Son of King Mussabwa On Munanila Mountain

As son of King Mussabwa
on munanila mountain was watering
flowers in different gardens
                  Vira people were singing
                                       Vira songs
   .                               While dancing.

Princess Keyah went to mugadja river
with her friends in singing bavira traditional
praising songs.
Bavira heh! Bavira heh! Bavira heh! Bavira heh!
Bavira heh! Bavira heh! Bavira heh! Bavira heh!
Blessed nation , humble tribe , kind people
Bavira land , kivira language , Uvira zone.

Bavira heh! Bavira heh! Bavira heh! Bavira heh!
Bavira heh! Bavira heh! Bavira heh! Bavira heh!
If you want to marry Muvira, welcome to Uvira.
You will find beautiful and handsome Bavira.

Bavira heh! Bavira heh! Bavira heh! Bavira heh!
Bavira heh! Bavira heh! Bavira heh! Bavira heh!
If you want to test Bavira traditional foods
Welcome to share with goodhearted folks.

Calling Upon All Angels

Crumbling worlds before emotional eyes lamenting,
Rumbling ruins through mortified masses repenting…
Abandoned cityscapes amongst vigorous viral venom,
Saddened silenced souls searching becoming benumb…

Within idol isolations irreversible tears turning to rust,
Mortal sin of evil endeavors amidst escalating mistrust…
Pandemic proportions within penetrating potential,
Systemic society enduring ever-evolving exponential…

Calling all upon Angels armored warring with swords,
Brawling battles brewing with running overlords…
Loving erupting from goodhearted women and men,
Shoving evil through oblivions arising once again.

...this poem can also be read backward~from right to left...

Premium MemberIn a Pool of Kindred Spirits

What joy
What comfort
To find a comfy niche
Where kindred spirits abound
Where we are encouraged to be ourselves
And delight in others showing their true colors
How profound it is to connect on that human level
Sharing opportunities to appreciate each other’s journeys
With tendered words, views, passions, dreams and aspirations
Life obstacles and vulnerabilities divulged with open heart
Allowing others to touch us in so many ways
Inviting them into our private bubble
Where some so easily click
Like long lost friends
Forever leave
Their mark

To one such friend
I need pay tribute
He’s an artist on my path
No doubt to feed my motivation
He gives praise
Like it’s free candy
He’s a humble goodhearted poet
Direct and won't play games
He couldn't be a politician
It would surely kill him
All I have to say is how I have
Tremendous respect for him
And everything he stand for

Do Good

Do good
Lend an ear, lend a shoulder
Give your time, lend a hand
Show compassion, love and mercy
Judge not, rather, understand
Times are getting tough and darker
For humanity as a whole
Be a rock or an oasis
For at least one wretched soul
Some may even be ungrateful
What a pity, they don’t know
What’s in store for the goodhearted
Ignorance won’t make them grow
Disappointment or frustration
Disenchantment or regret
None of these should let you falter
Do what’s honorable instead
Give and lend, do so with pleasure
Do what is virtuous, don’t mind the rest
Don’t forget the holy promise
’Do good and you will be blessed.’

Human Nature

Human nature
I’m a human, you’re a human
Can’t we all just be humane?
Why is it that we act poorly?
Or even blatantly insane?
We are getting worse than ever
Animalistic at its best
Time is mad at human nature
So she puts us to the test
All the lessons, all the teachings
The experience, the proof
Was in fain, it served no purpose
Wickedness goes through the roof
I’m a human, you’re a human
Whether different our race
Whether different our color
Whether different our face
What has happened to our glory?
What has happened to our crown?
Hear the sighs of our Creator
On his forehead a deep frown
At the start of our creation
We were honored, we were blessed
We were made to be the rulers
We were put higher than the rest
And below us were the creatures
This now sounds funny in retrospect
Please explain human behavior
When only we have intellect
Blessings have become a hazard
Most of them have been misused
And for that we thankless humans
Will for sure not be excused
Human nature is corrupted
And with time it worsens more
Keep holding on all you goodhearted
One day the Maker will restore.

Here On the Soup

Here on the "Soup" I share my deepest thoughts
when I'm at ease or when forlornly distraught.
At this site one can tastefully enjoy and read
the perspectives of others, often taking heed.

The literary quality is amazingly quite high-
I admonish their efforts after I quietly sigh.
There's various categories and unique styles
enthralling members to peruse for a while.

On "The Soup" there's a sense one belongs
to a goodhearted crowd with minds strong.
It's such a joy to explore other imaginations
whose creative gifts leave us in fascination.

"The Soup" is a group of encouraging friends.
That's why I'll abide here until the very end.

Bliss

bound beautifully in blossoms bossom
bend backwards in in time
the blissful nature nutures the negative
turning on the glow positive energy endeavoring everyone
and goodhearted gladness gathering goodness from within
the kiss planted on your heart heals all hurts
the blessed kiss from an angel
angles the blessing to heal all from within
the time to spread such joy is everyday of the year
the hope abound from a common cause
causes all good cheer from year to year

caressed carefully in caual curiosity
the candles glow brightens away the shadows
the goodness in us all shines thoroughly thru
the bliss of life is overwhelming
and leaves us giddy with hope eternal
and brings spring early into our lives
to liven up the spirits the have darkened over the years
our days shall always have a halo of hope
we just need a little bliss to illuminate it

Let's Still See a Brighter Africa

With these ills still trailing and tormenting us
Let's be willing and good hearted
For it is our stubborness that will improve our course
We know of the people who have given up
And have fled to other regions to sojourn
But we have stood foward.
We should continue to convince our misguided or unfortunate fellows
For it is only the enlightened and th goodhearted
That our continent relies on.
Let's not give up in our quest
So that it will be known when it is all over
That we were in the side of Africa
As we have known those who are before us.
We must continue to fire the flame of hope
For it is hope that will allow young ones to join our course
We need them
Friends let's still see a brighter Africa.
