An Ivory Knight

On morning's rise
A knight did ride
Into our side of town.

With his radiant stride,
And pearl armor which shined,
Our gaze was his golden crown.

He graced us with death-defying tales.
Of dark chasms he nearly fell.
And spoke of caves and coves,
The which, night's fiends surely hailed.

And in the midst of his vivid ballads,
He asked for some silver.

For his steed had suffered blindness
"From brutal war," he addressed
To any who'd lend their ear.

"Of course," we cried!
"Anything for a hero of mine!"
We gave him half our coin.

But it was only after he glided
Through noon's set did I realize:
That when he turned to wink goodbye
His horse had two full eyes.

Torn are the pages of a callow poet’s scripts and poetry
whose temperaments in intensity brews, obscurity he owns
this lad of seventeen summers, by deluges done in,
unfortunate understanding and  s
                                                   u
                                                      c   c   o  r   beyond his reach

Could it be his fiery red hair complements his fiery despair?
Flames of passion forged and fashioned from fragments
of wholeness denied blamed
Treacherous wrath resilient with bounds
and a harsh fixation that poison can cure
A martyr of poetic unjust, starved wooing words
spurned disdainfully by ruthless curs
O the valor oft times dons the mantle of resign,
sobering, despairing leap away, away
from the s c o r c h i n g   i n f e r n o
internal, and into the great expansive beyond

Alas, at Sir Wrens St Andrew’s,
there lay the flesh of a premature eternal rest
and then, to bones yet destined to become fully-fledged

             n_                        _f

an arsenic end,
steel grey runs through veins
conscious elements eminence
Farewell to his anguished soul,
for his is a romantic eternal g’bye
fiery passions, temperate, b’fore him
an endless sorrowful slumber

A forger’s legacy

Elinoure and Juga Rowley works
War irks, such irks
Scarlet drips his corpse
O beloved knight in shining armor,
sisters’ pleas _/\_ raven’s mimicry
What war brings is not bright

“Virtue’s race
Is run in paths of pleasantness
and peace
though narrow, yet sufficient for the few
who have this Pearl of Price
alone in view”

We are the smallest birds,and some mistake us for insects!We realize who we are,and we communicate on many levels of intelligence so that we can be relavent!,and connected,and respected.We fly faster ,and higher than any insect,and we possess an intelligence that can cause a president ,doctor,lawyer,teacher,preacher,racist,hater,player,actor,mystic,or even a critic to change their minds to do right: We do this just in the nick of time to be blessed for stopping a mess!! We fly and land on a man,s chest,or a woman's breast,and when we land there;they realize that we are not insects,but small birds with words to help us all hold our heads high ,and dry tears from every eye. We as poets are here to bring joy,and power while using words of wisdom in any arena where some have to ,and must make a decision!The words of a "Poet"can and does change people,and the way they behave,and bring joy into their nights and days. We feel the vibes,and we transmit the positive waves;both morning,noon,nights,and years,and all days!Maya Angelou landed on "MY" manly chest,and she landed on my mother's "Breast",and gave us a message,and a quest!We were dying,but we flew over "Death",and "Death passed us by! We are blessed,and we realize the reason why we did not die!We put on the whole suite of armor that has been given to us to have a victory over any enemy "Achieved",so that we will succeed!!WHEN "YOU GET" MONEY OR ANYTHING ELSE": YOU NEED TO "GIVE" IN ORDER FOR YOU TO CONTINUE TO "LIVE" OR MAYBE YOU WILL "DIE" FOR BEING "THE GREEDY" WHO WOULD NOT HELP "THE NEEDY"!!!! WHEN "YOU "LEARN" ,GO AHEAD AND "TEACH"!!!SCIENCE IS "KNOWLEDGE",! sCIENCE IS A CERTAIN "KIND"OF KNOWLEDGE.THERE EXIST KNOWLEDGE OF "ALL, ALL, KINDS,AND PHYSICS IS "JUST "ONE"!!! SPIRITUAL KNOWLEDGE IS WHERE "ALL SCIENCE,AND EVERY THING THAT CAN EXIST COMES FROM IN THE "UNIVERSE"....NOW "THE PHYSIST CAN BUST A "NUT" AND FINALLY "COME! THERE IS A .NUT TO CAUSE A .NUT.COM.AND THIS CAN HAPPEN TO ANYONE!!! .COM=.NUT. WHAT IS .COM WITHOUT .NUT?

Premium Member When Haunted With Guilt

I found myself trapped in guilt's affliction:
Dread seized me; panic engulfed my senses
Armed with instinct to survive: I must fight
So first, I screamed, driving away fears’ grip!

Horribly terrified, helpless, trembling
I then convinced my brain neurons to work
But my flesh with sins’ infirmity failed
I succumbed, surrendered to doubts’ torments.

In that shocking time was I locked in angst
Unbelief mocked my heart; could I escape?
Questions on faith-fortitude kept racing
Amidst analysis-paralysis.

Such oppressive moment showed a captive
That was I, a prey to my own weakness…
I thank God, rich in mercy Who saved me
Miraculously, He did, since He can!

So when in a haunted scene I’d be trapped
Prayer would be my very sure armor;
I would exercise fervent faith in God*
To be rescued from sudden heart attack!

*Mark 11:22 And Jesus answering saith ..., Have faith in God.

Systir Min

You and I are in the echoes of the past
Two toe-blond heads, lit like fire in the never ending summer
Folded in the smells of the desert
Brightly colored clothes, that bob up and down in the fields
Like ornaments that decorate clay and dust

Do you recall, the sound of our Sunday dress shoes
Slapping the silence away happily in cement courtyards?
We tossed those carnivorous things aside in favor of crab grasses
And chasing droplets of waters down sun spattered noses

Systir Min

Do you recall, all the summer dresses Mamma sewed?
The hum of the motor whirling round and round,
Pedal jumping fiercely under her solid Scandinavian foot
Love-filled fabrics built like armor
With all the threads she had to give, to send us into the world

No amount of turns I gave you on our bike
Could fill you with enough memories in which to hang your dreams
I know this now, that no strength in any armor, or any thread could save you
To keep you pushing through shoes, trying on dresses, driving to work

Systir Min

I will find you someday again
Spinning in floral patterns in our never ending summers
And only then, will I have learned enough about the secrets
So that I can teach you this time, how to believe

It Can Be Only You

I was a boy when we met .
Soulless with no practice to test ,
Selfless, that I couldn't share you my chest ,
And I remained so fallen as a chrest .

A numbnut who new nothing of love and loving ,
So is flaws and soft pawns ,
But you dear veered me to this path ,
Drained my wonders with your supernatural powers .

I am here a growing man still ,
With wishes to be your armor made from Valerian steel .
Dear my undying wish .
She who has more kisses to give ,
Let me make you my "ish"
And forever hold you still .

If loving you was wrong ,
I wouldn't bothering now .
If falling for you was never my fate ,
I wouldn't  me to gaze.

When thunders struck me fom the middle of my cochlear ,
To the back of cerebellum .
You were there a girl ,
Waiting for that one dizzling text .

When flues of the north made me a fue ,
You have been here telling me
"All shall be well babe me "
A sweetheart like no other
She who kept me under the radar .

At first I was scared ,
Wearing fury moods .
My hair would grow beats ,
When I thought of telling ,
Thinking rejection would be the one headlining .
Unaware feelings were mutual.
Truly, love can be sometimes gargantuan .

We disregarded one another over the years ,
Remoured by jealousy and anger .
At times I would call you names ,
Unaware I was a rover .

Yet still ,we are the in the cumulus .
You have never stopped mobbing my Numbness,
When loving was clueless.
I stand here a growing man ,
Asking you to be by undying woman.

Babd my heart can be irreparable ,
And At times be incapable ,
But it loves you deeply with all ,
The sugars and milky peppers of all sorts .
I am here today with fingers are crossed ,
Declaring you ,my only Lara croft .
To be my loving crown ,
My unjudging  soul.

To the pains and suffering ,
Struggles  and bullet holes .
To the past behind us ,
And the futures that is yet to commence ,
Will you be that one soul who is so keen of loving ?

Premium Member dear mama

dear Mama, have you found that other side
where loved ones, hope and heaven all reside?
oh do you stroll, Dad's hand lost deep in yours
and breathe the splendid air that kingdom's shores?

dear Mama are you dancing with your knight
in sturdy armor that you shined so bright?
oh do you paint new landscapes of that realm
and sail those azure seas, Dad at the helm?

dear Mama are you singing bright and clear
and sharing anecdotes to charm or cheer?
oh are you with the dear ones who have passed?
so many went before you, gone too fast …

dear Mama, do you know how much I miss
our talks and nature walks, your loving kiss?
oh do you yearn our sweet connection, rare
that even without words, was always there?

dear Mama do you know the hole that now
I have to heal within my heart somehow?
oh what's this man to do, his mama gone
but for her sake, find ways to carry on?

dear Mama I will sow your seeds for life -
the grace and care you gave as mom and wife
I'll do my best to share my heart, like you
your smile deep inside to get me through …

dear Mama, death has taken such a toll
still, I've one hope eternal for my soul -
that someday when my body sets it free
dear Mama's open arms will wait …

for me.

There's Hope In Each Sunrise

  Nehemiah 8:10
"He said to them, go, eat the choice things and drink what is sweet, and send portions of food to those who have nothing prepared, for this day is holy to our lord, and do not feel sad, for the joy of god is your stronghold."

In troubled times I take great comfort in reading God's Words
They remind me that man is incapable of guiding his own steps
and will only find true joy by pleasing and honoring Him.
To offer my help to brothers and sisters who are in need
is an act of humble kindness, and follows Jesus' example.

He healed the sick, fed the poor through miracles,
giving those inflicted, hope and faith that someone cared.
Through him, God's power enabled them to believe in Him,
and ended their hardship in time of sorrow and despair.
I know that with God's help, all things will be made right.
I walk in fear of displeasing Him, and fear not mortal man.

I am not a cup bearer to a king, but His praises I proclaim.
With faith like Nehemiah, I will not bend if I'm opposed
My joy comes from pleasing my Father, and doing His will.
I rejoice in thanks for the many blessings He bestows
on lowly humans, such that I am, whose sins are many.

There is reason to hope with the sunrise of each new day,
I hear it when songbirds sing, and in the whispering wind.
I see the beauty of His creations, every where I look...
in mountain streams, and dreams of a promised paradise.
Joy, to me is a view of moonlight and a star filled sky.

In solemn prayer I offer Him my life as a willing slave.
I feel the warmth of His hand on my shoulder when I pray
I have no wall to repair, nor temple to honor in His name,
but with a faithful heart, I respond to His love and mercy
for when God finds joy in me, He is my suit of armor.

I'm open hearted I'm open hearted;
just getting started;
with the truth of this world;

cruel renditions of emotions of people are used to;
used to cruelness, what's bliss, whets this
that is what it is;
what's that why U wearing a hat;
when you don't have a head;
they've buried you deep covering you with a flag;
sinners and who dos;
what'cha mean WHOSE YOU;

living at the zoo;
gamble of debts you choose, but you lose;
what does it mean;
multicultural washing machines;
let it be told
the truth of the world;

Premium Member To Love Again

1

Love, oh love, the beauty of pure passion
to yearn and dream of your wondrous intent
bearer of gifts conquers my heart's bastion
in quiet solitude allows consent
stay calm my heart from eyes glorious bond
that pierce my soul's armor steadfastly held
to steal my heart's shield long weathered and worn
you offer a kiss for passions to spawn
this vision of love my heart has withheld
you rush to love's altar, my soul's transformed

2

I lay in your arms, emotions unknown
and touch love's eternal bliss that shimmer
to relight the ashes where flames have grown
these sparks cause a heart's passion to glimmer
I'll cross the loneliness where love forgives
to throw off the darkness where my love hides
find a paradise in love's treasured mirth
and a sense of forever that still lives
where trust and honor are the purest guides
that allows my heart to accept rebirth

3

To be so loved as to finally yield
and surrender the sum of my being
knowing when in love nothing is concealed
as I bow to the love I am seeing
like a rose dressed in red, plucked while in bloom
this flower with its fragrant scent so sweet
where honey drips from the eyes of lovers
and fills my soul with sensual perfume
to make the bonding of our love complete
whispers and sighs are what love discovers
