A child saved is a soul saved
Plus a life.
A life well lived with purpose and destiny
Living by the law of love
Not a burden at age with all kinds of strife
Little people
Full of wonder and grace
It’s in the first four years
That their wiring is firm in place
How they perceive life
Sets the tone and the pace
And determines whether or not
They run a good race
Behold these little ones
Like wet cement
Impressionable
Events stored in their subconscience
Compressible
Deep within the young life
A command center resides
It is the driving force
Beneath the layers
Where secrets abide
The things they experience teach them
Be the more diligent to reach them
Show them favor
Season them with wisdom
Their character and their walk will have flavor
Because wet cement
When dried
Becomes fortified
We don't need another generation
Mortified
What kind of fire have you ignited
The torch we pass on
Does it burn brightly
From all you provided?
They are an impartation of us
We need warriors
Skilled and tough
Do we see the treasure buried within them?
Are we capable of bringing out the best in them?
They are nearer to God's heart then we are
Each child we help to reach their destiny
In our crown is a star
Trapped inside all of us is anxiety that needs to be let out
When it rears its ugly head and disrupts are thoughts it leaves no doubt
We must replace these uneasy feelings with meditation leading the way
Stand up to this demon and try not to listen to what it has to say
People who are overwhelmed by this are not weak but very brave
Trying to defeat this is a lot of work as you become its slave
Ignoring it will not cause it to pack up its bags and move away
Talk with medical experts, positive help they can convey
You are certainly not alone in your fight to have peace of mind
Most of all do not give up on yourself you deserve to have the best life has to offer
Believe you can defeat this and in the end, it will make you stronger
Anxiety is lurking in the corner ready to strike anyone at any time
Never give up on yourself you have the power within to send anxiety to the back of the line

at the edge of my heart, frayed lines linger, reflecting all the memories that hold two lives together ~ by poet
It might not mean that you have gone,
But when I feel my heart’s light grow dim
And the strangeness of yesterday’s dawn,
Reminds me of that old, old hymn…
It might not mean the silence has come,
To the heart who feels so dark and alone,
Though my thoughts often will succumb,
Beneath the hesitation of a shadow’s groan…
It might not mean your love is wrong,
But everywhere, there are hues of fear,
Pressuring me to listen to the words of the song,
Collecting them all – every single tear…
It might not mean each breath is a prayer,
To feel your love, I’d quiet my obsession’s grasp,
Knowing that you’ve caused me to beware,
Quivering smiles, pleasures who tend to gasp…
It might not mean that I’ve given up on you,
But sometimes it seems that is all I can do,
Though our love is no longer brand-new,
Something inside me will ever pursue…
It might not mean that our hearts are through,
To me, you’re not a saint, but you’re so good –
When I feel least sure, you bring sweet déjà vu,
Though it’s not perfect, it feels just like it should.
It might not mean that we will always hold on,
But there isn’t a doubt that we’ve shared the best,
Moments in our past, I’d build a life upon –
We can be certain we’ve been blessed!
Hotkey is a game played on a keyboard,
All players in click sensation, typing fast
Through elation past even having to see.
Bits of binary pixel grinding trying...
To keep up with the speed of a mind,
Blind by a bliss of the Poet's best.Write.
Right! A duel of light in the keyboard, to mind
1 rhyme just Write! Into the light, never pausing
To see if the keys keep up.
A game I play that I call my puck.of lips
As I send my best kisses to the wind.
A game I named...
Hotkey ;Penned.
And again, stories are flying in the air
Crashing and smashing speeds of light
There, are tales of love both new and old,
Electric fights with bitters told and some fibs,
Notches in rhymes of time, and Acrostics!
Liquid dreams with screams of tomorrow
In the writes of the Fellow. Poets at the
Table, writing fables at the speed of lightening...
Envisioning visioning reason listen listening
Scribbling clicks into pixel lights...
That follow behind. The mind of a Poet.
A duel of light with this keyboard of mine.

~The Pen called Fun~
The monuments are stately;
The churches are impressive.
The frescoes and the statues
Are amazing and expressive.
The ruins do proliferate,
Their grandeur still inspiring,
While trattorias beckon
If your energy's expiring.
Yet best of all the offerings
That render Rome exquisite
Are the streets set up for strolling
If you have the chance to visit.
The cobblestones and alleyways
Meander and invite you
To step inside the many shops
Intended to delight you.
Then suddenly, around a bend,
A fountain looms, enticing,
Surrounded by gelato stands,
For pick-me-ups sufficing.
To people-watch or meet head-on
Historical remains,
Just roam the streets and you will feel
Italian in your veins.
A Southern Band, so grandeur
Always professional as they tuned and toured
The Skynyrds, as i grew up with them
Southern gals and Southern men.
Rossington, Medlocke and the famous Van Zants
Straight Southern Rock without a slant
Boogie riffs, and maybe a spliff
But what they produced, was my music wish.
In 77, their world fell apart
This horrific plane crash, did its worst
Cassie, Stevie and Robbie Van Z
The pilots and Dean, died at the scene
Three days after, this title tasker
Ironically titled Street Survivors.
The courage and love
As they moved through the years
Every time i play them
It brings a few tears.
My only wish is too see them live
Absorb their music capture their vibes
Wave their flags, as they do each tour
And wish all their lives to be so pure.
The above words are from who i am
James from Scotland just - A Simple Man

Offspring between close family members
not biologically fit nor ablest
even if direct immediate relations
consider themselves best
buddies, emotionally intimate, and offload
heavy matters weighing down
on their respective figurative chest,
cuz lurking within brethren and cistern genes,
and/or chromosomes dwell deadliest

searingly robust reproductive human stock,

which surgery could imperil and render feeblest
unto Caesar, an ides of march, sans flimsiest
excuse for a successor

which progeny could exhibit the frailest
constitution, and possibly appear as freakiest
looking hominid this side of Schwenksville
with napped hair most frizziest
affixed to a beanpole gangliest
androgynous cisgender metasexual

not to mention ghastliest
simple minded looking gruesomest

Words of people do touch me sometimes,
When I sit down and remember,
Not the fortunate but the less fortunate,
When you realize you are better off,
When you stop blaming God,
Stand up and face the world like a man,
When you realize where there is life there is hope,
When life expectantly opens itself for you,
When we realize we have a purpose in life,
Our own doors to this life we possess the key,
When we stop trying to figure out life and live it,
When the person besides you knows you better,
You realize there is a worrying perspective to all this,
We can never reverse what we have done,
Only do what tomorrow expects from us,
Words of encouragement come from all corners,
Like graffiti written on the streets,
Those who speak up,
Offer hope when tunnels of life hold you down,
Truly are the blessed and send by the heavenly father,
To give you one more chance in life,
Not for the sake of smiling but making better decisions,
To choose your friends wisely,
Keep your enemies closer,
Expect the best because you can become the best.
Be positive at all times,
Watch your life grow fruitful,
In all directions in all paths.
Yesterday...
I dreamt of becoming a nurse..
So, I studied hard, give my best to my course..
Thus, smiles and praises of patients who came to my care, I incur...
Today...
I am in midway of my dreams...
Attitude and character, I learn to trim..
Achieving memories of lifetime gleam..
Someday..
I will also walk down the aisle...
Wearing elegantly white satin gown..
There at the end, the man I'll be with will be waiting...
Tomorrow...
Who knows what will it bring..
All I know now is I will do everything..
Pursuing risks at hand not feel guilt after that I never did..
