Premium Member superficial silence

why do we
still assume that whispered diamond dialects
delicate and sheer
aren't scripted with blades
that curdle blood-stained musings
as summer symphonies scorch ebony skin
tattooed with dark and deep sinister sonnets
sewn from superficial scarlet syllables
that emanate rusted mahogany hues

so listen to the mulberry metaphors
that rain with roseate rhymes
from the hazy melancholic midnight skies
where not every mist of dust
becomes a halcyon teal blue rivulet
of passionate poetry
nor do they mirror
the wind
carrying unspoken tale
that is veiled
beneath twinkling twilight tides

When the northern wind goes back
to its polar abode,
the glacier strands of cloud fly away
on the arctic wings of winter,
the satin southern winds
compose with the cadence
of velvet breeze an ode
for the sapphire spring.
The humming birds sing
when the dawn’s colors explode
on the dew-drenched meadow,
with the sparkle of diamond splendor,
letting the spring in the amorous air
bloom the beguiled buds of fervor.

While through the sunburst dust
we walk in the sequined dawn,
lighting up the garden’s garnet path,
where the dwindling lines
of floral saplings sway surmounted
in the summer squalls of discontent,
the love-starved flowers wither
with the shriveled essence of my longing.

I feel the poignant crunch
of flowers beneath my feet.
Every step is then an articulation
of my fragile brittle feeling
of the soft collision of yearning
and the wildflowers of my deprivation.

Yet, even if the bruised beauty
gets treaded upon the fallen blossoms
in the storm raged meadow,
I paint their shape-shifted insignia
on the blue canvas of our togetherness.
In the twilight zone they will glisten
with the patina of residual florid rapture
within our opal sanctum inside,
the garden of our real home,
where the flowers will bloom again.

Emotions of a Demon

Dear Reader! Please listen to me with patience
This poem is the death knell of a lonely life
Yes, not of a human, but a creature’s life

Life is life, for everyone, but mine is different
Different, I am not a human, otherworldly life
Yes, but fate exiled me to the human kind

Hmm, so I look like a man. No wings. It’s bad
The human body is a prison, a jail for my life
My demonic soul can’t live, can’t fly. It’s agony

“Because you are guilty! A sinner!’ Said Satan
“You have broken the laws of Hell!” He said angrily
Yes, I am a sinner, I want to go back to Hell

I feel like the universe, my mind is dark blue
Beautiful black light. The feelings are contradictory
I don’t like human’s love. Death’s feeling is life

I am looking for a demonic lady to live in Hell!
I want to create a new hell in this alien world!
Ladies here are mortals, and feel different kinds

I can’t understand women here; all are human
Dear Reader, I don’t want to offend you. Please
Please, understand my demonic soul and mind

Don’t think that I don’t like women! I had a lot in Hell!
But here I don’t find the only demonic one! Oh, life!
My human life is sad to me! Lord Satan, forgive me!

“You must suffer! You must do penance!” said Lucifer
Hmm. I am afraid, very afraid of human love. Pain
What can I do? How could I appease the Lord of Hell!

“You must live there! You stay there! Forever rebel!”
Horror. Oh, what's coming up in my sad demonic life?
What brings the future in this disgusting earthly life?

“You must feel that! I gave you everything in Hell!
You had a harem of demon women and a diamond castle!
But you rebelled against the Holy Laws of Hell! Good luck!”

The huge wrought-iron gate of hell creaked shut
Hell has condemned me to eternal human damnation
Oh, dear Reader! This is the sad story of my dying life
Please, give me your sympathy, be patient with my life

Thank you for reading
Thank you for listening
My ask, my cry for help!

Rapturous petals always
reflect the immortal,fiery
light.
The impregnable,potent
snowstorm abides in the
passing rainbow.
The symphonic melody of
the past blooms like
a delightful creek.
Every step in this tough,
rocky road is watered
by agonizing tears.
It enfolds the undying,
unrelenting sun.
Its solace is a sublime,
wandering grace of
the dark rill.
Unraveling the tapestry of
zeal is released an unwavering
truth crossing the
labyrinthine heart.
The light of diamond transcends
unswerving,towering cliffs.
Our beloved ,enduring
daisy,even the wise
star bows to your
innocence,grace
and beauty.

Premium Member - True Love Never Dies Or Lie -

As time flows gently by and we grow old in each other's arms
Sailing away on our memories each rising sun seems brighter
I love the way you look at me forever young like in our teenager years
Holding the limelight of an adoring beauty captivates the soul supreme

Your eyes still shine with the sparkle of diamond blue skies
Each passing new moon our destiny beyond the milky way beckons
I love you most of all, it's no lie
Faraway in a universal dream fulfilled

Not only my lover, you were my best friend too
United under one flag upon the fig tree a dove sings
Every minute I think about what we have done together
Such blessings embrace even the smallest dewdrop kisses

Our love for each other has always been true touched by your divine presence
An offerings laid before your temple kneels adoringly
Can you remember the song that was our ballad royal
When we danced cheek to cheek breathing within your air

Only then in a silent warm closeness breathless whispers
Did I believe in you who skipped inside each heartbeat
Realizing in the second beat how much I care glowing with desire
You are my oxygen as I breathe as one song singing warmly in your air

Happy Birthday Momma!

When I was born, my life sucked. I wasn’t important, nobody really cared. Some bad things happened, and eventually it led me to you. I was only three, and didn't have much. Then you gave me a home, and became my family. You made me feel safe, and I was happy. I finally felt like I meant something to someone, I found self-worth because you made me feel as though I had value. Treated me with kindness and with care, as if I was your own. And I knew then, when you held me in your arms, that with youI am loved.

You were patient with me when I couldn’t understand. You stayed calm when I freaked out. You stayed strong through the struggle. You made me feel like I was enough when I was doubtful. All those nights I would cry, wishing I could be normal, to be like everyone else, just wanting to fit in. You hugged me and said that everything will go the way it’s supposed to. All those years I would take my anger out on you, didn’t change how much you loved me. But made me love you ten times more.

You gave me a life worth living, and I wouldn’t change anything. Because of you I wake up every morning, continuing my life that you gave me a shot at. Everytime you push me to be my best has made me stronger, and makes me better. I can’t imagine life without you, and not sure I’d make it without you. But I will always try harder and harder, in hopes that maybe one day I can give back some of all you’ve given me. I will always push myself to succeed, just to make you proud. Maybe one day I can give a better life, of which you are much more than deserving of.

I thank you for all you have done. For all the times you cheered me up when I was feeling grey. For all the opportunities you have given me. For pushing me to be a better person, so that I will get far in life. I will never choose for this to end, because you have given me something to love. I love you with all my heart, and that love will never end. You have done so much for me and there aren’t enough words to express how grateful I am for you. Hopefully one day I can repay you for it all, though I doubt that is even possible. I am so much more than blessed to have you because you truly are better than the best.

I love you to the moon, the diamond stars, infinity and beyond…and then back again. To my universe, Momma Bear, Happy Birthday! And may all your wishes come true.

Premium Member And So It Begins

And so it begins ...

The sad sad story
of why I’m lying in a hospital bed
with my right leg in traction

Valentine’s Day arrives
My girlfriend moans about her weight
So I didn’t buy any candy
It was just a small oversight!

In the evening I planned to propose -
Being environmentally friendly
I gave her a plastic rose
Big mistake!

When I got down on one knee
I presented her with
a ‘placeholder’ ring from the dime store
this was a HUGE error of judgement ...

With piercing stiletto heels
she kicked my knee from under me
I’d no chance to explain
I wanted US both to choose
her real diamond engagement ring!

And so it begins ... Poetry Contest

Premium Member The Epitome Of Afterglow

The smoky dust screen blows away far,
beyond the halcyon horizon to nowhere.
The flotilla of cotton clouds sails
in the concave ocean of cobalt.
Bowed slender blades of cinnamon grass sway
in the crisp air on the lap of pasture turned fawn.

Lining up the sun-burnt cinnabar garden path,
I pave anew to engrave your footprints,
the trunks of tawny trees stand forlorn like me.
The setting sun ignites the inferno of spectrum
in the seamless blazing sky of my longing,
makes the crumbled collage of vermillion embers.

Soaking the scarlet of sunset my heart is drenched
by the tinsel drizzle of the dwindling twilight,
I see the stars sprout in pellucid autumn night.
For the frozen gloom in the winter of discontent
I retain the endearing warmth embedded
in autumn’s buoyant afterglow.

I see then how the argentine aura
of the mesmeric moon envelopes you,
where I float on the stardust waves of your charisma.
My vision is enmeshed with the lilting lattice of dreams,
weaved by the enticing filaments
of your entrancing fervor.

The diadem of diamond dew decks the dawn,
while the malachite tapestry spreads unfurled
on your emerald meadow,
where my yearning saunters to reach you,
following the new turquoise trail
I wish you trace only for me.

The true essence of love I then perceive enthralled,
configured with the glint of your sequined charm,
designing the milky way in my psychic firmament.
Draped by the enchanting luster of your alluring shine
my heart’s horizon will forever radiate sanguinity
as the epitome of your afterglow.

all poetry begins with presumption
should you expect anything different here?

I would not hold a full lung's air too long
would not bust a bronchial capillary
in the waiting for its novelty to find you

my preconception is that you get me
my scents of sandalwood and burned cedar
smoking off my ungenerous rolling bones

each night in the dicey flight to catch eyes
each rheumy sighting a spotlight on me
validating stares as none found in my mirror

yes, yes, yes, no need to agree on everything
my shadow already has that on employ
it follows me everywhere, the generic niceness

of compliance even when sun and day
have curled sidewalks in their closing grip
	of hands' contracting reflexes

of keeping time to explain its mess
of squandered hours and no farther
into the telling expressions of understanding

it is such a misunderstood word, slippery
is at best the slope, understanding is a double
black diamond downhill careless championing

can-can-can-do attitudes are known to accidental
you into a good decision as swiftly
as a bad choice is unchosen, in revision

is it a history of when and how it's all written down
upbraided as if it is the same as having settled

scores of a game whose name we've now forgot?

Australia day

2025.1.26
It is Australia day, congratulations.
There were so many different opinions.
National day or Devided day?
Celebrate the Country or
Morn the Invasion's history?
To avoid the political heated debates
I headed to Sorrento beautiful bay,
To soak up the warm sun's ray,
and let the winds softly brushed my face.
The Sun shined high in the blue sky,
The white clouds danced and drifted away slowly.
The waves swayed rhymthly with the sea breeze.
I climbed up to the St Paul's Look Out,
The 360° uninterrupted view around me.
Providing a breath taking panorama view.
Down the long path timber steps,
I walked along the Coppins track.
The low tides helped exposing many sea rocks' surfaces,
Flat, layered, rough and smooth plateau.
Which normally covered by the sea water.
In the bottom of the sea baths.
The waves rushed in and swiped
All the objects on their paths,
Once the water spreaded evenly,
At the edge of each rock's surface,
As the sea water poured down,
Small water falls liked were formed.
Just like the table cloths would drop.
Slowly, I reached Jubilee Point.
A magnificent coast line and beaches run side by side.
Facing the water, the Sphrinx on my far right,
Diamond Bay was just on the other side.
Diamond like glittered on the surface of the water.
Not far away, the timber stairs path,
Led to the Bays of Island.
Australia, especial in Victoria,
With large lushed lands, deep blue oceans,
We should form one country.
I had a wonderful and peaceful day.
I let the political debates behind,
Kept someone out of my mind.
