I walked alone for long on the desert trail
Saw the trembling mirage creep, melt away
I didn’t know then my wanton life I would fail
For no hand I found holding mine on my way.

A caved dune rippling in the dry desert wind
I didn’t see a tender sapling struggle to grow
In the moist crevice of sand layer it could find
When the rare raining clouds descended low.

I saw you walking on a crisp evening in winter
As if floating along the sandy valley toward me
I felt within me sun’s glow on your face enter
Arid loneliness melted, flowed out in a stream.

My feelings swam in the shimmer of your eyes
The sun went down, the dusk told you to depart
In the distant dune horizon you would again rise
Hold my hands, make me realize I have a heart.

Be beyond belief
Calm cheer conceive

Apt autumn asks
Dance dying dusk

Glimpse glowing grace
Purpose primes pace

Hurl healthy haste
Touch tactile taste

Mind movement meets
Say something sweet

Bliss bearing blooms
Reach rapture rooms

Busy bee buzz
Free fleeting fuss

Lofty looks light
Signs sizzle sight

Notice nice nows
Play pesters plough

Bloom beyond brave
Know naughty knave

Love lives lovely
Live love lively

Reap rowdy rhymes
Taste touching times

Seek succinct sight
Live limpid light

Touch timely truth
Procure plain proof

Faith flavours flow
God gives grand glow

Hope heals hurts here
Design dream dear

Love lingers long
Sings surreal song

Brief blossoms bloom
Zesty zeal zooms

The Secret Of Life

They asked the mountain, old with snow,
“What keeps your ancient heart aglow?”
It did not speak in thunder’s cry—
It held the sunrise in the sky.

They asked the river, running fast,
“What makes a moment always pass?”
It laughed in silver, slipped their hands,
And wrote its answer on the sands.

They asked the forest, deep and wide,
“What truth do quiet roots confide?”
The leaves replied in trembling air:
“To lose the light is still to share.”

They asked the night with all its stars,
“Why beauty blooms in distant scars?”
The dark leaned close without a sound
And let a billion lights be found.

At last they asked the human heart,
That breaks and mends and breaks apart,
“What secret beats beneath your pain?”
It whispered, “Love — again, again.”

Not gold, nor fame, nor victory’s breath,
Not walls that keep the world from death,
But reaching out when hope feels thin,
And letting fragile brightness in.

The secret is not locked away,
Nor written where the wise men stay—
It lives in ordinary days
In quiet acts, in stubborn grace.

It is the hand you choose to hold,
The mercy given more than told,
The way you rise though torn apart,
Still carrying an open heart.

And when the final dusk arrives,
And silence folds our little lives,
The only thing we ever keep
Is love we gave — and love made deep.

Childhood Theme Park

Childhood Theme Park

In the shadow of Ilkley Moor,
Cow and Calf rocks watch over.
Growing up in a rural town,
A childhood hillside rover.
Flowing like the River Wharfe,
Young days of endless wonder.
Summertime never ending,
Joys of innocence I plunder.
Nature trails in bluebell wood,
Lido swimming in open air.
Bogey cart down Curley Hill,
No fear for safety, didn’t care.
My town was full of adventure,
I had my very own pebble beach.
Tickling Trout by old bridge,
Hide under stones out of reach.
Hebers Ghyll, moorland streams,
Teasing the whirlpool in May.
Pooh sticks from dusk to dawn,
Just one more perfect day.
Memories of ten years l treasure,
Shaping the person in me.
Ilkley was my first theme park,
Days of future past, let them be.

Wild

Meet me in the Woods
Under the Open Sky,
The Autumn Roads
of fallen leaves left behind,
At dusk or dawn
when its not too bright,
The drizzle of flowing River
Across us shall lie,
A splash of Air
over our faces ; Our feets shall be
at such heights,
And we still be rooting
For far mountains of snow shine.

While we rest at the end of steep hill,
listening to the heaviness of our breath
taken over by the Whistling Wind

Unruled by the time span ;
We gaze through the thin Air,
Until each of us have softened
our hands and laid down our backpack.
The Mystery of our silence
warmed up in burning flames of Fire,
And we smile along with
the song being played on the Wire ,
We fell asleep
Amidst watching the Stars dazzling
on to the Vantablack Sky,
And hearing the night creatures
as each of us silently lie.

Whole Night sensing some Vibe,
We crawl under our blankets
the Coldness touches Us
from some random Site .
The Uneasiness telling us it’s the Time
We start our journey
to not miss what usually is kept disguised.

Its Stepping on the fresh layer of White
our foot prints as if imbibed ,
The white piercing the darkness
fuels Us with excitement and
Victory over our Pride.

Our numbness called
once the nature unleashed its Surprise,
The round Sun rising along
and throwing its light.
Our eyes refraining to open
 We in a total mesmerize,
Determined We watched
as far as we could; Rising up with shine.
The purity was beyond Sanity
We saw the Sun Nurture
the Snow fallen here last night,
Like a mother soothes
her baby curled up in her arms as tight.

And it seeped in us,
deep where our soul cries ,
Moist eyes carried the vulnerabilities
the ones our heart forever whined.
Here I meet Me ;Uncensored ,Wild
for the very First time.

Ballroom Delights

At the Parisian Ball

wrapped in finest gowns

of virgin-snow, sugar-rose

and washed-out pistachio pastels

The hour-glass shapes

 with tied narrow waists

waltzed with gallant men

togged up in midnight-dusk tails.

Victorian ladies in frilly petticoats

and gossamer laces

swirled in delicate silks

Lifting their pretty faces

to crystal candelabras

to ceilings'baroque paintings

and to the chattering sounds

of the gathering crowds.

From the half-opened pantry door

She listened to the music

which played melodically all night.

In her simple black dress

nude stockings,white apron and cap

Solo,She danced, with the light of the moon

which was glowing so bright.

Her slender hips swayed

in a flirtatious curve

Wishing...Dreaming

to get a glimpse of his world.

Through the mirror on the wall

She saw him standing tall

As he danced with his noble mademoiselle

Through the mirror on the wall

He saw her standing small

He caught her reflection

young love and affection

Yet,He kept standing there.

She swore She could feel it

The longing,the feeling...

It was written all over his eyes

He never got closer

His princedom can't own her

But She knows She's the one

She is that little star

which keeps falling so softly

in his cold vacant skies.

Ebony inks the emptiness of space,
highlighting the stars that adorn the night.
And as Luna rises to take Her place
day's shifting shadows morph into twilight:
as the moon and sun attempt to embrace.

Dusk dons a sequined, ethereal shawl,
as distant stars twinkle in the darkness.
And the sound of a chirping cricket's call,
breaks the silence imposed by dusk's starkness:
its lone serenade; heralding nightfall.

Shadows surrender their shape to the night;
like rippling ribbons ruffled by the moon.
And playing hide and seek with Luna's light;
they get haphazardly scattered and strewn,
stretching and shrinking in and out of sight.

Dawn's first light pierces the night's ebon heart,
thrusting through its impenetrable shield.
And fragmented silhouettes fall apart
as darkness capitulates, forced to yield
to the sun, as a new day gets its start.

The Gravity of My Mind

My mind is heavy like the whole cosmos,
A wonder fills my thoughts about mankind.

From dawn to dusk—on Everest’s peak I stand;
My goal: to watch the world go by,
And jot a memorial note about the last days.

In those days—Carimea will rise against Nrai,
Leading to killing and famine across the world.

Covid and Ebola will spread among nations,
Their names too bitter for lips to mention.

A gender will tie the knot with itself in the open,
Saying, “Adam for Adam, Eve for Eve—no God.”

A man will rise and say,
“Better my daughter than my wife,”
And a woman will say,
“I’d rather lie with my son.”
The old will sit awhile in the barn,
Reflecting on their fading years,
Saying they need hot blood
To warm their cold blood.

A person will trade a family for wealth without shame.

The shepherd will fleece the sheep he claims to guide;
Churches will grow like mushrooms in the rainy season,
For bread-winning—not for saving lost souls.

My mind is heavy like the whole cosmos,
And on Everest’s peak, I stand in pain;
Writing this memorial note, not in vain;

Signing it:

In a world where hearts tremble
When they’re heard –
They feel like they might resemble…
Something absurd,
Possibly a stardust night,
Quiet and fleeting,
Soundless as the light,
Who, at dusk, is retreating.

In a world where souls appear
Lost amid the shadows –
Are they lost in troubled fear?
Still, there was One who arose,
Yes – we know Him as the Son,
More perfect,
Shining brighter than the sun,
With more love than I could depict!

In a world where doubts inhibit,
Leaving hearts broken,
Will the pain forever prohibit –
Light from uttering the unspoken,
Words to reassure,
Painting lives in hues of grace,
Promising hope will endure,
As His light reaches out to embrace.

In a world where there is trouble,
Beyond what we can express,
Trouble that seems nearly double,
What the honest heart could confess,
When will I know relief –
From the sadness and mourning,
The darkest sort of grief,
Feelings that feel like a warning?

In a world where my heart is breaking,
Can I ever know true peace?
Sometimes, the fears are overtaking,
Causing my joy to decrease.
But I know One who makes me see,
Despite the darkest greed,
I can reach out and He will guarantee…
Love that is true indeed, love so true indeed!

In a world where souls are dying,
And only Jesus can really save –
He reminds us to just keep trying,
Because there is joy beyond the grave.
There is joy that comes from knowing –
His love awaits us over there,
Where His light and love are glowing…
Because He went before us to prepare!

In a world where pain has resolved
To destroy our hearts and souls,
Our darkest sins have been absolved,
Because He brings grace and He controls…
Even though there is death to meet,
His love is greater still…
And Jesus, with His love, will defeat…
That dark enemy who intended to kill…

darkness was overcome by a love so real,
Love from the One to whom I kneel.
He is Jesus and He has placed His seal…
On every soul who believes He is REAL!
