The world today is full of hate.
Those who choose hate have sealed their fate.
The poison which their hearts infill
will drip by drip these haters kill.
Hate makes the heart an acid core,
like a volcano, ready to pour,
and spew its content in the air,
harming those foes who may be near.
Not only does the acid burn,
the enemies that haters spurn.
Their souls are destroyed in turn,
by the hate that in them churn.
The Anti-Social Media craze
makes it appear as if hate pays.
Hating has become the new fad,
of people who are sad and mad.
Jesus taught us to love our foes,
and loving, was the path He chose.
So, pour out the poison of hate,
and love your foes as you do a mate.
What a big difference it will make
If all, the path of love will take.
The world would become a safer place,
transformed by love’s true healing grace.

INTERLUDE
When a short break is considered apposite
It could be to inhale and just take a breath
But no silence for too long, so keep it tight
As to walk away would be a kind of death
Aware when resumption staggers into sight
Music rules, dispelling any shibboleth
Treat it as an infill with relaxation
Applied with firm intent, not hesitation

Shadows are unforgiving,
stark in relief,
dark in infill.
These stiff hollow silhouettes
of gutted entrails
follow us around,
lacking the detachment
to avoid being brutally honest
about our outline shape and
where we've been and why.
We avoid looking back at
the shadowy dark-side behind us
that is plain as day
to those who watch our
tell-tale umbras
that trail behind
as tails
as wagging truth sayers,
dark, stark, stiff
unforgiving naked,
rear-view selfee cut-outs.

The brighter, the flame-kiss.
So holy, reborn bliss.
The infill, a housing.
The trumpet arousing.
The oiling, the shiny-beard.
Aaron’s hope, sans afeard.
A lamp on, asleep ten.
Awaken, Adriennes!
A-grooming, He’s arrived!
A dark side, some lamps revived.
Then oil sought, an ocean deep.
Adrienne crew, the midnight weep.
A wise few, extra stored.
The groom’s here! Our Savior Lord!
The joyous, an inner-smile
from head to crown, an eternal-while!

BEAUTIFUL SALVATION
Resting in the riches that God’s love provides,
Knowing that His presence ever more abides,
Singing every day as I walk along the way.
Crying tears of joy because Christ loved me so,
Feeling love and comfort in life’s deepest woe--
Beautiful salvation, I want it to show;
Christ is my friend, I know.
Trying to obey Him as His word commands,
Yielding all to Jesus as His will demands.
Praising Him with glee, for He’s ever close to me.
Letting in His Spirit to my life infill,
Casting out the sins of self and stubborn will--
Beautiful salvation, it draws me each day
Nearer His side and way.
These words written to “Beautiful Ohio.”

What a wonderful day to be on the sea...
It's just the lord and m.
The clouds are fluffy and the wind is brisk...
But with the Lord by side there is no risk.
My Bible is open and my heart is too...
And it always amazes me how God's presence can infill you.
The sun is warm and my spirits soar...
And this is what these special days were created for.
Alone on the sea just the Lord and me...
There is no other place I'd rather be.
We talk and share, just the two of us...
A perfect day without a worry or fuss.
Life is good when you sail with the King...
His presence brings the perfect ring,
TK<
