my aunt loves her leeches

She was an advocate of blood-sucking leeches, my aunt
A wish to be tortured, she would gladly and quickly grant
Her leeches are ready; they love sucking human blood
I would rather jump into a tornado or be carried off in a flood.

Exsanguinating leeches
Rich cream on ripened peaches,
Or Riviera beaches,
tickling the ears it reaches

Exsanguination is to bleed
A practice we no longer need
Now, Coumadin can quickly speed 
The death of rats, poison indeed!

Like Sisyphus, his rocky hill
Now Eliquis, without the thrill
For those with fibrillations still
‘Tis clots, not rocks, the bitter pill

So now I think to bleed a leech

God made the earth with life waters 1
For ages, waters flowed in each spring
Each human had his own spring
Respected was the neighbor’s spring 
Up and down ran the waters

At the start life waters were pure 6 
And humans desired their lure

Just for the waters were limpid

The dark loves me more.
