My dog's as smart as a geek.
He can bark in English, Arabic, and Greek.
He’s expert in canine mathematics,
can discuss dog-fight aerodynamics,
and is fluent in bow-wow doublespeak.
And yours?

Would it be okay if later today
I brought Bixby by to play
with Boris and Doris 
and Horace and Morris
and Eddie and Ollie and Ray?

Chet The Educated Idiot

Chet wore his plaid pants up to his pencil protector
People ran from the cafeteria when they saw him
He was an incessant talker
Never let anyone else speak
We have all been cornered by him

His prattle is boring; scientific crap
Stuff none of us care about
Quantum physics, montum shizzicks,
We don’t even believe in whatever it is
We are from the

Pass me a tablet
Pass me my phone
I'll order a take-out
To arrive here by drone

My eyes may be square 
But behind them you'll see
One hundred percent human
Undespicable me

It's hard to relate
When your words are at loss
Though I'm happiest really
Ninja fighting a boss

Though I'm never apart

Through silent woods and rustling leaves
Down the hill to the flowing creek 
Away from life's stress causing heaves
There I saw a white lovely swan
By magic there appeared a fawn


As the slow running water splashed
Then filled a deeper hole for fish

Geek On the Beach

It's a lot of fun,
being a geek on the beach,
He dug thirty-two escudos',
in less than a week.
all solid gold,
from the lost fleet.
He found fourteen more,
and stayed for three weeks.
With some of the score,
bought a custom jeep.
Yup, it's a lot of fun,
being a Geek on the Beach.

The crux of this poem,
is mostly just luck.
Though dreams come

Geek-Speak

Computer-virus
A type of sirus?
Dog eared pedantic
Repetitive on automatic 
Amorphic invasion maybe
Pushing for an erasion
Removing African
Eroding the Eurasians
Punishing most Asians.

Compute such dogma’

Hirsute not an option
In streamlining concoctions
Refuting forbidden
Ideas free and falling,
In ides of transitioning
Islands of resistance
Enlightement most insistent
Fighting fiercely for freedom
Against the force of dis-reason.

Also think again?
On that verbiage?
Does it define our
Stagnant garbiage?

Playtime in the bone-pit.
Sanctified ritual amalgamates
sawdust savagery with infantile hunger
and births a blank recognition
within the eyes of the disbelieving.
What is it?

Praise be to the Geek.
Empty, gone and automated he devours
his daily bread of chickens and rodents with
a dry heroin mouth that grinds and chews
towards infinite sideshow pay days.
Strange but true!

Golden Curls and the Geek

The stud kicked sand in the face of the geek
Shook his golden curls: "You're so very weak."
   The geek worked out every day
   New muscles proudly displayed
Kicked 'golden curls' halfway to Mozambique

Whatever Does That Mean

They say that I'm prolific
Whatever does that mean?
It makes me sound like a rabbit
Bob-bobbing in a pretty scene.

It makes me feel terrific
And not an old has-been,
When I find a word I grab it
Towards rhyming I often lean.
