An Aroma of Gardens

A rose peels back
to revel
an endless beauty,

Deep colors of Life,
A Symmetry of shapes,

An aroma of
Gardens,

This beautiful flower,

This Life balanced,
by a deeper grief,

A grief so deep,
Its roots can’t be seen,

For we know,

All that we have,
Must be given back,

Love borrowed,
Ready to be returned,

This rose,
This beautiful rose,

This fragile life
We long to 
hold.

We Take and Never Give Back

The Sun takes away the Stars
The moon gives the Stars back to us
The Sun gives us heat
The Moon gives us chills

The Earth watches the Sun and The Moon
Man is crushing the Earth we call these earthquakes
We take and we take from the earth
Placing it upon the earth never giving anything back

We suck oil from its veins and build cars and trains
Tall buildings so we can play games
The only thing man gives back, are their dead
We throw our trash into the sea and take it’s fish to eat

What has man given to the sea? 
We build toys and gadgets from the earth
What have we given back to the earth?
We call earth our home we are only visitors

We bomb it with bombs testing to see
Who rules the earth?
We fight over land that no one really owns
We buy it with paper made form Gods trees

We take the gold and claim it as ours
Rubies, diamonds silver and wood all ours we say
We eat food from its trees and sell it with money made from trees
What have we given back to Earth?

Give Back

if you can
put money in the can
help a needed  hand
its  a fact
its a love in that  rack
IF YOUR ON TOP
so other won't rot
GIVE BACK

Before You Live You Give Back the Spirit God Given You

BEFORE YOU LIVE YOU GIVE BACK THE SPIRIT GOD GIVEN YOU

Before you live;
You have to give;
Give up of the spirit, that  God has breathe in you;
Before you live you give back the spirit God has given you
Before you live you give back the spirit God given you;

That that’s give unto you;
Is eternal and true;
And you have it dawning..

For if you choose, your choice process;
To be disobedient non-repentant you could be lost;
The choice is yours;
The power is yours;
Choose you who this day, you will today???

Before you live;
You have to give;
Give up of the spirit, that God has breathe in you

Your body goes back to dirt, to dust;
And it’s your unrighteous thinking you can’t trust;
Just stop and turn around;
Just think about your true self;
You wanna spend it in hell;
Or with God and Jesus forever, forever;

Before you live;

Is eternal and true;

Poem: If I could give back

I give back this slave name that these white masters gave us~I give back all the beatings that our ancestors had to take,I give back the hate that caused them to hate the color  of  our skin, I give back all the years that we suffered,I give back all the name callings and they nasty  ass spit that crossed our face,I give back all the pain n suffering,all the hollering and screaming,I give back our land that they stole us from, I give back the sleepless nights, the worries n tears,I give back all the hard work, working in cotton fields, I give back how they stripped us from our duty but what I aint give n back is my African beauty~By ya #1 n only  MBA

If Only I Could Give Back

How do I begin, when I don’t want this to end?
An apology is my start
Please accept it from my heart
Like yours, it is broken apart

Walking alone I carry these thoughts
Of a woman I adore, a woman I love, so madly in love
Though I can feel your anger
Like a burn to my soul

Your husband I wish still to be
Always there by your side
Despair I can see, trapped inside your aching heart
Oh to wish it free

My wife
My life you are
My friend, I care
My God I pray

If only I could give back
What you know I have taken
Would I be forsaken?
Like a cry from the cross

It meant nothing
It was over, before it began
Oh how my trust has left…
Like a shadow at dusk, it bleeds away…

Dying with every breath we take
With every step I take 
I hold out, I reach out
To wipe your tear

You’re my light
You are my guiding soul
You’re all I know, and yet
Our child may never know

This father to be
The child you carry
The child you have nurtured
How can a man be so wretched?

But I pray this simple note
Will find some way to heal your heart
To put a smile on those lips
And let it kiss that hurt

Give me back my Love
I am lost in the maze of life,
Oh, give back to me my Love
I want to live my life again.

Before you spurn me,
Give me back my smiles,
My joys you give me back,
Give back my zest for life,
I want to live my life again.

Those moonlit nights
we spent together,
Those promises
we made to each other,
Those love castles
we built together,
Give back to me my dreams,
I want to live my life again.

Give me back my songs
Give back to me my self,
Give me, Oh dear,
Give back my broken heart.

I am lost in the maze of life,

All bets are off
So tired of playing foolish games
You think you've won but
Then it always ends the same
At first you're on top
You know you've evened up the score
Then lose it all
You've nothing left, there is no more
Yet then the Dealer say's He'll give another shot
He asks for little, just that you give back from the heart
It sounds so easy so you say, so deal me in
It's worth it all,God sees the good and not the sin
