A black fathers love

The most important person in his life was his daughter
He couldn't live without her
She was his whole heart
Life without her wasn't worth it

He reminisced on a life that slowly killed him
Weakened him
Mistreated him
But when he found out he was going to be a father
He felt like for him life had just started

He vowed she would have a better life than his
That he would protect her innocence
With his everything
He had hoped she would outlive him

But life could be cruel to little black kids
One moment She happily playing with her friends
The next moment She had been shot dead
A little black life taken because of hatred
This world disgusted him
He knew she wouldn't get justice
So he himself would get it instead

An eye for an eye
Was his motto
He stalked his daughters killers home
Only to realise he wasn't alone
He had a daughter of his own

He entered their home
Walking in
He raised his gun
And shot them

Theman who shot his daughter was a white man
Who died not because of being shot but because of his hatred
To black children
What once was was now red
I guess we aren't so different

Key To My Happiness

When I laid my eyes on you,
In that very moment I knew
You were sent especially
For me to give my love to.

Out of nowhere, like the wind,
You appear with magical love.
It felt different from the beginning,
It felt delivered from God above.

There were pieces of my life
That had been missing for me.
You brought them all with you
To my happiness, you're the key.

Long before we were married
Or you thought of being my wife,
To me, you already had become
The most important person in life.

You had taken a broken me
And with your love you healed
Everything inside that life and love
Over the years had almost killed.

I will never be able to repay you
For all you've done and give.
I don't believe it'd be possible
With a hundred lives to live.

You mean the world to me.
I couldn't survive life alone.
To me, you are the safest
Home that I've ever known.

Circle of Life

God controls when the music stops.  
A chair is taken away and an important person in my life is taken out.  
As life continues, the music changes and I change with it.  
With each chair moving, the tempo and mood of the music changes, but God is there.
Important chunks of who I am change or are ripped away.
However, there is hope in the music, and God is there.
New people enter the game and the circle expands again.
There are more changes to the music, and again God is there.
Yet, I am still circling through life.
Until the day the music stops again and grief crashes down again or God takes me home.

Fortunate, favored, and blessed.

Ancestors and descendants abound,

Making you a very important person.

Inheritance and true wealth fill your life.

Love surrounds your past and your future.

You are never alone, because you truly belong.

Dearest Son

you're the king in my jungle,
Peace in my world.
You're the sunshine blossoming my life,
The healthiest air I breathe.

You're my most important person.
The moon in the darkest night.
Like sugar in my coffee,
Salt to my stake,
Your presence so as your absence is felt.

You're my heartache and my headache,
Yet again my Painkiller and stress reliever.
You give me every reason to live,
And I love you earnestly.

It is such a great gift to mother you.
For, you've shaped my world for the better, Effortlessly.
Extra strength and a great spark you have brought unto me.
And to the best of my ability I'll try to be a better mom,
And groom you to be a better Man.

For, mama Cares
with an extra glare.
This ain't said with a blare,
And Now I declare,
That "I Love You" so much!!!

God's Blessing Words For Wisdom

In god's eyes you are the most important person in his life, you are his happiness and you are very strong hearted i know life may seem hard and rough at times but god doesn't want us to give up because it's all just a test we go through. god takes those we love and he takes good care of them so that way when our time comes we will be together again.
yes we shed tears and we ask but god never makes mistakes on what he does.
talk to god he listens he hears your cries he knows your suffers but always remember when he throws at you he only wants to see you fight through it with the strength he has given you.
don't turn your back on god he is the only one who doesn't leave you out in the cold.
he gives you eyes to see, a mouth to speak, a voice to be heard, hands to pray, feet to walk, ears to hear but most of all he gave you a life to continue living until your day comes....


for god so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten son, that whoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

Mother

Mother is the first very important person
On earth who real knows my importance 
To her and continue praying for me daily. 
Her passion and  love towards me are very
Exceptional from I was born  till now.  
Right person to be proud of on earth is my  Mother.

No Message From Dad

I have a collection of sorts. It’s not the kind of collection you will find on a shelf or copied in a book or arranged on paper. It’s a collection of voices. I keep one voice message from each person important in my life. When I was 40, my best friend died by suicide. It was devastating. After she passed, I would call her phone just to hear her voice. Then her husband took her number and changed the message, and I lost her all over again. From that point on, I started keeping messages from my favorite people--my mom, my husband, my son, my aunt, my sister--but the one voice I don’t have is my dad’s. He didn’t ever really call if he wanted to talk. He just waited for you to visit and said what he needed to say. Of course, the one important voice I didn’t collect belongs to the one important person in my life who died. I don’t have the luxury of listening to him when I miss him. It’s the one regret I have, the fact that I have no message from Dad.

Gin and Tonic

Alba Girl drank her Gin and Tonic
It was such a lovely drink
But an acquired taste
Only certain cultured people liked it

People like her with different ‘tastes’
Alba Girl liked to travel and draw
She was an artist and a thinker
Always thinking the reason why

And what made a picture better
If it was a landscape pencil sketch
Or portrait of an important person
There were ways to make it better
Changing the perception of the art

A deeper use of shadows
Or more intense colour
Gave vivid impressions

Like on her new series of paintings
Which she would continue
When she returned from her trip to Italy

Till then she deeply thought
And enjoyed her tip
Including her G and T

Twenty-Four Years

To my best friend

Friends forever and now I don't know you
We were inseparable and now I'm invisible
Is it me?   Did I do something wrong?
You promise. You apologize. You repeat.
I drive hundreds of miles just to see you smile.
You say sorry you can't drive to me...next time...next time..
You put your head on my chest at night and now I'm on top of the world...
Now you pretend it never happened.
I try to hold on....but you disappeared..
And we've been friends for twenty-four years.
After all this time I only care about you being happy.
Four years ago you told me you felt the same way..
...but you took it back and broke my heart the very next day.
I lost an important person in my life..
Please...I can't lose you...
As long as you are happy.
You are my soulmate and the girl I have always loved...
Even if it means waiting until the end of time for you...

Now I'm saying sorry...what did I do?

You are my best friend...
....and I'll always love you...

No Important Man Than a Soldier

Since my birth I was wondering
Who is the important man on earth
Yes, a mother is an important person on earth
But she is not a man.

Which role should I play on earth for me to labelled as an important man on earth

Neither Doctor Nor Teacher
Neither Bus Driver Nor Engineer.

Place soldier on number one.
It is a big NO to all forms of job until I met a man who dance a sound of gun shoot whilst the rest escape it.
That's an Important Man
A man who never turn his back to hurting events.
A man who sacrifices his face to be brutalised until enemy gives its last breath.
A man who guard his promised land jealously.
A man who prefer to loose his own life for the benefit of the world.
A man who has civilians at heart.
A man with unbelievable endurance to everything hard to conquer.
A man who fights for the the world's happiness.

No man in this world easily accept an idea of leaving his family and loved ones to stand at the battle front for the benefit of the whole word.

No important man than a Soldier.
Long live Soldiers world over,
You are the first class citizens of this World.
