It is beyond ridiculous
But anyway, it’s true
The dullest of dystopias
Is here again like new
No use to cite the history
Cause no one can unravel
What is infold in mystery
Which way the story travels
One takes preventive measures
For others it’s a flake
In trash one sees a treasure
His rivals see mistake
It happens in a snap of fingers
A brave new world appears
Most stupid jokes it lingers
Another war spreads fears
And those are first to die, who can’t
Stay silent, then of course
Returns the silence, and witchhunt
Begins, same as it was.

Hopin' and flyin' high
Still somethin' was amiss,
Just you know why ...
It had to end like this
Not fade away a shining star
With three million records sold,
Yet, silent fell his guitar ...
And, glasses rest infold
A sound never to be heard
Soon after that final show,
Boy, give us a clue, a word
Maybe one day we'll know
What happened that dark night
Over a quiet field of corn,
Lost in a flurry of white ...
Then found early the next morn
Ever altered by what he gave
Things change and time flies,
Rock n' roll, rant and rave
And still the music never dies.

Our World is spinning will it be out of control
Will it further infold losing it's orbital stroll
When people determine that it has no place
For damn you all will I lose political face
Threatening threats, will be all that I have
I'm blind to adhere, so no following calf
With an army being depleted, daily it's
Underestimation, my opposition now sits
Assistance of many rearming our flanks
Reinforcing to eliminate to eradicate they
For modern appreciation, we relay thanks
World War two fighting, out with their tanks
There will be no Nuclear War, not even, 3rd
For even the ludicrous know it's obsurd
The tragic of bullies that they have to be heard
That their daily clarity is somewhat so blurred.

Hear the clatter
of the dark blue bowls
see how nicely
they infold inside each other
So much like you and I
my endless Latin lover.

When I am Weak
How could I not but thank you?
When billows around me roll,
When life’s busy struggles infold me,
When battles have taken their toll.
How could I not but thank you?
When my strength fails me more each day,
When the pain that I feel plagues my body,
When I'm humbled as I pray.
How could I not but thank you?
When death comes so close to my door,
When it pushes me deeper in sorrow,
Yet somehow my spirits do soar.
For when is my soul ever freer?
When it cries out from depths I’ve not known.
When my God seems to be so much nearer,
When awaiting my heavenly home.
When now I feel love so much stronger,
When loved ones I cherish more dear.
When in sickness and pain I am blessed,
When in weakness Jerusalem’s clear.
