Humanizing Poems | Examples

Humanizing the Spirituality

Death,
is darkness that covers
  to all
from Earth...
Death is divine messenger
of clarity,
that will illuminate
the new inhabitants
newcomers
from ancient time,
to the fresh world,
 novel era... !

Why We Ask :: Why

We're always curious and ask questions
to gain more awareness of and learn to
acquire knowledge to form own impression;
But, knowing of what, when, where doesn't lead to
satisfaction; all queries lead to 'why'.

We ask 'why', as our mind, brain is having
that great quality of analyzing
thinking reasons consequences, planning,
finding explanation, humanizing;
Animals don't possess such quality.

Knowing 'why' leads to answers and actions
linked to future; try to realize more
to plan duly the next course of action
as living in brighter days we look for;
"why" motivates everyone to excel.

Marx and Rand

Don't scream about equality.
Life's unfair, that's reality.
Just do the very best you can
to be a truly worthy man.

Productive work and mind said Marx,
beget the humanizing sparks.
Self-worth and self-respect, said Rand,
can make for ouselves a better land!

Accumulation of An Accumulation

Accumulation of an Accumulation

Hide,                         Fool,                   Confidence
Coincide, Abide,         Ridicule               Tense
Denied                      Mule                    Sense

Humanizing,              Deserve,              Afford, award,
Despising,                 Conserve,            Ignored
Surprising                 Preserve              Lord

Word, absurd,           Once upon,          Included,
Re-occurred,             God has done,     Alluded,
Assured                    Only one             Deluded

Survive,                    Repeated           Withstand
Come alive,               Deleted              Demand
Revive                      Conceited           Disband

Whether or not         Avoid,                 Heeded,
Had been hot           Annoyed,             Conceded,
Preposterous plot     Destroyed            Impeded

Now I need to form each combination
of words into limericks. You can also
do the same if you want to. How is
that for a challenge?

Rich Man's Frame of Mind

oh, so you call me filthy rich,
      blame me for your fate in the ditch,
and then you tell me to detour
      for the sake of you, lazy poor
from all the paths of cruel greed
      and hand to you your every need,
that I must practice charity,
      that mercy be my cup of tea;

but, why should I take care of you?
      I've toiled so hard, I've earned my due,
while you sit, spit and waste your time
      telling folks I stole your last dime,
how dare you, lousy lazybones
      claim as yours what I truly own,
only by the sweat of my brow
      I've become truly rich, that's how;

and then you talk of human rights
      while you just live as parasites,
sucking hard on society's guilt,
      playing victims up to the hilt,
thriving well on hypocrisy,
      your vices have no secrecy,
why don't you live within your means
      and work real hard behind the scenes?

don't scream about equality,
      life's unfair, that's reality,
just do the very best you can
      to truly be a working man,
productive work and mind, said Marx,
      beget the humanizing sparks,
self-worth and self-respect, said Rand,
      can make this place a better land!
