I want to cling
To you
The way vultures do
Circling in
On every movement
Until the last exhale in winter’s air
Replacing bed sheets
With blankets of
Frosted covered grass
Opening up to me
Slowly
Like a flower at the end of March
Almost as if
The exposure
Tickled your rib cage
Tell me
About the things
Your eyes have held on to
As the canvas
Of light blue
Admixes to obsidian
Over the
Taut inexpressive
Coat your skeleton wears
I want to cling
To you
The way black widows do
Circling in
On every movement
Until the last tug against a web
Replacing bed sheets
With blankets
That feel like silk
Becoming closed off to me
Slowly
Like daisies when the sun goes down
I want to be
Indented
In your mind
Like a child
After
Their first bee sting
Cautious of my presence
But still wish
You could touch my face

Sleepless every night,
My mind's deprived of the light.
Even in midnight,
I can't sleep tight.
Sleep's always in delay,
It feels like a replay.
Can't rest even for a day,
I feel like my body starts to decay.
My eyes are heavy,
But I can't rest idly.
Every time my eyes shut, it's clingy,
It feels like a demonic entity.
When my eyes are open, I just stare,
Hoping that from the dark corners no one would glare.
In looking further, I wouldn't dare,
It could bring different types of nightmare.
In the darkness, shadows loom,
They prefer the cold wide room.
Waiting for small spec of gloom,
Once it's out, it'll be your doom.
Taking my breath like asthma,
Like I'm grappled right in my trachea.
Just like sleep apnea,
But worst it affects me like insomnia.
Sleeping was my rest,
Now it's a difficult test.
To face the things I detest,
Gateway for my inner strength to manifest.
I wish sleeping was still a cure,
That rest where everything feels secure.
When sweetdreams can still allure,
Instead of nightmares you'll have to endure.

Burning off the excess
Things got out of line
Everything is golden
Until it loses its shine
Pendulum constantly swinging
Quick to overreact
Impermanence around the corner
Grasping for what is fact
Need to seek balance
Stand on stable ground
Know things will settle
What was lost will be found
The scale evens out
Water finds its level
We’ll never find Goldilocks
But the pendulum starts to settle

I saw your photo
And I didn't know,
It would hurt so much
My hand took my heart to clutch
Memories, I could touch

Time reconstructing the construction
cell by cell eroding,
trying to remember something
something beyond my grasp,
There is a vagueness
a shaft of light
Through a darkened door.
a transient brilliance
that fails to illuminate.
a truth that i once carried
lightly on my back
something essential has gone
As if its floating out there
among the stars.

“plunge in now, into the current
reclaim true self, luminescent”
_ quote by poet
________________________________
heart throbs soar when blessings in-pour
consciousness core, seeking encore
let’s out as gasp, failing to grasp
fleeting illusions cannot clasp
down on all fours, we yet seek more
each breath we inhale, must exhale
letting go then, why fears assail
with God our guide, fearlessly glide
propelled by His life breath inside
renouncing erst desires, now stale
fears serpentine, poisonous vines
with heart entwine, bind and confine
plunging our soul in deep despair
until with love sublime we pair
blissful, when head and heart align
embrace, hold and release with ease
flowing like the fresh morning breeze
heart with love hued, our mind aware
urge to cling and clutch, ego snare
one with Gods light, as we unfreeze

The moonlight wavers on a pond
waves are splashing high and low
The illusion shimmers, then it's gone
Hid behind a pale window
Hands wave to clear the fog
Yet only let the image go

My father showed me how to pull nettles without being stung.
With a confident and downward grasp and without hesitation,
To grip and flatten the stinging hairs by following their direction
but I have never reached to do it, or had any to pull in my city garden.
I watched him dig sods with a spade and turn them over row by row
So that weeds would bury beneath each shiny clod and not regrow
But I have never had more of a garden than a small brick-paved courtyard.

It wasn't her face that she had hid,
it was all of her insecurities instead.
The feelings of worthlessness
made only worse
by the other thoughts within her head.
She had given and he had taken,
from shattered memories she'd fled
Down the hall and to the right,
Into the garden, into the night
Into the darkness, into the deep
Down into her soul, into it's keep
Cold and alone,
beaten but not broken
her silhouette clung to the coals around the fire
Friggs tears surround her, as she stepped onto the pyre.

Today I walked away as I prayed;
By chance my emotions did stray;
By chance in blown flow in my heart did dance;
Running Free frolicking but early glimmers glance;
I am calling on my soul to ignore my sins;
I'm shunned by the presence of my future beginnings;
Not tomorrow I stand and I say;
Rebuking the sins and the demons they come my way;
Embracing angels, entertaining strangers;
I hold on to The Angels
Grasping fingers;
I'm praying to my Father from Mercy Grace;
As I stand on his Earthen ground in place;
And prayer I hold my hands together
Grasping fingers;

all glittering is not gold!
we the dweller of world
live in enigmatic glittering
dream to posses everything
run after the mirage of desire
oh! Nothing these shining are
at last all entrepreneur find alluring ashes
ash is changing in shape to unshaped gases
turned into seen to unseen
sigh fill up despondency bin

As I am sinking,
as I slowly drown,
I am grasping,
making no sound,
suffocating as I go under,
things are going dark
will there come a saviour
to rescue me
and save the day
It's gone beyond
me saving myself
I tried so hard but floundered
and now I need some help
or it's all over
and all good things
will come to an end.
