Two opposing warring factions, meet upon the AstroTurf
Battlefield, in the sporting arena of Victory or agony’s defeated,
Warriors of the pigs skinned javelin, tackle each other at the
White lines of collisions honor, marked by the numbered banners
Of the fifty yard kick off point, yielding unto the pillars of the
Goal post of champions!
In the heat of battle these heroes of gladiatorial games, called
The NFL, thrill and chill their fans to the inner bones of the
True sportsman living within all us, born in this great nation,
Known as the U.S.A.
In this victorious field of dreams, no illusionary visions exist,
For these powerhouse gentlemen, gain each footings sacred
Ground by athletic skill and sheer raw brawn!
To the meek goes the booing of the fumble, to the strong
The million dollar playoff championship, cheered on by their
Ever loyal crowds of adoring fans, whom are enthroned by
This sport of endurance and strength of will!
In this modern coliseum of champions, no touch down goes
Without a standing ovation, or Styrofoam’s thumps up signal
Of approval, in these concrete surroundings this is truly a time
Honored sport of traditions, to be remembered in the
Historical records of the future as a classical game,
To challenge the strongest of athletes!
Golden are the rings given as victory’s insignias,
But in the hearts of the players and their loyal fans,
The price of the championship game is worth the cost
Of every single ounce of sweat and exaggeration, shown
On this epic field of battle!
As the crowds roar, with excitements thrilling kick offs
Point of the triumphant, field goal point scoring, their
Human wave of appreciation, is set at the release level
Of thousands!
In the homes of America the volume levels of the cheering
Is off the ratio scales charts, as chairs go flying backwards,
And Bowls of snacks explode everywhere, for the winning
Play has just been committed, and the championship team
Takes the final center field of the victorious!
Hurray for the great sport known as football,
The American sport of champions has again earned
Another season of splendor in the turf war of victories,
Behold our favorite pastime, may this pigskin colors never fade,
As our flag shall forever wave, for this is truly the great
American sport of athletic skill personified!

In the dead of a moonlit night, when the stars are dazzling ~
thousands of glittering fireflies illuminate the sky,
                              when it's noiseless everywhere...
The tranquil whole world falls in deepest slumber,
who wakes up at midnight, and feels close to the other,
In perpetuum et Unem Diem...forever and one day
                               two souls.. Always together!

How ensorcelling is your majestic ship, My Darling,
which sails you away from me,
to a distant land, full of thrilling excitements,
from my lonely mundane life, I imagine thee!

I see the endless beauty of earth with your eyes,
enjoy the eternal songs of Nature with your heart,
It happened when we grew up together,
We became one soul, we became one!

The bashful boy, and the demure girl,
Looked all around, looked everywhere, except inside their hearts,
                             didn't recognize the surreal longing,
                                   until fate had them apart!

Now at the dead of a moonlit night, when the stars dazzle in darkness~
thousands of glittering fireflies illuminating the sky,
                               when it's noiseless everywhere,
The world falls in deepest slumber,
waking up at midnight, who feels close to the other,
                                  In perpetuum et Unem Diem...

Notes: Latin phrase "In Perpetuum et Unem Diem" means “Forever and One Day” in English

Premium Member Wish

Wish, a tapestry of desires in life,
Some come true, others just fade,
Some may be for future, some are from the past,
All the wish shape our future and make us dream our past.

Wish, I could be a baby again--
I will be innocent, will be admired by all,
When I smile, whole world smiles with me,
Who said, love is a daydream,
When people love me, my love goes deep in their hearts,
I don’t worry about anything, I don’t have any stress,
God created me to love and be loved.

Wish, I could be a little boy--
With caring Dad and Mom, I did not need anything,
Carefree days of playing outdoors, stressful nights of doing homework,
Going to school, to play more than to learn.

Wish, I could be teen again--
Teen age years are fun, when you make best friends,
We did things together, we had all the fun,
Our goals and ambitions were getting set in place,
We worked hard to achieve before getting bad grades.

Wish, I could be adult again--
My carefree days extended little further,
I even got post graduate degrees,
Had the friends, I still remember,
Nothing can beat those worry free, fun filled years.

Wish, my love lived little longer--
Like two strangers we met on that life's road,
Forsaking everyone we had in this world,
Like two loving hearts strolling as one,
we made our journey together in the path’s unknown,
The fun and excitements of life,
we enjoyed together as delicate wine,
The pain and sorrows of life,
we shared together as bad dreams,
The joy and worries of raising family,
we cherished with sublime sweet emotions.

Now when you are gone so far away,
I envision you every minute with my poems and thoughts,
The monument I have built in my heart,
Is prettier than the marble domed wonder of the world.
You are so far away, but you feel so close to me,
I can smell the fragrance of your beautiful smile.
Sadly, I miss your presence every day,
But it is a nice feeling to be so close even you are so far away.

Wish, I could make it shorter—
I had many desires of making it big,
Nothing much happened, retired as ordinary being,
Now I am in an age of redemption,
Helping needy with whatever I have,
Hopefully I will die one day peacefully,
Leaving my mourners cheerfully,
That the man had a dream, fully accomplished.

Premium Member A Kiss of Sunshine

taking an early walk along the shore
awaiting for the royal entrance of the new day
through His Love Divine---
I hear the whisper of the cold and gentle wind into my ears saying:
the arrival of your majestic prince of the universe has now begun

excitements I feel deep down in my heart
giving a fleeting glimpse at the side of the ocean
there lies the long ranges of mountain-tops
seems as if they hide him from me
giving me suspense on his final exquisite appearance

as the ebbs move gracefully on their way back…
carpeting his path
waves all arise welcoming him with their loveliest prelude
the cold breeze gently wafts the perfumes as peaceful as they could
a scent of the blue ocean-potpourri
filling the air up to the clouds then down to my mood

as my prince finally ascends unto the clear sky
through his radiant rays he sends me right away his glowing smiles
descending his loving touch mellowed by God’s Loving Embraces
from my face creeping down to my whole being
all I feel is his warmth: an assurance that forever He cares

a very wonderful feeling I can’t explain
I close my eyes and raise my gentle face towards his rays
trying to absorb all the blessings and graces he brings
Oh, what a great and wonderful feeling!

keeping still my chin up on high
exposing to him my rosy cheeked face as I close my eyes
then I protrude my lips
As I want to finally feel my Prince Sun’s warmest kiss

a kiss of my Darling Sunshine
a sweet kiss of love
the greatest and eternal love
from up above

Note:

I love sunshine! My father gave me a ring when I was still young engraved with words Darling Sunshine because according to him I was born during sunrise. I lost the ring when I was staying in a dormitory as a student.

sweet sixteen never been kissed

May 2024, 2nd half of our six months friendship.
I realised I had developed feelings,
I was panic as well as excited.
I worried because deep down I knew,
There would not be anything past friendship.
I started to make excuses,
To stay away from you by not going to your 2nd home.
I pretended to do some special projects
That could only be performed at the MCC,
Indeed, I did. Piano and computer all to myself,
There was no need to ask for time extension and,
Plenty of music and songs to listen to.
It was sad I had to trade all that in,
So, I could hide my feelings.
There were struggling, to disclose my feelings
Or pretend nothing happening.
End of May, something happened to my place.
I went back to visit you at your 2nd home.
It started a close friendship.
We prepared and consumed food, after shopping.
We also shared our life stories.
For the next 6 weeks,
I relived my sweet sixteen and never been kissed.
With all the excitements and our amazing past life experiences.
You were always on my mind,
I constantly racked my brain to find,
Things that could keep you interested,
As a matter of fact, I think I succeeded.
I showed you small brown books,
Full of lyrics and poems in my languages.
I shared the Asian traditional cultures and beliefs,
Even the Imperial secret formula.
All ended on the 4th of August 2024,
The first day of Lunar Calendar spirit month.
Now, you are still on my mind,
Mingle with negative feelings.
What has actually happened to you and
What were you doing to me?
"I like you". You said that too,
I loved you, but not at all from you.
I loathe you and I will forget you.
That is for sure.

With Gladden, Touch Your Lips - True Happiness

Poet: Paciolo Pen Saint

When the joy on your path empty you
Like the shadow of the cloud empty the moment to rain........SMILE
The night maybe lonely
Your sadness maybe growling
Smile stronger - hug your wounds
Smile stronger - hide your wounds
When the dawn appears - do not start the day with sadness.

Nothing is more beautiful than washing the face of sadness with a smile - An extinguishing distress with forgiveness that'll last a thousand mile
Happiness resides in the heart of the satisfied
Eerie sounds of sorrows are even petrified
As specters from their past arise like wraith
For it feed from the strength of their faith.

Happiness never finds home in the soul harboring greed after conviction
After forgiveness - caution
After certainty - suspicion
After pleasure - concern.

In the garden of isolation - make grief and wail bossoming
Make your life flowering & blossoming
By smiling - mixing sweet memories with excitements

Never fail to smile - never fail to,
Never fail to smile - & if you fail to
Your heart enters the dudgeon of betrayals
It will cost you your happiness & it could serve as your defrayal - your moments will be sucked by the lips of hypocrisy - the heart of your excitement will be stabbed by treachery.

Smile it's free - it's your jewelry
It's your weapon against treachery
The fire failing love that burns soul to ashes

Whenever you open the window of life - laugh - smile - see the magic of life with a smile
Real happiness is rest and reassurance

Premium Member The Halloween Party

ITs another Halloween
There are groups walking the street
Looking happy with themselves
And their stash from trick or treat

We’ve got toffees by the door
And a bag of lollipops
I’ve taped up the letterbox
To stop unwanted drops

The tree outside is webbed
The pumpkin lights are lit
I’m dressed up like Hagrid
But my costume doesn’t fit

Waiting for the neighbours
And their throng of ghosts and ghouls
For the annual spooky party
We host again like fools

And suddenly the house is full
Excitements on the rise
The dog’s under the table
Fearing her demise

Hoops thrown around witches hats
The mummy has been dressed
Now it’s time for Zombie Tag
The dogs looking more stressed

The din moves to the garden
security lights ablaze
The apples have been bobbed
So now it’s time to graze.

A table spread with orange cakes
With crisps and monster munch
Soon looks like a tornadoes past
Did these kids not have their lunch ?

Can we watch the telly now ?
I hear a little pumpkin plead
Casper the friendly ghost is on
Yes ! i say - just what we need

Now it’s time for the grown ups
Who look exhausted tired and grey
Eying up some different spirits -
Called Merlot and Cabernet !

“Mums fallen in the bobbing bowl”
It’s tipped and made a flood
“ Bit too much red wine ?’ asked Bob
No I said - It’s vampire blood !

A sleepy superman appears
Arms outstretches I hug him tight
It’s time to wrap this party up
See you all on firework night

Day I Became a Lover

it was last summer
you promised me
your love in presence of
thousands of
flowers & stars
you’d been the dream
of mine since that day
just imagine i couldn’t
sleep at night for
you’d stolen my sleep
both day & night
celebrations all around
with my dudes for
my bliss had reached
its summit i looked at
the surrounding, but
i could see nothing for
you’re everywhere
unlike those days
i could hear the songs
of ROBIN all the time
just like me it was
happy as well
i got tuned my guitar
& played it while ROBIN
was dancing on a branch
just over me
i sang songs of love, beauty
& harmony
i was overheard by
lasses next door
they gave me their company
showing no jealousy
i gave the news to
the boy next room
i was blind with love
and overjoyed
couldn’t imagine
the dawn of the next day
for it’d been the moment
you’d promised me to
meet up
i knew it’d be
MESMERIZING & SURPRISING
i knew that i would be
the moment i would
hold your tighter
it’d be the moment
i’d hug & kiss you
a song unending’s
being sung, but its
melody was unknown at all
for sure for i’d lost in yours
i got into my best clothes
and ambled towards the
park which was filled with flowers
i was full of excitements
for it was my first day
as a LOVER
‘at last i’d got my fiancee’,
i felt & i knew that
my life which was full of
fun would be over
for i had been a LOVER
at last

Voyage To the Destiny

Deep in the Silent darks,
wandering and swaying around
I was, once content with life full
and concern less.
None to lad me with the
burdens of responsibilities,
nor someone to share
my loneliness.

Life held for me little surprises,
and even fewer
excitements in the
monotonous chores.
On one such dark
expeditions, was i broke off
my usual routine
when I met her...

Imperfect she was...
And also intruding and irritating..
But I too was not more
perfect, and longed to
give her company and also,
to have her presence.
She was always there- Sometimes distracting
and some others even annoying-
Pricking and pinching and
stinging me now and then.

I did it all-
Soothing her and
cajoling, as she
Screamed and chided me.
Eventually, and gradual it was,
she too showed a change-
Sublimed was she and
also softened

My love and patience blooming
and bearing fruits,
She glowed brightly with
strong sensuality
and delicate frailness.
A gift she was... Although in disguise!!
I cherished her beauty and form,
with all the reverence I could muster...

I loved her too much to leave,
making the inevitable parting
even more impossible...
She vanished suddenly
as she had once appeared..
As a pearl, most ditinguished
and unique...
Abandoning me there...
A deserted oyster to die
In the still waters of unending depths..

The Exaggeration of Stories

so you’ve met a storyteller,
one who sits down & is able to enthrall as little as
1 or as many as a
group, with tales of their lives, however remote, however ridiculous &
they help pass the time in this life,
this only life &
we get on along with them, you & i,
we tell them to those we know,
we pass them on to loved ones,
we share them at work & the
stories blossom into better ones,
gathering flowers all the way,
sparking like firecrackers in the sky,
sometimes warm as a brick fireplace in late autumn,
sometimes cold, quick & sad as a death in the family,
but nonetheless,
a good story sticks with us &
we run it over & over in our minds,
we understand the stories that have been passed on through ages,
we understand those just thought up yesterday,
with all the time in the world to retell,
to invite them within, to use them in our daily lives,
be them wise or without motive,
it is the stories gained through communication,
through the conversations brought on spontaneously
without ulterior motivation, without the want to get
something from someone, somewhere &
the beauty reciprocates when we hold them dear,
feeling the need to exchange together the struggles, the
excitements, the horrors & the fascinations
all along the trail leading nowhere whatsoever,
but oh, wasn’t it interesting?
