Bloodlines

Family lineages relatives we call Elders, Uncles, Aunts,
Cousins, Brothers, Sisters. Bloodlines

Inherited unspoken patterns of generational dysfunction.

Did you Inherited any anxieties, gossiping, vexation?

Judgements creating cycles that's hard to escape from.

Transcends from kin to kin, a proportion of ancestors
that are undisclosed prior to the present time.

Moreover the bloodlines inheritance lives within me.
I am the First born combined of two different family members.

Comparable to roots of the branches from a tree when
I fall, I'm never down for long.

I originated from strong men and women from eras of
bloodlines cycles.

My family roots ain’t long
how could they ever be
They cut off bits each day
we’re now the minority
Wish they’d leave us alone
set my kindred free
Back to our glory days
when life meant liberty

Don’t want this microcosm
stunted growth of misery
Please let us branch out
Stop this inequality
We wish to caress the sky
regain full gravity
So much for ethnic groups
who’d be a bonsai tree

If only my wish would come true

Premium MemberColor Blindness

The color of blood remains unchanged,
flowing for eons in the stream of time evolved,
as the ancient singular ethnic ancestor etched
the diverse footprints of humanity on the globe.

The splayed common heredity thriving insulated,
flourished into different lineages of humankind,
the physical traits diversified to get typified,
while melanin played with color on the skin.

Born to breathe the free air of the blue planet,
equality pines under the shroud of deprivation.
The unkind human history gets modulated
with the misplaced sense of superiority.

Evolution produced physically distinct groups,
the construct of race isn’t grounded on biology,
but is a socially invented concept used to exploit
the people of color who are not less human.

In the egalitarian framework the critical paradigm
recognizes the banality of racism afflicting social norms.
People born under the free sky deserving equity
like to see the human race becomes color blind.

We Are Each Other

How are we related?
Do we really need to know?
The world is diverse enough
the chances of meeting someone
you’re related to outside
your local village is rare.
But there is no lifeguard
on the gene pool of life.
Everyone is related to everyone
in one form or another.
How are we related?
In all years, in all ways,
in all lineages, in all lifelines.
We are each other.

I Am Liberia

I am Liberia!
Though scared by scourges of allien spades,
My resilience bears the fountain of heaven's grace,
Piercing the pangs of all my shades!

My independence, I breathed into Africa's lungs,
Clothed her with my stripes, the red, white and blue;
And gave her a star when she knew not one!

My waters rhythm waves of freedom,
Hailing treasured mountains and supreme chiefdoms.
Divine gemstones overflow the scopes of my coast,
Their sparkles define the image of my undeniable beauty!

My children are the ordained species of apex predators!
Their lineages are woven with blackness,
The tattooed birthmark of optimism—
Unbleached to proclaim the glorified identity of their motherland!

With arms of liberty I do solemnly pledge
The allegiance of a century filled heritage!
I today connect a living channel to the realm of your soul,
Bidding you welcome,
Welcome to Rediscover Mama Liberia!

Falsely Or Forcefully Leadership

falsely or forcefully
we elected them or they are selected
as our leader

falsely or forcefully
we made and edit our constitution with their opinions,
we smile and invite them to visit our around,
we go to their secret chamber for unwilling complaints,
we obey them and their advice

falsely or forcefully
they become savior of our life and death
when we see the religion waiting for their presence

falsely or forcefully
we, the oppressed subjects believe that
in previous birth they're from honored lineages where
we're lower greedy creatures

Premium MemberEmpty Vessels

We are all empty vessels on the ocean of consciousness:
navigate mindfulness to awareness, then awaken.
There are many lineages, some shallow harbors.
Enlightenment remains always on the horizon.

To understand oneness, universal consciousness -
embrace "nothingness", "no-self", "emptiness".
If it seems contradictory, that's not an illusion.
Let go, allow ego to dissolve, fall into emptiness.
Dismiss judgmentality and raging individualism.
Look into suffering with karmic loving-kindness.

Open to your Buddhanature, your Buddhaself.
Tame your mind on the meditation cushion.
Resist grasping enlightenment, enlightenment finds you.
Empty your vessel and be liberated.
Fill your life with love and compassion.
Become the other.

End of Lineage

Their will be none to follow after
my footsteps tramped in the wheat,
no surname left to hear the laughter
no eye to see, no heart to beat.

Time will never stop its running
with sun and moon and touch of heat
like old stones lie in their sunning
not caring for the strong or weak.

By the drought or in the flood
storms of winter's wind-full passing
flowers of May and October’s mud
will matter to only lineages lasting.

Neither a hair nor drop of blood
not shade of eye or crest of bone.
Of myself I leave only love
and not my name to carry on.
