Illegitimate Child Poems | Examples

Illegitimate Child

I was born in absence—
not just of a father,
but of the myth of one.
Raised by silence,
I searched for manhood
in shadows and wounds.

My name is Oedipus rewritten—
not in fate,
but in affection never given.
My sister wears men like seasons,
because no one taught her
what protection felt like.

A home is soul-architecture:
a mother to nurture,
a father to protect.
Remove one—
the child wanders inward,
into crime, confusion, or ache.

Today, fathers are exiled—
emasculated by law,
their authority turned to shame.
And mothers are told:
“You can be both.”
But God was not a fool
to design a house
with two pillars,
not one.

Fatherless children often fall—
not from evil,
but from emptiness.
Society fractures
when the family fails.
No policy can replace
a father’s voice
or a child’s peace.

If this silence continues,
humanity won’t perish in war,
but in quiet homes
where no one knows
what love should feel like.

An illegitimate child of advanced technology we are told
That acquired the potency to destroy our health and gold
As you pack your stuff and ready to go
The world has reason to be happy once more and glow

As we continue to debate and bury our dead
Let us unite and lighten our hearts heavy as lead
Cause success can only walk into our lives to stay
When the hurts and problems of others matter in all our ways

Thousands of souls have been diseased and martyred
Nations now acknowledge the agenda in their lives that matter
Let the world rise as one the weak leaning on the strong
And infuse fresh blood in humanity gone weak and dumb

Let us celebrate this collective victory
A product of agonizing and winding trajectory
Recognizing that without pain there can never be gain
Like the phoenix let the world rise and be on the march again!

No Green Eggs and Hamburger

"NO GREEN EGGS AND HAMBURGER"

it's always been rumored
that Dr. Seuss had an
illegitimate child.
to the masses, it was a
treasure hunt.
there was no
success.
it's been said that
when found, she'd continue
his work and provide the
people with the next great
American novel.
yesterday,
I went into McDonald's.
I got to the cashier and
she took my order.
after
giving me the total, she asked,
"would you like it here or there?"

America can thank me now,
I've wrapped that sucker up
and it's ready to be shipped.

Golden Goose

Thoughts are laying eggs
Ideas about to hatch
Got throbbing a headache
Hands sucess to catch...

My mind is an illegitimate child
I brood so many children
They carry a dangerous mind
My feet about to scratch...

A hole in the ground
Future goals to next
Counted before they hatch
Here my failures to nest...

In my sleep they light a match
Turn my dreams into ashes
They burn as I helplessly watch
All my unfulfilled wishes...
