Blood Alchemy

I carry generational tears I didn’t even cry
Carry the weight of the curses, I don’t even know why
The traumas, the struggles, the lessons to be learned
The biggest one of all: Don’t leave any stone unturned

For every drop of blood that’s been drawn and bled
And for every single tear that’s been emotionally shed
It’s a reminder of the things that’s been left unsaid
And of all the things that we’ve tried to leave for dead

It’s time to wake up and it’s time to act fast
It’s time to unbury the skeletons of our pasts
It’s time to break the chains and throw away the key
It’s time to unburden those that live on after me

The Turth About Childbirth

It's claim
To fame
Is pain.
Through this we gain
An heir.
There
Is nothing like it to compare.
To break the chain
Of some thing this intense I need to completely
Relax mentally, physically, emotionally, close
Out all chatter and remember medicine will
Impair
My mind while I am trying to maintain
The ultimate goal. There are those who feel
This doesn't pertain
Remember there is no shame.
You will have a scattered brain
Which will have to catch up to keep your mind
In the game.
I can't scream, tense, strain,
Or even grab the handrail
When a contraction takes over my body's frame.
By not doing these things I am trying to
Minimize the drain
On my body which is getting ready for pushing
Out an heir. To prevail
Is plain
Focus on my focal point, pay attention to how
I inhale
And exhale.
When the pushing directive is declared
My body doesn't stop it keeps right on going
Because these contractions need to keep
Flowing.
My body is aware
As my baby comes out I take in air.
The happy tears are falling like rain
As I take in every detail
On my baby's body with care.
Having my baby was debonair.
Where I felt tired and a drain
I feel like I have gotten my second wind to
Sail
Sleep and rest will come later. It's time to
Entertain
Family and friends who have come to exclaim
Over the newest addition to our domain.

Premium Member Domestic Abuse

Under layers of pain wrapped in the hurt,
Under betrayal hidden from sight,
Pinned to her heart that’s broken and black,
Pinned to a feeling of spite,

She walks and stumbles and falls to the ground,
Naked she’s dazed, she’s stunned,
But her body no longer feels anything,
Her body’s emotionally numbed,

From all of the years of walk the thin line,
Domestically handcuffed to this beast,
Her mind was a toy for his psychotic games,
A game where her mind was the feast,

Now all she does is stumble and fall,
Bleeding her mental farewell,
Existing in a tragic life that has gone,
Living a life full of hell.

Dedicated To a Belmont Beauty

he does not deserve you
he chose to give his heart and his love to another
he embarrassed you in front of the kids when you told him you lost your job
he verbally put you down and made you feel worthless
he emotionally drained you until you were darn near brainwashed
he made you feel worthless to the point where you second guessed yourself
he caused you to be so lost that you struggle to figure out Your True Worth

i Glorify The New You
i Uplift You as embrace the Knowledge of Your True Self
i Pray for You to only become even Stronger in Your New Walk
i offer sincere support to you when you come the inevitable fork in the road
i Honor You for finding the strength to leave that toxic situation
i put You on a New Pedestal because Your New Journey is Inspiring Me
i Befriend You because of You just Being You

I AM PROUD TO CALL YOU MY FRIEND,
AND I THANK YOU FOR BEING A FRIEND TO ME

Premium Member In a log cabin with you

For me to be
in a log cabin with you
on a cold winter night,
counting the stars,
touching the moonlight,
as feelings of passion ignite
a fire in our hearts,
and when we kiss,
we reach a higher level
of bliss,
and I'll be the first to admit,
there is no where in the world
I'd rather be,
then right here with you,
you see,
for me to be
in a log cabin with you
on a cold winter night,
sipping glasses of wine,
as we hold each other tight,
and I whisper soft phrases,
intimate praises
in your ear,
as I emotionally disappear
into you,
and we become 'one',
there is no where in the world
I'd rather be,
then right here with you,
you see,
for me to be
in a log cabin with you
on a cold winter night,
making love endlessly,
all through the night,
creating our own paradise,
from sunset to sunrise,
this is what life's all about,
there is no where in the world
I'd rather be,
then right here with you,
in a log cabin
on a cold winter night.

Premium Member Emotionally Numb

sitting and pondering
drifting into a
silent reverie

but sometimes
solitude is a fragile shield
against ignorant perceptions
leading to somber conclusions

demonic voices act
like harbingers
predicting doom

innocent eyes
plagued into a trance
become emotionally numb
watching the world go by

invisible tears
suppress pain
with time
struggling to eliminate
predictable outcomes

suffering signs of sorrow
go unnoticed like
undelivered messages

spirit screams
STOP TORTURING THE SOUL
but sanity crumbles
like Autumn leaves

and

subtle yet
insincere gusts
blow each one
towards distant
shores

Premium Member You Killed Someone

How does it make you feel knowing that you killed someone emotionally? How do you live with yourself and go on, now that you’re free?
Are you that selfish and cruel as to not even give them a second thought? They fell in love with you, and oh how they fought
You filled them up with lies and promises that you never intended to make come true, you’re a different kind of killer, but there still lies evil inside of you
How do you not know that you’re the cause of their pain? I believe that you do know but you’re not going to accept the blame

You get to walk around free as a bird with no punishment to take, while they must forever live with what you did to them, and what you called a mistake
The mistake was that you fell for this person at all, because you didn’t really care it was just for the thrill of it all
You’re sadistic and you know that I’m right, how do you lay down and go to sleep at night?
Do you dream of your next victim? The next one to pay the price, for choosing to fall in love with you, that just isn’t right

There have been many that have fell victim to your game, and even a few have lost their minds or even gone insane
You don’t understand the degree to which you have left your mark, is there anything at all inside of you, have you no heart?
I know all about how they feel because I was the first victim, the trial run for your cruel twisted game, the first one to play the part, to be forever changed.

On Learning To Become a Guru

On Learning To Become A Guru...

Unbeknownst to this unsuspecting witty mortal,
a reverberation attributed to butterfly effect
linkedin to hotmail twittering Facebook member,
who resides within Bhutan, his dignified volition
accorded me magnanimity titled sage without any

influential collusion from Russians bestowed yours
truly with said honorably distinguished appellation,
which humility of mine humbly accepted without a
protestation, though never would I brazenly adopt
spiritual holiness, yet flattered to share such rare

pronouncements, when unsolicited feedback lobbed
in my direction (way before advent of Information
Technology Revolution) often tendered, kindled, and
belittled this gentle human, sans when bullies slung
byte ting bit torrent loathsome scandalous red zingers

targeting personal vulnerabilities, asper being under
socially withdrawn, painfully shy, plagued with speech
impediment (severe nasality) caused by submucous
cleft client, plus weighing where needle budged from
absolute zero pounds, topped with passive demeanor

susceptibilities conveniently converging to establish
this bruised Earthling ideal choice as scapegoat, no
kidding with dread to endure endless days, weeks,
months...a lifetime channel of opprobrious, noxious,
malicious emotionally demonic, cannibalistic, barbaric

abominable, damnable, horrible diatribes chipping
(dale lee) at what measly self confidence shielded
fragile psyche fast crumbling into grist for hungry
caterpillar, unbeknownst that flight path randomly

followed by a representative of Lepidoptera order,
would ineluctably set very subtly infinitesimal
fluctuations within air (currently supplying biota
with requisite oxygen), also training perturbation.

The Cruise

I took a cruise with a boat full of strangers
but I could not mingle much.
I wanted to watch the wide open sea.
Some passed me by saying : Hi;
I would nod smiling, glad to have taken note of them,
but then I returned to my watching.

Hour after hour, by day and star-lit night
I found myself sailing upon the waves.
The ocean was often wild, sometimes calm
and with every great surge or gentle ripple
I responded emotionally until
all highs and lows
became one oceanic mind.

In that restless expanse
I recognized my own flowing
and innate life,
something worth the sailing upon
as it forged a path over the ever changing
toward a still and pacific harbor.

Premium Member Driven By Desire

It's always best to keep some feelings
Hidden from even your mate
Not to share every innermost thoughts
When relationships are at stake

Each of us can be emotionally affected
By charm, personality and image
Doesn't mean we don't love our mates
Feelings at times hold us hostage

Human nature is what they've call it
Might as well cash in your chips
If you can't look at beauty passing by
It's there to brighten life's trip

So please don't call it illicit or immoral
When males are driven by desire
The female form is a vision of beauty
That ignites every man's fire
