to all] sports.

Sport is a vital part of rehabilitation
For people with spinal injuries, and
[fitness and health are] much easier
with the help of a sports wheelchair.“

I Fancy Another Sad Poem Contest

Imagine a lovely garden, tea for two, and this story,
Five Years spent with a love and all its blissful glory,
Imagine summer nights making love beneath the stars,
Then imagine one day all your joy becoming painful scars,
Imagine one day while enjoying a beautiful breezy day,
He comes along and tells you he has something he needs to say,
Imagine while the fall leaves descend,
He tells you that he met a friend,
Imagine tears swelling up in your eyes while you try to stay intact,
Then he kisses you on the cheek and says he is never coming back,
Imagine knowing your holding his child in your precious womb,
Now you sit there silent, feeling like you’ve met your doom,
Imagine feeling rage and sorrow,
Never wanting to see tomorrow,
Imagine that what makes it worse,
Is that this man was also your first,
Imagine contemplating in your mind,
If not telling him would not be kind,
Imagine as he leaves the table,
You realize you’re not even financially stable,
Imagine as he walks toward the door,
His phone rings and you drop your jaw,
Imagine your best friends on the other line
you hear her asking him if "I am fine"
Imagine how a fire begins to start burning,
My stomachs is in knots and is painfully turning,
Imagine rain clouds suddenly appearing,
The sun it starts disappearing,
Imagine me letting him walk out that door,
Never telling him about his son in six months I will bore,
Imagine as he pulls out of my long driveway,
A truck does not see him and he swerves right off the highway,
Imagine, just imagine…

Premium Member Timmy Jones

Draughty rafters, creaks and groans
Is it wind or Timmy Jones
Not in school nor home in bed
Did he roam or lose his head
So much time since Timmy passed
Neither first nor the last

Such reputations can’t be shed
Hard to sever ones own head
Kiss the pistol-tip instead
One shot and the head was dead
Now the blackboard’s painted red
Why he did it, never said

Chief inspector Eddie Shaw
Tapped his foot: a hollow floor?
Damp and mouldy, rotted through
Boards collapsed: inspector too
Dusted down then stared in dread
A skeleton with severed head

Swirling dust a chilling itch
On the wall a double switch
One did nothing whatsoever
Flicked the second, wished he never

A concrete floor that’s widely scattered
Stains suggesting blood was spattered
Fleshless bones with single sever
No skulls to be found... ever
Black bin liner not the norm
A sleeve of this school’s uniform

Ed could not ignore its pull
The bag of uniforms is full
And on a dusty shelf above
His hand now sleeved in latex glove
No more use to fleshless bones
About a dozen mobile phones

Demolish, refurbish, which should it be
The question considered financially
Fix it and paint it and keep it all quiet
But people live long and many won’t buy it

Caretaker shuts the classroom doors
Along those draughty corridors
Speaks not much of what was found
Under God-forsaken ground
But like the school’s a haunted grotto
Teachers chant this eerie motto

In the basement human bones
School kid’s clothes and mobile phones
Be this not misunderstood
Better that you just be good
Or share a room with Timmy Jones
And human bones and mobile phones

Elon's super truck gets a bad press
there has been some setback, which will be fixed
It is too early to take delight in his setback
a man like Elon Musk has many enemies
dislike his forthrightness calling a spade a spade
he is rich, and people who disagree and take
offense, yet read what he writes
Of course, they have the right to do so, but
I feel it is done out of malice,
Many people
feel resentful, almost vengeful, saying no one
should have so much money, thinking his cash
in big bags, in a vault, while, in fact, the money
is in stocks and shares.
There are two ways to be outspoken on is to
be wealthy, the other is to be poor
If you are financially modest, you can write
freely whatever you want, but the drawback
without influence, no one hears you
 except
perhaps one or two people on
the Facebook
The others are like pebbles on the moon
totally unimpressed, but prefer niceness
It is not dangerous, and no one is engaging
in your utterings
What worries me about Elon Musk is that
his honesty is upsetting,
the authorities might
try to diminish his wealth and do him harm
Having aired my opinion, I must say how
I much dislike electric cars and am waiting for a better
system to emerge

Perpetual Queasy Student Days Recess 2

mysterious as Lemuel
     unlike hundreds of
     other rowdy seniors
     constituting the nineteen

this now mooch older non "Warrior"
     (alma mater mascot) alumni -

     of late more astute,
(yea rather boyish looking edging

     viz ranked as ole coot)
far to late for
     me or any brute
to gather rose buds,
     fat and/or slim

while I may in my dreams
     play Mozart's Magic flute
at this late stage of life,

('cept tantamount to rotten

     tomatoes and fruit)
all, cuz your truly
     did not give a hoot
'bout his future,
     later when the
     requisite need for loot
would be absolutely necessary,
     not necessarily to buy

     a fine gold spun suit,
but more so to be financially
(non bombastically, egotistically,
     nor inimitably) to toot
my own (baritone)
     horn, no any which
     ways appearing snoot
tush (more likely absent minded,

     versus trying tubby astute),
no matter this myopic googly eyed
     non-boastful logophile,
     these days (lives duet
tough lee hand to mouth
     existence) nearly destitute
his whole pro Lix life,
     witnessed, and flaunted

     (reed dit as) inked badge,
     (regardless getting promoted,
     but nearly failing every grade),
     and ambivalent toward
     dismal poor performance report cards
     testament toward tummy
     severely lacking ambition,
     while analogously forced

to climb hemp fat tick rungs
     jute dish shuss academic ladder,
     no matter rope burns
     squarely didst root
moost unfavorable outcome
     to this wimp who mouthed
     pop eyed expletive
     conveying "oh chute",

     whose then palm (olive)

found me poor bum promoted
     to higher baby boomer chair

     despite favorably portentous signs
     tubby potential vagrant,
     who would lack self reliance,
    nor give a hoot
to stitch survivalist parachute.

These countries that preach about hating terrorism
supports such acts financially overturning basic rights
Strong statements without knowledge carry little value
look to the bright side where trust is lacking
Intelligence has next to no faith if used backwards
manipulating talks takes these shady turns to falsely accuse
The twisting of classified information brews with soaring energy costs
liars harbour ungodly thoughts towards the truth
rocketing prices drawing on borderlines
Power carries a huge human sacrifice to achieve its goal
bloodbaths feed the rich, it all boils down to creating fear
Politically working on people to accept mayhem
this deal signed incorrectly against peace proves one thing
sins are passed on with this false identity shaping justice
Acceptance seems to be the new tolerance ignored
tortured like dogs victims say evil will fall in the end
no good ways erode democratic views to hold council
Freedom of speech in its uniform is under attack
opinion under pubic scrutiny paints this horrid picture
where good is considered ugly for being honest

Premium Member Midst Technology-Caused Confusion, I Trust God

I praise God for modern telecommunications’ inventions
Making mankind benefit so well
But I feel bad, when in their vexing, “gobsmack” malfunctions
I become dysfunctional; thus, my exasperation-nerves swell!

I thank God for computer experts
For their good contributions, indeed numerous
Yet I got nervous when their genius alerts
Warn me of glitches’ “bamboozles” due to internet-driven virus!

I seek God for His enlightening wisdom
When confused with social media's bewildering entanglements
I’m sad though for those who abuse information-freedom
As they deny and neglect consequences of their engagements!

I pray to God to guard me from being deceitfully puzzled
With varied scams’ alluring appeal and financially enticing
By global transactions “gobsmacking” netizens to be wealth-dazzled
Using fake identities; yet others’ privacy --- compromising and exposing!

I trust God for His control midst “hacking” ventures
Of ill intentions, never amusing, to wreck information sites
Such are shocking “bamboozling” gestures
Dominated by selfishness-blights and greediness' heights!

I rely with faith as I rejoice* in God Who knows what’s best
Despite “gobsmack, bamboozle and confusion”-attacks…
To Him do I yield my questions for His great answers to the fullest
Since His omniscience subdues my doubts with His truth’s packs!
