What’s going on in stellar skies
perchance eludes our earthly eyes
or mortal minds to e’er discern
regardless how we strain and yearn
or hazard to hypothesize.
Do galaxies ‘midst birthing cries
beget their astral enterprise
plus further realms to forge in turn
what’s going on?
Will we acquire awareness wise
enough to grasp what might arise
if Nature be inclined to spurn
our worldly ways, in manner stern—
still could Mankind yet realize
what’s going on?

Critical thinking is science at work,
not hasty indictment with cynical smirk.
Start by collecting data and facts,
then analyze, synthesize, hypothesize that.
At final judgement to general position,
evaluate sides for the best supposition.
Apply reason when testing
Check facts to the letter
Challenge your choices
From good to much better.

With your dad idling in a box stand for huge bucks.
Over time, you're fled with mates, proving plucks.
After all, swiftly, your kids start engaging in sport.
Over the eager mass, they may trap your caring snort.
The sensitive inner voice is voraciously unhappy.
A bird in an enclosure inside a parent's bravery!
It mused with sails when tackled with the ocean.
It stood back from the nest in awe for heaven.
It draped blaze in such a way to reach the moon.
And strayed the long-appreciated rules of the boon,
Also, hypothesize what our flawed eyes might follow.
From that ugly lofty position of vehement sorrow!
For the dirt's posterity, this is precisely madness.
To confide in ocean's furls their home excess.
We are thrust in the hardness of your wings.
Anyhow, the fore divided signs of airy plings.
If you're ripe to revere those who heaved you,
Besides, all other bodies sailing by your view,
And acclaim the person who conceives you from the void.
To arise as an idiosyncratic being, yet not decoyed.

(for Lucy)
I
The day you came,
the fence broke
and shattered debris
on vehicles outside the garage.
When the story was told,
the drumming ceased
and the exhilarating jubilation
no sooner,
had become gruesome.
Then,
I could figure
the rue cascading down
the veins of neighbours
present to share
in the dreams and hopes of your coming.
And then, imagining the pleasant tidings
your birth should bring,
I took a closer view of the matter, and
examining the fault
could see through the broken lines
the rising sun, and a brighten sky
the flight of falcons, the clear clouds,
the greenery in the woods.
And at once
hypothesize a semblance
of what your tomorrow would be…
II
Roll out the drums
let the women chant songs
let the children clap
let the dances begin…
The fattened goat has grown full
for the slaughter
the Butcher’s blade
is ready
let the ceremony commence...
The newcomer
our torch bearer
has come…

Contemplating on putting this pencil away,
And letting my words fade, as a slave trade of emotions,
I fear what is becoming of me; this notion of fame has dulled my voice
My choice of words holds no value like the money in your hands,
Can you withstand how my thoughts expand like the bigotry…
In everyday society, for I hypothesize but never put things into theory
So come now, as I become profound
An unknown novelist taking your soul to school
With these words that hold no value
It is complex as a venue for the poor,
Just another door, which can never be opened with their begging hands
For the rich band together and hold the key.
But I cannot be silenced no more,
So unwind your mind, realize that your third eye is blind to the pollution of lies.
