I'm not sure where I am sometimes Mentally.
I Lose the line between whats fiction and Reality.
I look around the room after moments of being thoughtless,
just to realize i never left and the keys still in my pocket.
I chase the shadows from the walls and watch them disappear in to the cracks
I scream at the door, my heart is racing, they call them "Panic attacks"
I rewrite these same passages in books that over flow ,
Each one is slightly different that i can't just let them go.
I Call my mother bawling and I can't find the strength to stand
I'm Sobbing on the floorboards with a blade within my hands,
I count the seconds that turn into minutes turning them over in my mind,
I know Shes on her way but what if she doesn't get here in time?!
I'm lost, I can't see because this once brightly lit room its littered with spots of black,
I can't remember how to breathe each breaths coming out is gasps.
Every thing is tight and I feel like i'm suffocating,
Like a ropes around my neck and my feet are beneath me hanging.
I try to take deep breaths and i feel the fire in my lungs,
Burning me with every inhale another scream leaps from my tongue,
I Call Justin Crying and I Don't even know what happened,
One minute i was fine the next i heard someone else's fingers tapping.
I found myself confined to the room that keeps me safe,
That same room is the room i now can't escape..
I'm Dialing 911 and my hands are shaking so bad the phone is Blurry.
I'm yelling at myself "Mom, I need You, Please get here, Please Hurry!"
I'm terrified, I'm running so many Scenarios through my head,
I Feel just like a child, Afraid from the monsters beneath my bed.
I can hear the van outside, I hear foot steps in the hall,
Then all at once the Noises stop like they were never there at all!
I open the door to an embrace that brings my back to Reality.
I'm so ing sorry..
Because Loving Me Is A Tragedy.

Ain’t enough whiskey in the world to ease my sorrow
Ain’t enough whiskey here to soothe my troubled mind
Might just be enough to get me through to tomorrow
Forget my every worry, leave them all behind… for a time.
Ain’t enough time tonight to get a little distance
Ain’t enough time to close the doors to the past.
Maybe I can find a way, it’s all about persistence.
Time’s all I got tonight, but it’s not going fast.
Ain’t enough noise in here to stop myself from thinking
Ain’t enough noise, all the echoes still remain
Seems a little silly, to sit alone just drinking
When all the booze in this here bar could never ease my pain.
Ain’t enough hope in my heart to get me home now.
Ain’t enough hope that you’ll be waiting for me there.
Too tired of it all to even try dialing the phone now.
But still honest enough to admit I still care.
Ain’t enough whiskey in the world to ease my sorrow
Ain’t enough whiskey here to soothe my troubled mind
Might just be enough to get me through to tomorrow
Forget my every worry, leave them all behind… for a time…
for a time…
for a time…
Have you ever dialed a sunflower?
Lawrence stared at Dorie, she was a beauty
And he was in love with her.
His grandpa had admitted he had dated a ginger once.
But grandma came in so that was the end of that.
Lawrence loved everything about her green eyes and her red hair.
She was smart, and funny, and he wanted to spend his life with her.
Don’t be in a hurry! His parents had told him.
It has only been six months.
Six months was long enough. He knew.
He watched her pretend to dial the sunflower.
The sun on her hair made her appear magical, like a pixie.
He asked her to marry him after the dialing was over.
She squealed like a happy six year old.
He could not wait to be married to her,
so he could live the rest of his life
in fear, like his grandpa
In a cozy home where laughter bloomed,
A mother watched her children, once in their rooms,
Four bright stars, each chasing their dreams,
With hearts full of hope and ambitious schemes.
She nurtured their spirits, she cheered every win,
Through scraped knees and heartaches, she held them within,
Now they’ve grown tall, with lives of their own,
Yet in her heart, a soft ache has grown.
She picks up the phone, her fingers a dance,
Dialing their numbers, hoping for chance,
But silence replies, no voices to hear,
Just echoes of memories, and whispers of cheer.
“Busy,” they say, as they conquer the day,
But busy feels heavy, like clouds turning gray,
She texts them her love, her pride wrapped in words,
Yet the silence returns, like a flock of lost birds.
Did she do something wrong? A question that stings,
As she sifts through the moments, the joy that it brings,
She recalls all the laughter, the stories they spun,
But now it feels lonely, like a race never run.
Her heart feels abandoned, a garden unkept,
Where once blooms of love in abundance had leapt,
She watches the world through a window of glass,
As seasons keep changing, and time rushes past.
Yet deep in her heart, she knows they are there,
Chasing their dreams, with a love that they share,
Though busy and distant, they carry her light,
In the shadows of life, she’s their guiding sight.
So she breathes in the silence, and whispers a prayer,
For the love that they share, though it feels rare,
For in every success, in each path that they roam,
Her heart is their anchor, their forever home.
And though the phone rings silent, and texts go unread,
She holds them in spirit, in the words left unsaid,
For love knows no distance, no time can erase,
The bond of a mother, a warm, sweet embrace.
When I was a child I waited for Your call
How could You do this to me
We stood by the phone but You were busy
How could I have thought You heard
The youngness wasn't enough
You were too disconnected to answer
Unaware we dialed You again and again
The others waited too and starved
I believed in Your love
The Omnipotence fragmented
For you Brother
The signal was one ring and I should ring back
But the Power said disconnected
I tried You again but the voice said no
The number you have reached is not in service
So I checked the number and again it said clear
Those tears turned into a river and we saw You sail by
You were needed at the church and the glory
Two children stayed and together was no matter
Dancing we made new games and prayer
Oh Dio
Am older now and the prayer
My brother is gone cause he took a cab
Their was no fare
He doesn't wait now but I still
I hear him in the night
I see him in strangers and glances
Begging You I wait as before
The toys help with those moments and dialing
Your phone rings off the hook
God help us all
I call the law! Am dialing it now! Hello!
Spirit friend speak time to what time has been even to my enemies this be soul time to everything anything everywhere on some things time is called to everything. To everthing there is a season and a time to every purpose under heaven so use your time wisely. A time to be born just remember the time and a time to die yes I remember the times and A time to plant and a time to pluck up that which is planted. A time to kill the evil inside the bloody frame in the mind and a time to heal so believe in the shadow domes of life A time to break down whatever it is.
A time to weep in tears for some of us the tears are reserved in a bottle. A time to laugh with joy for all headquarters.A time to mourn yes I remember the times of dancing happy and free. yes A time to cast away stones clear ring the spirit house complete yes and a time to embrace what you need a time to refrain from embracing. yes A time to get a time to lose a time to keep and a time to cast away seem not much we can keep yes. A time to rent a time to sow a time to keep silence a time to speak yes a time to love love for God is love and a time to hate what you be and what you see a sad time for me. yes A time of war a time of peace this will repeat. what time is it? Traveling through a dream it seems with blue skies and foggy clouds around the broken times in the dimensions sphere it all comes down to time when time will be no more!
To my timeless ones we call time on you time the spirits to see what time will bring to thee yes to those that live outside of time excuse me what time is it? Is time not respected It will be. In the name of my King of Kings the great King of Time the one that made everything beautiful and said! It is good! He has set the world in the heart and all things in our hands so that no man can find out the work that God maketh from the Alpha to the Omega to the beginning to the end when time will be no more! So What time is it? I claim my time! one two to three!
Christmas time was the best memory under the pine tree.
In South Africa we do not have a snowman and reindeers,
Instead we celebrated it with cookies and ginger beer.
Days before Christmas we will make wreaths,
Out of cinnamon cookies and sweet treats.
Passing houses in the street, you will hear Bonny M
Singing on the beat of the drummer boy I will stomp my feet.
Baking cookies with mum, I had so much fun.
Three days before Christmas Eve, we will decorate our pine tree.
A star will be put on top that was always my job.
On Christmas Eve we will dress up,
and wait till midnight for the ticky band with a 5 cent in our hand.
All dress up in black and white,
They will sing O Holy Night,
And under the tree we will end with Silent Night.
The night won’t stop there, because presents must still be shared.
You cannot wait till they call your name,
Presents was a week before on your brain.
I received a red, plastic dialing phone,
First toy I could call my own.
Christmas under the tree,
Was my sweet memory.

The meaning of “emergency”
Should not require discussion.
Ignoring one, you’d think, would have
An instant repercussion.
Today, though, some “emergencies”
Are not what we once thought.
A hospital ER is filled
With those where scrips are sought…
Or diagnoses which, before,
The office of a doc
Would be the place where patients
With a flu would likely flock.
The government “emergency”
Appears to me the same,
A non-dire situation
Called such merely to inflame.
A punishment is possible
For dialing 9-1-1
Reporting an “emergency”
When clearly, there is none.
The time has come for pols to act
With conscience as their guide,
Before a true emergency
The people will provide.
I am stuck in the darkness of another sunny day
The demons inside of me, prescriptions cannot slay
My psychiatrist is demented
I’ve got psychoses she invented
For each new diagnosis, extra I must pay
The world inside my head is a scary place to be
Sometimes I am unaware of which persona controls me
I am alone in a crowd
The silence is too loud
But it is too crowded when I am in solitary
Positive forces are in a negative state
If everything is normal – there must be a mistake
The reinforcements are arriving much too late
The euphoria I feel, I know will soon abate
My masculinity is crying like a child
My libido is running around wild
My id has started to let go
There is nothing super about my ego
I can no longer function
At this neurotic junction
Compassion is out of fashion
And pierces like acupunction
Individual personalities inside
Have been born and died
Some committing suicide
A tact I do not abide
Left to devices of my own
Captive in my home
Not casting any stones
Decaying to the bones
Dialing 9-1-1 on the telephone
Jackie who was permanently stuck in the twos after
a childhood vaccine that was due..
Larry's addiction and prior crimes that led to his
affliction and wheel chair confine.
Bill who struggled with his c.p., only hoping that
others could see beyond his disability..
Joe whose institutional blows caused stuttering,
frustration and angry explodes..
Carol whose Asperger's left her obsessed compulsively
dialing strangers on her ex boyfriend quest..
George who got an inner thrill by chasing trash trucks
until they turned on the hill..
Phil who in public would stop and beg to touch the
calf of a woman's leg..
Barbara with her theatrical flare who craved full attention
every where..
Howard who lost his serenity when any change occured
in his vicinity..
James and his life long obsession with Marlboro lights
and fake wrestling..
Our society labels them developmentally delayed but
many were the best friends I've ever made..
