See What You Believe,

Believing is seeing,

The truth of your being,

While navigating,

This life you are creating.

Investigating its splendor,

We begin to remember,

Who we really are.

Connected even from afar,

Our origins a star,

Traveling trails in the dark.

As a spark, illumination starts,

Creating all the right parts,

Building a work of art,

A masterpiece.

Your beliefs released,

Taming the beast,

Coming into peace,

Ceasing inner conflict,

Without being tricked,

Into believing another view.

Letting them teach you,

What they believe is true,

God gave this life to you,

To believe how you want too,

Loving the gift he has given to you.

springtime brings butterflies gliding
and mulberry bushes blooming
and kitty cat investigating
soon, sweet delicous berries will be dangling
and more butterflies will be drifting
for they love that sweet smell
that pungent scent will invade my garden
making it delightful for me and kitty
to sit and enjoy in the sunshine

The Shift

Ding, ding, ding.
My phone is on the table.
I haven’t answered anyone yet.
I haven’t answered anyone all morning.
I remember things.
I spilled cereal that morning.
That’s when the shift started.

I looked around.
Someone is saying things.
Bird seed spilled on the ground.
Which reminds me.
Of being able to fly.
A past life and I.
Ding, ding, ding.

I turn off my phone at night.
But still.
The sound.
A shift.
Lying down and hovering above the sheets.
I turn off the light again.
I turn off the light again.
I turn off my phone again.

I haven’t answered anyone all week.
I could throw my phone in the ocean.
Except I don’t live by the ocean.
Evil laughter ensues.
Crying is something they don’t know about.
But I think they are investigating me.

I could sleep at night.
They don’t care though so why bother?
A shift.
It could have started yesterday.
I used to sleep.
Ding, ding, ding.
I have 36 unread messages.
I counted them all.

Incessant Insect

OHH!!! You Incessant Insect..

You make it hard to direct my energy,

Positively, Peacefully.

Why do you keep pestering me?

Investigating every inch,

Of what you can see.

I'm feeling the pinch,

The sting,

Them little legs Tickling,

In my hairs wiggling.

My hands are waving,

Slapping.

My Nerves are snapping,

I must be over reacting.

They must be attacking,

I'm retracting,

Packing my things.

Through the sound ,

Of buzzing wings.

Emotions are raising,

It's so FRUSTRATING.

Then my Heart Sings,

As Nature brings,

It's smallest and bravest,

Insects, here to test,

The patience of her subjects.

What we reflect,

Through are reflexes.

As my energy progresses,

Through this session.

Present in the sensitivity,

And bravery,

Of the incessant Insects,

Directing me.

Premium Membermystical verdent green eyes

are they green or amber?
do we call the hazel?
no matter, they are rare
as you are rare

with dark lashes,
you resemble a forest
mysteriously hiding something
I decide to dive into the thicket

like a deer, investigating,
yet a bit fearful of what I might find
in your verdent eyes, that see
better than most

you are mystical, magic
an anomaly that mystifies me
intriguing me at the same time
I am going to take a chance.

Premium Memberinvestigating a curious vine

is that honeysuckle, jasmine or poison oak?
If I get too close to it to take a photo, will it be a problem?
I get a teensy bit closer, because I want a great photograph.
My sister does not have to respond to my text.
I am itching all over the place without even touching it.

Premium MemberLife To The Fullest

People have opinions about everything
It's our inalienable right I guess
To believe what we believe without outside influences
To discover with our very own eyes and heart
It's much more likely these facts will be retained
More than reading them in some ancient old manuscript
Living, investigating and researching the facts for ourselves
We learn by living through all of life's experiences
The good stuff, the bad stuff, the happy stuff, the sad stuff
But the moments that makes our hearts skip a beat
Are the most joyous moments as we walk through life
Watching the sun rise every morning
We never fail to be amazed by mother nature
Life is still the greatest mystery
How? Why? What does it all mean?
We don't need to know the answer to all of life's mysteries
We just need to enjoy them while we're here
And try our best to leave with the knowledge
We lived life to the fullest!

First Draft

First Draft

Classroom creativity
Ebb and flow
Teaching the things
I know I know
Investigating others
For a much better skill
To teach to spark hunger
And never to kill
The desire to grow, create and fulfill
Dreams and goals
In the language of life
With the music of poetry
And literary device.

Happy Africa Day

Happy Africa day ,
You are always welcome to Africa
Africa of millions of happiest people
Who understand better their lives conditions
And stop buy things
In credits.

Happy Africa day ,
Comparison is not reason
It is always good share with brothers and
Sisters of the World.
Allow me to tell you about Africa again
And again.
When some people
Sing daily  ," Africa is Poor "
Investigating their lives,
You find out that they live with credits
Of so many things.
Imagine getting credit of
A car,
A house,
Some food parcels,
Eyelashes,
Shoes
Cloths
Shoes polishes ,
Even  Underwears
And so on
But they still calling,
"Africa poor "
If it happens to lose jobs,
And finding themselves  on the roads
Due to more loans.

Do they have a good lesson
To teach majority Africans?

Happy Africa day,
In many African countries majority people
Buy things in cash :
- Luxury cars
- Houses,
- Farms,
- Aeroplanes,
- Ships,
- Boats
- Cloths
- Foods
- So on
When they losing their jobs
They will still remain
 In good comfort places.

Premium MemberMilt

Poet Milt was loved by all here on Soup,
for he held out to all, a helping hand,
day by day enlarging his friendship loop
and by his principles, always did stand.

Author of a book on theology,
he shared deep wisdom from direct knowing
garnered during his time in the clergy,
echoed in verses that he kept flowing.

Man of religion, yet free from its crutch,
Milt, honest to the core, spoke out his mind,
investigating higher truths by touch,
free from narrow superstitions that bind.

He was a true friend who walked among us ~
We wish his soul peace, aboard God's bliss bus

Mission Lag

We are not alone in this place
Just isolated in space
Our star isn’t dim
Just at our Galaxy‘s very rim

For no other reason
Than it was their mating season
They wined and they dined
With tentacles entwined
Then they merged and they all
Made mass love in free fall
So engrossed with that act
They overlooked the fact
That it just might be worth
Investigating planet Earth
Then they orbited Mars
And headed back to the stars

Their report just said
System boring and dead
And so to this very day
They’ve not been back this way

Under the Table

Situation inside Pakistan and India
Investigating agencies Police and underworld
They show they are three
They are not three two
They are united and one
They are friends and relatives
They are siblings under the table
They are enemies of the cross...
Note.Their God is their desire and their glory is their greed and their minds are set on fire to hurt People...
We are always together, We are one of a kind,
Three words describe us, Partners in Crime!!!

The Beginin

I try to break it down to you
Forget to breathe my face is blue
you look so emotionless
and I'm in awe of my limited consciousness
of that

Investigating my reality
Is other than I thought it'd be
and everything is putting me to task

I kinda wanna leave but you're the only one around to ask

My worry and anxiety play games all day inside of me..

...and I sure hope they have themselves a blast

So I continue to dig deep deep down inside of me
It's comforting and worrying
the variant of What I see

The ironic part is you'll always reach this place last
