There's no speed limit, we have no breaks
Treacherous conditions, living high stakes
When will we crash? Step on the gas
Spun on the ice, hydroplane
Just how long until impact
When can I get off this ride?

I focus on a steady course, unwavering,
with just the few there'd be of us.
We past the ignorant, composed of juxtaposed hearts and
minds of a lost world that overflow with the many
of them there'd be.
'Tis easy to fall into a soulless mire, for their company be
greater, tho' friendless they'd be of any tiny mind whose
extents are to the girth of their being.
They toil neath our hydroplane sails that breathes life's
purposeth, empowered by our angelic host that guides a
righteous path to a waiting gate that holds open, to
welcome us, warmingly.
The soulless has parted from their earthy remnants, as
their spirits rejuvenate within a spectrum light, for
once they'd be lost, yet, now sheeps they'd be
that returneth to the fold of a blessed
meadow, sinless entities all.
Now our numbers restored to its true levels from whence
it were from the beginning of timeless innocence. We
are tended to by our genteel shepherd and our
angelic host.
There'd be the one Heaven and together with the whole of us,
delve into the eternal mirth that enlightens the essence of the
many.

Zoom it, baby ...
glide nice and easy right on in
Spray it baby ...
sweat splash me again
Do it now!
Cool the fire burning my suntan skin
Ignite your V-8 bipedal engine again;
get it kick started, good hot revving
Make me feel the heat rising within
Now move, baby move —
let fast and furious momentum take over
the idyllic island mood
Get the passion swaying
with a coral undercurrent groove
Put the love skis on the wave crest;
with the heave of the heart ...
ride, baby, ride
Jet slide astride the treasure chest
Surf the erotic surge,
release the pressure of the pleasure purge
Boom it, baby ...
pull the joystick into full throttle
Spray the juice, baby ...
empty the smoking fuel bottle
Exhaustion is pure ecstasy
Take the jet skis
on a wondrous wind dolphin flight in mid-air
At the height of the climatic release,
hydroplane power down
into the resting harbor star of my bosom lair

Driving in the rain’s a pain.
A normal speed you can’t maintain.
The droplets cause your eyes to strain
And there’s a lot of tension.
In your lane you must remain
Since it is hard to ascertain
If someone else might hydroplane
(Though never his intention).
In rain terrain you can’t complain
For water’s needed to sustain
The plants and trees which, in the main,
Don’t need our intervention.
Yet there’s no gain to just refrain
From stating what is very plain –
Driving in the rain’s a pain.
(I’m brooking no dissension!)

Written in the style of Sylvia Plath:
WORDS
sting
injecting my bloodstream
a blue and red highway,
a car that crashes my brain.
shards
of crystal death,
splinter my veins,
twisting like
a hundred daggers.
flowing,
crashing over rocks -
over and over again
déjà vu.
a lion’s carcass -
heavy with honey,
vultures devour,
picking the meat
off my bones,
where he left off.
i hydroplane
through the crude sky,
eyes bloodshot.

Come, lets play in the rain, dirty dancing
the way you move drives me nuts, Insane!
Expensive purse, leather coat soaked
in the conditions. I dip you, we hydroplane
I feel like I am in heaven,
found a purpose.
I digress!!
Once an obsession,
A friendship at a cross road
love the complication,
Timing was not right.
Stars had not aligned,
chose friendship,
no fight!
Years pass, the occasional brunch
A matinee, oh and that luncheon
at a downtown cafe'.
Strolled the streets
downtown Salt Lake City,
Olympics!
Drunk, acting crazy
Two arrogant young adults
falling in love!
Stars had not aligned
timing was not right
I chose friendship
no fight!
Years pass and we email
talk on the phone.
Relationships fail
now we are both grown
I regress!
It feels like a dream,
drug induced,
on cocaine.
I smell through the rain
that sweet lavender lotion!
I caress, we dance
in slow motion.
The stars may have aligned
timing could be right!
Once started out a friendship
blossomed into kinship!
Now I fight!!

Rain beating down
covering everything it touches
in a liquid molten way
rivulets of the liquid stuff
weave their way
down the hill
pooling
at the bottom
creating a pond in which children can play
Rain plus sunshine
a life giving pair
showers the foliage and grass
producing flowers so rare
this rain
keeps pounding down on my head
flashes of water
sprayed up from the cars
as they hydroplane in comic motion
and drizzle it's spit from their fenders
this lovely rain
a wonderful change
from the most arid of days
to the wettest of ways.

That girl...Is my idea of perfection,
Hands down she's my selection!
That girl... Is my definition of sexiness,
The way she talks and walks is done with such finesse.
That girl...Is the perfect size, the perfect weight.
Being around her makes it hard to concentrate!
That girl...Is absolutely incredible,
Every inch of her so damn edible!
That girl...Does something to me I can't quite explain,
She causes my most intimate desires to hydroplane!
That girl...Takes my body places I've never been,
If she's bad, she's the sweetest taste of sin!
That girl...Makes my heart thunder in my chest,
It's no contest, I've chosen her out of all the rest!!!
