Each day he felt the distance growing,
separating him from where and who
they thought he should want to be.
Though he was adrift in the currents
of prevailing winds, he felt the pull
of strong undertows -- and he didn't know
to which he should acquiesce
or against which he should struggle.
He neither acquiesced nor struggled.
"Didn't he think he should shave, shower
regularly, get a hair cut, lose weight,
shine his shoes, change clothes,
and show up early?
Shouldn't he set an example?"
He wanted to imagine a "but"
to refute apparent logic,
could do no better than to scribble
description which drifted across
the pad, influenced by other
undertows. He tried to last, having
once believed in the universal
flux, but could no longer. Finally,
he avoided mirrors and others'
eyes, kept to the rooms' darker
corners, and no longer engaged
in conversation -- not even with himself.
I am in love with you
It's so true
I am deeply engaged
I am solely enraged
my heart ship a beat
cause you're so, so sweet
I'm in love with you
Yes, I'm in love with you
and I truly do, love you
And I wanna tell the world
I just want to be yours only girl
I solely, I only I
I am in love wit you
O' I, I, I, I am
Deeply sweetly in love
In love with you only
In love with you solely
I'm in love with you O yeah, yeah, yeah yeah, yeah;
I'm in love with you
Yes, I'm in love with you
and I truly do, love you

Sweet heart my passion dear pumpkin
Sweeter than a cabbage you are my sweet corn
somewhat louder than the bourn
Deep into that darkness sprouting
Liken a flower blossoming
How they were shouting, touting - flouting
those the farmers and gardeners
They abloom allemandes abstracting
Ah, distinctly I was defoliating
Your stock, your stem the bud of your flower
My mind always strays to you you’re beautiful as the trees
I crave your sweet, shrubby sycamore
I crave the awash, abloom abstract almond leaves
That, that the moment my soul grew cute
What could there be more purely brute?
Sweeter than the summer sun
Hotter than 4th of July
somewhat more covering than a parachute
you warned me about the spreading roots
Come grow with me
Come grow within me, come go with me
Deep into that darkness rising
the palmetto seemed happy synthesizing
what could there be more purely enterprising?
And the Tasmania was utilizing
Of the emergence's that is realizing
Deep into that darkness pollarding
Deep into that darkness spiraling
Instead I uncovered the squash
There stood an engaged goulash
While I pondered, awesome and swash
Much I marveled the square cherry tomato
I crave the gorgeous, glorious garlic
Remembering many cacciatore, horrendous mounts
The many microlight mushrooming
Such you are as I am
A pollenated vegetable won’t you be my flower
Come my sweetheart my flower stand with me under the rain showers

We have reached the base of the Idol
where the iron is now mixed with clay
a kingdom broken and fractured
its lack of strength in full display
There can never be any cohesion
of elements weak and debased
governments and religions so splintered
where virtue and truth is erased
Oh senate of Rome you still rule here
and golden coins her decisions make
the amalgamations of your religions
continue the confusion you create
Your churches fictions were born in Persia
and your idols birth from Egypt took root
from Greece and Rome your philosophy
and senators who lie for money your offshoot
The former fools of the court now staged
the drunken revelry of Greece and Rome
highly paid keep your citizens engaged
is the takeout they dine on at home
History now accurately documents your error
the scribes no longer paid to hide your sin
but every truth has been now recorded
into the book of time not held by men
Men live as though
no record to their life exists
that every reflection of our minds and thought
and of our bodies
not in time encased
They seem as quickly to forget
the place where all exist
in where ever is the book
of time and space consist
Our inheritance millennia's of lies
the table of the world of thought
it has twisted the aim of the target
until our own destruction will have it brought
Tis the net and web that seeks to catch us
the bait is saturated with wine and song
a cup full drunk with its inebriation
until you cannot see what's right from wrong
Every conception in time has given birth
to the ideology that has taken root in man
it has grown into the tree that has not worth
and its branches to be burned and condemned
Men lavish praise on their idols
for the trophies and the titles to win
but if it is self service that you are seeking
the table that's spread will in death end

This year is different
Surly you see
Covid got Santa
He set the elves free
Prancer’s in charge
Of running the sleigh
The gift bags reek
Of manure filled hay
Comet and Blitzen
Are engaged in a spat
Over which one will fill
The jolly guy’s hat
Dasher forgot
To strap down the tote
Rudolph’s nose has a short
And started to smoke
Donner’s mask was too big
So he traded with Cupid
Both were ripped in a fight
Over something so stupid
Now their noses are bare
And they can’t risk the spread
To innocent children
Sound asleep in their beds
So they’re two reindeer shy
And one big guy less
The sleigh cannot fly
It’s a whole Christmas mess
Collagen may help increase muscle mass and strength for the elderly. One study tested 72 male participants, all of which engaged in the same exercise regimen, but half received supplementary collagen while the other half received a placebo. While all participants showed muscle improvement, those who received the collagen experienced significantly greater improvements.
Alleviating Joint Pain
In a six-month study, 200 patients diagnosed with joint pain were given either collagen hydrolysate or a placebo. At the end of the study, participants receiving collagen were significantly more likely to report improvement in joint pain than those given the placebo. These results suggest that dietary intake of collagen may be effective in treating joint pain for some people.

Azura de'palls the grid,
surveyor on placebo crystal pillar lampstand,
mid eyeing treeline,
at curmudgeon sky.
Angels filter embrionic ether sift of gland,
at will beyond reason why as song impends.
Joy expands to fill empty vessel,
like a potters clay, wheel spin off of love.
To make it rise in sentience and have
witness of the day, cogs to move
like Fury's and Valkyries blessing the Sun.
Something of its own, has self bestowed,
but not on it's own but with witnessed promise Elysian Ode.
It is granted from the fertile soil turned by the long suffering toil, cascading from eyes to ears,
in water,-shed fountain beyond the years.
An urging of his mistress, poetess.
She is his elixir of siren
and beauty in his Chyrened espouse.
Gowned at the orphanage of foundry.
Engaged at the gaze of our Father in vowed.
Love, she is his muse, fountain of holiness,
his empress to empower.
She makes ready for the wedding the courtship
and bridal shower.
She is his bride,
and He shall not forsake her for another,
Protectinme.
You are radiant.
You will be given away by the Holy Spirit.
But kept, instill as inSister,
Mothered within His power through Mary,
who is God's Mother.
Love is in the Temple, Tower.
He wrote words that enticed her.
Whispered musings to seduce her.
Induced her body tingle without touch.
Cajoled her heart with sensual ink
He was half the world away, yet she felt him so close as
he connected with every part of her body, soul, heart and mind.
Every word was woven on her heart.
His elegant voice enchanted her,
vibrating every beat of her life.
Distance frustrated her soul,
as tears cleansed her pain each night.
He heard a knock on the door, there she was dressed in black.
Her aroma grabbed his senses, her secret smile left him helpless.
Eyes locked in serene silence,
he could hear her heart pulsating.
As he placed his palm on her cheek,
her whole body felt paralysed.
Heart shivered, body trembled as
he smoothly stroked her silky hair.
Tentitively his finger explored
her tender lucious virgin skin.
As their lips engaged, he inhaled
her fire, breathing her oxygen.
Finally tasting his beloved’s nectar,
Their eyes shut with ecstatic delirium.
Caressing every part of her body,
she no longer had any control,
as his passion cultivated her body.
Planting his seeds deep inside,
passionately she whispered his name,
as their bodies harvested,
merging deeper and faster,
with his tongue carving every inch
of her body like a chisel until
their volcanic desires erupted.
His words were now her reality, his embrace her sanctuary.
He held her tight, whispering promises to never let her go.

A Study in Love
Her expressions were delicious, her aroma intoxicating,
Her presence was lovely, and her conversation intriguing.
I was at a loss for words as we engaged in study, together,
Of the arts, which separates human beings from the animals,
But it didn’t feel like working to me; it felt flirtatious.
And when the spark from her eye leaped into my heart,
I was emboldened to ask her, shyly,
“Do you believe in love at first sight?”
And without hesitation, she answered, “Of course!”
(As she gently placed her hand on mine, the touch, soft and warm.)
Naturally, I was taken aback by her quick response
And gazed into her face, contemplating whether to kiss her or not.
The moment seemed real, the timing perfect, and she was willing,
But the fool in me, out of desperation, looked for an excuse,
Afraid to show my innermost feelings due to my upbringing,
Pulled away, pretending to resume our interaction in education.
But my mind blossomed in that encounter!
The birds refuse to wear bird
masks.
The nerve!
They refuse to practice social
distancing.
Such verve!
Their claws in the pond, they do not wash
every second each day.
They do not serve!
Such wondrous creatures, they.
Gloriously free in this month
of May!
Lawsuits they do not write,
Far too engaged in their freedom
and flight.
Whilst man wears masks, hides and
cannot sleep at night.
Following mad scientists to
make things right!
So, perhaps a lesson can
be learned?
If you did not get it, you
simply have not heard!
