On pain's bed, after the operation, my body rests*
Motionless the view out of the window tries to enjoy
While my soul the opportunity of peace grasps to think
How the gifts the spirit provides, could I better employ!

* Last year, on the 19th of October, after a fall a large Hematoma
was created in my brain. The doctors didn't think I could survive,
or even if I managed to survive, still were not certain I could walk or talk.
However, a young doctor, named Christos Koutsarnakis, who believes in God,
performed an extensive Craniotomy that lasted for four hours. His faith was rewarded! I was saved and, thank God I have no problems with my walk or my speech. I thank the Lord and the good doctor! God bless him and God bless my wife who saved my life by taking me to the hospital while unconscious, plus all of you who have prayed for me!

The storm has subsided
The wind has died out
The sea has calmed.
The night has passed
The sun has risen
Darkness is dissipated
Fear is gone
Hope has returned
My dream is revived.
God gave me another chance:*
Another day to live,
Another day to test my wings,
To fly
To create.
The goal of my life appeared before my eyes
Anew:
Provoking
Challenging
Demanding.
I feel God's presence!
My faith is strengthened,
My determination is reinforced,
My heart rejoices,
My soul is uplifted.
It is certain, that this time,
I would succeed in serving Him better
For
With the Lord's help,
NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE!

* Back in October 2021, I had a serious accident that
caused a large Hematoma in my brain, and as a consequence of that, I had
a long (12") Craniotomy which brought me to the gates of eternity mute and paralyzed, however, God gave me another chance to live!

Let us, my friends, the most powerful weapons of peace to create,
Weapons that would surpass in force all those that war possesses,
Able to carry to every heart: reason, compassion, and love
So as the entire world on humanity's path progresses!

10 January 2022
Sorry for being away again but a beloved person from my family passed away on the 4th of January. This is the 10th person we lose in nine months. This is the worst year in my life! God bless their soul. P.S.: I almost was the 11th person back in October, to cross over because of the Hematoma and the Craniotomy that followed! God is great!

When Len traveled to Oklahoma
to obtain a ranching diploma
a bull butted him hard
out in the training yard
and he but earned a hematoma.

Radiating waves of thoughts unseen,
the battle gallant rages
in sub-hematoma nether places
An invisible clash against dark principalities
from the shadow realm,
the stricken valiant breathe
with unconscious, godly certainty
Braving the acute stillness of the existential void,
the journey to elevated triumphant entry
is fraught with Golgotha mob Pilate crash noise
Imperceptibly the spirit moves righteously,
as the stillness quakes
at each new dawn star rising
And the inert, smitten shell of the battle weary frail
falls into deep watery dreams
of the loving hopeful ...
Moving moments of temporal tears shed —
intimate prayer wishes infinitely cast upwardly well
Dedicated to my late beloved father, Freddie.

Drowned by the fears of being criticized
Pulled in the earth's inner core
Tied with the mighty chain
Unto the rock unbroken by the mightiest power
Cyanotic, hematoma: they're the foreign objects
That dared to enter my eyes
Forcing these salty liquid out
Forming these nightmares even at daybright
I used to hate isolation, I used to love socialization
But what can i do? your sword had reached my sterile heart
Sword full of microbes infecting every tissue of my very treasure
The only treasure descended from my roots
I now congratulate you! you won!
Now the fight's between you and you alone
You leave me cutting my carotid artery,
Now I leave you deal with your greatest enemy: your Conscience
