She's a charming love attraction,
Always dresses fit to thrill,
When she's looking for some action,
She's looking for a heart to steal,
And her charming eyes can mesmerize,
The heart of any man,
While her warming smiles can magnetize,
Them right into her hand,
And she's nobodys fool,
She's sexy sweet and cool,
She can charm any man right into her hand,
Then drop them like a fool
And she gets some satisfaction,
When they say her love is cruel,
And her only shown reaction is,
"I'm nobodys fool!"
She can easily charm the devil,
From the heart of any man,
And her way is having several,
Caught up in her hand,
And she's nobodys fool,
She's sexy, sweet and cool,
She can charm any man right into her hand,
Then drop them like a fool,
And her charming eyes can mesmerize,
The heart of any man,
While her warming smiles can magnetize,
Them right into her hand,
She"s a charming love attraction,
Beaming with sex appeal,
When she"s looking for some action,
She's just looking for the thrill,
And she's nobodys fool,
So sexy, sweet and cool,
She can charm any man right into her hand,
Then drop them like a fool,
She's a charming love attraction,
So sexy, sweet and cool,
And she gets some satisfaction,
Being nobodys fool,
And she's nobodys fool,
She's sexy sweet and cool,
She can charm any man right into her hand,
Then drop them like an fool,
Cosmic Adventure
There, upon the launchpad, the countdown proceeds
as bolts explode, and the umbilical apparatus releases,
and massive amounts of energy bursts from engine ignition
to create propulsion thrust and lift-off reaction
for the vehicle’s escape from Earth’s gravitational attraction
in sequential stages, skyrocketing into the orbital trajectory
of slingshot phenomenon to the universe of cosmic adventure,
likened to explorers in olden days piercing the unknown aperture.
Through the porthole, astronauts marvel at the spectacular scenery
as they watch their country on the blue planet disappear gradually.
Emotionally restrained, the astronauts resume their mission,
methodically pushing buttons and recording observations
in a four-dimensional continuum relativity experience,
limited in scope by the laws of scientific ingenuity.
Well done
If you can’t do what you love
Then love what you do
This may sound rather cheesy
But nonetheless it’s true
Not every job that should be done
Will have the same attraction
And then again not every job
Will promise satisfaction
However fancy it may be
However high the pay
Still this is not a guarantee
That it will make your day
A job must have real purpose
Be it fancy, fine or strange
And what makes it important
Is when it brings about real change
When it serves the greater multitude
Be it the rich or poor
When it lays a bridge for progress
Or creates an open door
And bridges make connections
As doors lead to what is new
And new things create new chances
Be it many or just a few
And new chances bring new blessings
And when counted one by one
Each blessing shows the value of
A job well done.

SINS OF THE FATHER
Just a maid,just sixteen,a serving girl ,
a go-between upstairs and downstairs,
her scene 'til love was to intervene;
She,so young,he,the master' son
a web of attraction, begun one rainy
afternon,in June;A familiar tale,oft told
of one so shy,the other bold,an affair
one hot summer long, where despair does
conclude my song;A baby came the
next Spring but he sans a wedding ring
left for the Great War ,the wench,
the babyboth shown the door;In action,
the teenage swain died, the lass, with
bairn, cried and cried ,their kin,his family
with conscience money salved their pride;
NEVER TO RETURN
He went to be a soldier one cold and
wintry Spring, dying for a noble cause
that all then believed in;The lilac was just
budding when news of him was sent,
her last letter returned marked ' killed in action'
described ,the honeymoon they’d spent;
feeling the kicking baby within , Gran wept
and cried ,that April day, dear Granpa died.
NAN
So sad,full of care
the face of nan,
life,lines her beauty
so fair-
this girl full of care,
this face of love
'cross memory's chasm
I now stare;
And sadness hide-
For youthfulness
we cannot share
apart by kin's time-line divide
THE LEGACY
In circumstances unknown
she left this world alone;
‘neath the fast flowing Ouse-
we judge not nor accuse!
This lovely wife of thirty-one
whose beauty does transfix and stun;
dying in circumstance unknown-
leaving husband,daughter bereft,alone!
Heartbroken,distraught he searched
in weather, bitter and cold;
‘til a final illness took hold--
family tragedy again made,manifold!
Orphan Lily wept alone,just five
with now no family home; The Great
War just begun-her tiny world,undone!
Circumstances unclear,unknown, Frances
left this world alone;her legacy though lingers
long,in looks,of grand daughters of my song

The spirit of the old west
a cowboy of song
He sings a pleasant tenor on the world and its wrongs
And he lifts up the spirits when he sings of what's gone right
and he's cheered this game producers days and her nights
He explains his profession in the most basic ways
and he teases and conjoles and flirts and has his say
He's clearly a boss man on his own large spread
but he meets her in cyberspace to laugh and share a thread
We talk about the state of the world, the simple things
the things that bring us strife
and we talk about music and the sorrows of past life
And we speak about the challenges of our every day
and he makes me laugh and think so fast
And cares melt away
Distraction, attraction, laughter and mental rapture
soulmate best friend energy there
I challenge this man to remain my friend
to have and hold on the physical plane
Cause cyberspace is fun and all, but I would rather be fly fishing
or riding horses in the back 40 and singing cowboy poetry

Coincidence is the hope of a non-believer.
Living in a house, in the middle of nowhere,
No noise, no commotion, just lots of fresh air.
Oh isn't this the life? A perfect holiday,
A perfect time; to get away.
The sad dark man, with no hope in his soul,
Has now finally found, what he is looking for.
You’re not looking for love, but it's jumped up and bitten you.
How do I know this? Because it's bitten me too.
But you are the cause for me being bitten,
Once shy; now forever smitten.
Speaking is hard and thinking is harder when you are high,
But I've been thinking of you, since I said my goodbyes.
Awaiting the day I see you and your peacock feathers raised high,
Every colour of the rainbow, is all I see in your eyes.
It was hard to say goodbye, because I wanted to stay with you,
But if our future is together,
It's something I'll have to get used to.
But complications, have built a wall between us,
Only together can we bring it down,
If in each other we truly trust.
But you’re not looking for love, so what’s a brother to do?
I can't simply find someone else, when all I think about is you.
If you would let me in, to open your mind
And let you embrace darkness, you wish to find.
As well as the bright white shining light, you have followed,
Then two of us then, shall shine together.
The darkness has now passed and we’re addicted to the sun.
We love this warm weather; we love to have fun,
We love unbridled passion and satisfaction.
Can this just be a coincidence?
Or is it just an undeniable attraction?
You make my heart purr, like a cat with the cream,
I love to sleep each night and meet you in my dreams.
It's a shame you only want, some fun and a fling,
For now I must leave and go do the whole mundane love thing.

Blue, I feel blue as I stare into an idea confused by the new:
Divided States of America.
Formally the United States of America.
Epstein’s dead, suicide they said…
Hollywood’s elite, they are all creeps.
Antifa/BLM cynical groups that believe Police are criminals.
Trump was President, it was pinnacle; a miracle that we survived in a country divided by hate.
What is the real mission of the politicians?
It’s the have and the have not’s, the keeping up with the Joneses era.
The Carbonaro effect.
The Media implants these thoughts of sorts, controlled by technology we are robots
Looking for a hotspot, wifi, somebody let me in, let me online.
We have gone mad, it’s sad.
Slaves, modern day slaves to tik tok, instagram, Facebook, such crooks robbing us of human interactions.
What’s the attraction?
Days, weeks, years, many hours included
Minutes we spent above, now saddened, deluded
Moments shared, in private, continual we
Deceived be, looking past I see
From the day we first met
Attraction, absorbed through music shared
Revealing the hurts of our past
Captured, our hearts now care
Days, weeks, in trance
The unbalance our lives created
Minutes we spent above
Meeting in Glasgow our lives related
To the Island you had to go back
This reality you always said
You knew you were going back home
Knowing our reality was dead
Weeks and months passed by
Always knowing I was by your side
Monetary problems caused a rift
I helped in my wanting stride
Then came the day
The day I travelled to you
You asked so many times
This feeling of feeling true
At Arricife we met
Having told me your with someone else
For the weeks, months, years that passed by
I was discarded, left on a shelf
But on that Thursday, in the apartment we
We released what had happened before
Tears, cuddles
That had captured the Glasgow, thee
Then that call on the Friday morning
Because of the history between
You were barred from interacting
This two who loved so keen
Sound asleep early Monday morning
3.15am, when it again began
Upset, wanting to see me
Desiring two, to become lovingly one
Moments once again were shared
In depth, and loving sighs
Making love for hours and hours
Amidst our saddened cries
We awoke later that day
An agenda of life your to meet
Now cancelled,
Kissing, cuddling, you desire we greet
We spent this Monday in bed
Talking, kissing, about many things
Wishing that we were to be
And what our future would bring
But you had already chosen
On the week that I was due out to fly
For these days, weeks, months I've wasted on you
For your tomorrows, you'll internally cry
Goodbye.
We went on a day trip to Gozo
Just one look at her and I thought ‘oh no’
Her hubby was so meek and mild
She talked to him just like a child
She whined when she got on the bus
This was wrong, that was wrong – what a fuss
All she could do was moan
I wish she’d stayed at home
She continued to moan with no stopping
She didn’t want tourist attractions – only shopping
Her husband he did what he was told
He was young but looked haggard and old
We got off the bus so see an attraction
But she said ‘No Way! I want shopping action’
She finally got some time for her wish
She bought a glass vase and a dish
She also purchased an umbrella
Then started going on about the weather
She spotted a shop sign that said SALE
When she found it was closed she went pale
I gave her hubby a ‘knowing smile’
Guess he’d lived with it a long while

Whose heart was most wounded, ancient Adam,
when lovely Eve, once apple of your eye,
appeared not only your fair, sweet madame,
but also passion's plaything doomed to die?
How did it feel to see her smile waver,
to watch her, helpless, take a step away?
Did she cry, seeing she was for savor?
Did your heart split at the loss of child's play?
When she kissed you after the garden shut,
did you recall before dark transaction
when only butterflies filled up your gut?
Now you weave love with filthy attraction.
Oh, Adam ... may I ne'er taste that disgrace:
seeing innocence perish in her face.
