Thomson gazelle bounces as she runs
showing predators chasing her would not be fun
she’s pretty common in Africa these days
Bouncing around in her usual happy ways
I stand, where paths diverge,
With merry Andrew, years’ faithful surge.
The Creator’s hand, a craftsman’s embrace,
Yet dreamscapes falter, bound by time’s
Trace.
At tri-junction, like a gazelle carved in grace,
Amid ancient trees, a sanctified space,
Rooted, seeking signs yet unseen,
The road ahead-a riddle,
Serene.
Branches murmur, leaves weave lore,
Tales of renewal, of hearts once torn.
Choices beckon-left’s holds the known, paths,
Right reveals a frontier, where wild seeds
Are sown
A baboon who had charm, grace and flair
had a steamy and lurid affair
with a slender gazelle
who conceived very well
a gazoon with a reddish derriere.
Here comes my beautiful Ada!
The flower of my youth
Elegant and sure footed
Poised to conquer the world
A gazelle of inestimable beauty
Resilient and full of
Joie de vivre and open heartedness
Ada no one is like you
And no one can ever be like you
You are beautifully and wonderfully made
Rise and lighten up global
Entertainment firmament
For the world is your oyster
The Gazelle
I met a Gazelle in Marseille
she was chewing on my jacket
I took it off to keep her warm.
She was hungry, gave her my jumper
not enough.
In Marseille I was naked
She had eaten my wallet also
The Gazelle!!!
The morning cock crows
And the feeling grows
Towards the daedal damsel
With the gaze of a gazelle
She is an enigma
A portrait with dimples
The opera of the steeples
And with an accolade for charisma
In the center of my fantasy
She gives me a frenzied insomnia
The feeling of euphoria
And the smooth warmth of ecstasy

Of Gazelle and Madeomoiselle
Showed me the attic and the roof
Netted with egg and spiderweb
The basement flooded
Fish swam on our dirty carpet
And mold owned the walls
Oh , how foul did it smell
Gave me the stars and the moon
Foolish, a girl without a clue
Gave me lipstick and perfume
Smelled like roses and bird poop
Gave me Arizona,
Oh, not the state
Gave me riddles to do
Challenging my intellectual capacity
Common sense and naivety
Test failed
Gave me pointed shoe and shampoo
You are worth it
You are highly favored
Gave me philosophy and justice
It’s all in the signs when they align
Likened me to Maya and Joan
Writer and martyr, a saint
Gave me life
For I was without
Prayed hell upon my soul
That bitter almond and fruit
That sorry fool
Bless your heart
And praise him

My love, my world revolves around
your mystifying gazelle eyes--
When you look at me
My day begins,
When you lower them
My sun sets!

There once was a hunter called Ray,
Who went big game shooting one day.
As he stalked a gazelle,
A lion caught his smell,
And the predator became prey.
Gazelle beauty grace
Oh the companions adorn
Birds clean fur turn face
(I saw a picture in which a gazelle was being cleaned by a flock of birds. The
gazelle had its face turned like it was saying to the birds clean here.)
