It's been forever since you went —
To the other side in a heartbeat —
To return the life you've been lent,
Towards the edge of the stellar backstreet.
Your footsteps echo until now,
Thumping gently throughout our little place,
As my longing heart can't find how
To make myself accept your ended days.
And my frail soul is pierced each time —
The perfect curves in your mouth I recall —
How they soothe like an angel's chime,
As they fade away in the fall.
If I weep my tears in the void,
And if I scream until there's nothing left,
Would He return your chance — destroyed?
Rewrite your bright tomorrow that was theft?
But I know in myself the truth —
That at last you've gone to the clouds afar,
Away from the pain and dispute,
So I bid farewell, wherever you are.

When I am old I shall be an acrobat Granny Fee said.
People will cheer and stomp their feet at me
The clapping will be thunderous
I may join Barnum and Bailey’s right now
I think they went out of business her grandson Joe said.
The rest of them almost laughed until they saw Granny Fee's face.
Don’t even think about eating one of my monster cookies she told Joe
His sister sneaked him two of them after supper
I am working on my sequined costume Granny Fee told her son.
“Not that again!” her doubtful son Biff said, rolling his left eye.
His children were silent.
Gram slapped Biff's left hand when it reached for a monster cookie.
In the summer the family went to the circus.
Granny Fee begged off at the last second.
“Hey! Isn’t that Granny Fee?
It sure was.
In costume, on the high wire, balancing her corpulence on a pink hippo.
The family clapped, cheered, hooted and whistled.
They loved Granny Fee's delicious chocolate chip monster cookies.
And they all knew that she had marvelous hearing.

Distant meandering,
macro denial
the moment a slave
to eternity’s child
Caught on a tether,
all freedom a myth
the boundaries self-serving
with nothing at risk
The sum past the tally,
its measure unscored
the players outnumbered
their names to obscure
Distant meandering,
macro denial
a lens that won’t focus
—an image beguiled

Grams The Menacing And Hot Pot where's my breakfast- -
Whose pot is that? I think I know.
Grams is quite happy cooking yo!
Full of joy like a vivid rainbow,
I watch her frying homemade biscuits Oh.
She gives her pot a shake,
And laughs until her belly aches.
The only other sound's the break,
Of distant waves outside kitchen window birds awake.
The pot is menacing, hot and deep Gram where's my breakfast,
But she has promises to keep,
After making cakes and lots of sleep.
Sweet dreams come to her cheap surely they last.
She rises from her gentle bed,
With thoughts of Karo® syrup and pancakes in her head,
She eats her jam with lots butter on her bread.
Ready for the day ahead.
Lastly with bacon and grits and gravy, thanks ya gram

This is the weight of a soul imagine what 21 grams can do?
This is not a myth
Wikipedia
The 21 grams experiment refers to a scientific study published in 1907 by Duncan MacDougall, a physician from Haverhill, Massachusetts. MacDougall hypothesized that souls have physical weight, and attempted to measure the mass lost by a human when the soul departed the body. MacDougall attempted to measure the mass change of six patients at the moment of death. One of the six subjects lost three-fourths of an ounce (21.3 grams).
Explain to me how you cannot believe?
Pictures to arrive at a later date.

It was just another ordinary day, per say,
the hour before my sweet grams passed away.
Some shiver in sorrow or drown in regret,
but that last hour I shall never forget.
To receive one last kiss upon my cheek,
knowing soon she’d be falling asleep.
To whisper one more I love you in her ear,
knowing that death would soon be near.
Not something to be feared or anything,
but watching my grams grow angel wings.
And as she gently let go of my side,
I watched her cross over to the great divide.
The brightest moment I’d live through again,
is watching grams turn into an angel friend.
For now, she is with me wherever I choose,
and that precious hour I shall never lose.

Here's the doodle, way out West
mind's a noodle, not depressed,
searched the Pantry's, not to guess
where's the boot, hat, cowboy's vest!
Fair and Rodeo, next month soon,
all the young'uns needing room
their vacation, munching's boom
cupcakes, chips, the same old tune!
This might work, the cattle breaks
and roping tricks combine to make
the Western motif for land's sake
I'll do their garments as a bake!
Sprig some chocolate on the boots
and colored bits, the vests light up,
and say that Cowboy hat, iced blue,
who can resist this interlude!
While calves are tangled by tossed ropes
these plates of cookies will win folks
and on the fair grounds, horses broke
will highlight ranching moments told!
And at the Bake Shop, not to boast
their pastry goodies had before,
ranch style brings my feelings high,
the colors bouncing upwards score!
Now grab a plate, this will be fun
maybe an entry, I should make
these charming cookies Number One,
should bring the biggest hungry down!

A COUPLE OF GRAMS OF HEART
Step right up,
See the man, the man with a heart,
weighs no more than an ounce or two.
Broken in all the wrong places,
but there are no right places to be broken, apart.
Watch him dance, try him at cards
see if he is not just as much man as you -
with only a couple of grams of heart.
Love has torn him apart
this man with so little heart,
ripped him a-shred and asunder.
He knew right from the start
if he'd just acted his part
the part where he gave up all
the truth in his heart -
there would be lightning to pay for the thunder.
He'd be brave if he could,
put on a big show, a show to end them all.
But he just does not have enough in his shirt
to stand up in spite of the fear and the hurt,
and dare to look out over the wall,
to risk the question that makes him so small -
will you love me, just as I am, after all?

With one last sigh
My soul is expelled
Twenty-one grams
Floating upward, high
I'm light
Effervescent
Free
Twenty-one grams
That’s all I am
That’s all that’s left of me
I left behind
My body
Still and unmoving
On the scale
calcuator, pen
The doctor total tell
Unaccounted Weight:
21 grams

You know what happened, I didn’t wake up today
And I’ll forever see the world in a different way
I’ll take no more breaths, breathe no more air
But I’ll forever remember the love that we share
Go outside and look into the sky
You might catch a glimpse of my sparkling eyes
Then something might happen that you won’t quite believe
You’ll feel me kiss you in a small gentle breeze
You’ll look all around you but there will be nothing but air
And in it you’ll feel my soft silver hair
After you feel my hair tickle your face
The warmth of the sun will become my embrace
So from now on, this is how I’m going to send you my love
I’ll send it with nature and with God above
Here’s how you’ll feel me and the love I send
Just step outside and stand in the wind
It’s my love that the warmth of the sun is bringing
Those are my special songs the birds are singing
The trees and the flowers are saying I miss you
Did you feel the breeze?
That’s me, I just kissed you.
