Vagabond Kings

Give me the poverty
that enjoys true wealth
And the joy in believing
— that nothing is free

Premium MemberThrough Life’s Clenched Jaw

Through life’s clenched jaw,
we struggle to survive.
We see our loved ones stumble;
expectations crumble.
Anxiety keeps grinding
and grinding
us down.

Money’s tight;
life’s jaw clenches tighter.
Health declines.
The jaws of death loom nearer.
Panic-stricken people
flee the only homes they’ve ever known -
refugees escaping war
or the clench and the stench
of oppression.

Through it all,
many make it through,
but oh the woe of those
living in the unrelenting grasp
of poverty
or of being chewed to bits
by abuse and fear.
Who gets to glide through a life
where slackened
is the jaw of life?
And who decides
if a clenched jaw will constantly
be others’ plight?
Only God alone can know;
it’s not ours to reason why.

Family and friends, good attitude,
hopefully faith and prayer
will help to make life’s clenched jaw
easier to pass through.
I firmly believe that in the end,
death’s relief for many
will be a welcomed friend.
When life’s jaw unclenches,
we can be released.
Then will understanding
flood our minds
and the light of God’s pure love
be new life’s sweet caress.

File of Hague

As a non insertive question
Citizen has single federal file for all personnel.
Objective of research is objective

During description in file
As sealed Indictment within government as possession of journalist record is economy.

Obstruction is escalation of budget into file
Over life of citizen, depriving citizen of liberty.

I am a research journalist.

In poverty I research not creating poverty

This is to learn what you and all can't do

Military Protocol

Obstruction to Department of Justice is resignation and contempt

Case at the podium?

Three of the five captains in the Sheriff’s Office were notified this week they are under an Internal Affairs investigation, according to the deputy and sergeants unions.

The significant investigation into top officers in the Sheriff’s Office rank-and-file comes as the county awaits the results of a two-week evidentiary hearing that will inform whether the Board of Supervisors should remove Sheriff Christina Corpus for misconduct and retaliation

Reference common sense or request stand aside as holster cannot approach gavel or robes.

Otherwise custody must be taken of faculty for contempt.

None are in financial abandons realm of eminent loss of life from neglect.

Justice is not blind only silence for the deaf neglect the speech of poverty.

The poor writing are literally a parallel in and against overt war acts.

TESTAMENT OF THE STREETS

A glass of vodka on the table,
A chocolate joint between the fingers,
A Tokarev in the bag,
The brain infused with adrenaline.

Misery, a nightmare,
Being poor, a curse,
Forced to drown in illicit transactions.
Survival: a necessity to exist,
Bound to poverty since the placenta.

Murder scenes as the only spectacle,
From the watchtower, the horizon is mortiferous.
Reality proclaims its sentence with a firm voice,
The cruelty of the street teaches raw lessons to worn-out heels.

Gagged souls count the dirty money that corrodes their future,
A pact of survival sealed between greasy fingers and clenched fists.
The heart hardens to feed a hungry mouth,
Prayer turns into calculation, cash becomes language.

Yellow smiles are sold, worn-out allegiances are bought,
Eyes assess, tongues negotiate the unforgivable.
A shiver of metal recalls the origin of the debts.
No respite, the market demands its tribute without mercy.

A verse carved inside lacerated fists,
Ultimate testament of a centuries-old ordeal.

Pocket Gazes

Pocket-Gazes

Night depressed—
black spirits, spiders,
demanding, retorting,
an empty vessel, titanic with trauma.

A downturned smile, flagellate,
disillusioned, demoted, disinterested—
dystopian dysmorphia.

Dolls.
Masks.
Spills.
Blood.
Oxygen.
Water.

Decaying. Degrading. Devolving.
Despair, disaster, disappointment—
disappear.
The lexicon collapses inward,
a ladder whose rungs only fall.

Sand sighs. Water shifts.
Hands disembodied.
Faces detached,
checked out.

I flail,
a swimmer drowning in a teaspoon.
Watermelon empathy—
bloated, barren.

A clock face melting, Dalí’s sky.
I am Picasso’s fractured mouth.
I am Van Gogh’s shell-ear,
smashed on the rocks.

Amy Winehouse cries, hollow,
vodka-veined, restrained
inside a music box.

Maya’s muteness.
Florence’s failure.
Mary Seacole’s poverty.

Nightingale’s lamp guttering.
Angelou’s song stilled.
Seacole’s hands trembling empty.

Yet outward—
instead of inward,
instead of into my pocket-gazes—
there might be,
just might be,

a shimmer of stardust,
a touch of moonlight.

Hope, a dot of light
in a cavern of dark.
And yet,
it illuminates the sky.

Researchers Have Identified The Gene Responsible For Aging

they’ve found it,
the little bastard,
the switch inside us all
that ticks down like a
bomb.

they call it discovery,
a holy grail
in a white lab coat.

the headlines say,
we can stop the body
from rusting,
from falling apart,
from dying.

but don’t get too happy—
it’s not for you,
or me,
or the kid coughing
on a hospital bed,
his mother counting
change in a paper cup
by the soda machine.

the poor won’t see it,
they never do.
the miracle pill,
the nano cure,
the second life—
all locked in a vault
of stock options and patents.

we’ll keep aging
in dirty apartments,
while the rich buy time
like it’s whiskey
at the corner bar.

Poverty vs Law Enforcement Policy pattern recon

In God We Trust
Resign
Free speech
None shall assert over peace
An assembly of law
Against the Union
Line is Held
Constitution is boundary

That all men aren't created equal in time
None shall avoid record of line.

Your position igniting and release of cinder
In citation of violation
As action as ridicule
Arresting speech rather than resigning
God In Which We Trust
Defines freedom of speech

None shall capture and divise self interesting reserves of provisional supply of the Union.

The Falls : specular verse

farms await bony hands of want

land thirsty for full bodied Love

what strength is needed to grow the maize

whilst shadows roam streets in haze

leaves like notes blow across ferocious Falls

how long can darkness juggle its balls

                                   ¥

balls of the clown are tired of work

calm Falls continue their crystal splash cries

shadows between trees rustle like hungry

maize aromas ripe fill air for inhalation

yellow Earth bursts fiery gore

hands of farmworkers touch Lushness of Lore

We Believe
Endowed with faith
As shall our duty
As shall our notary
In as notes
Along with our scribe
The beautifully sublime
His dowry, our lines

That hours President calls
Untitled declaration and ball
Stem off as in well
Purchased feather and tell

Mrs President, may I craft constitution?
In direction of the poverty, mam?

THE INSURRECTION OF THE ENTRAILS

I live trapped in a basket of predators,
their skulls crammed with futile idleness.
They celebrate misery like a morbid feast,
with the suicidal arrogance of heirs to nothingness.

The flames of humanity have burned away
in the abyss of their barren souls.
They worship the anarchy of weapons,
I see nothing but fields of ruins.

Their battles are the masquerades of capital,
poverty spreads across the Earth like a plague,
and the closeness of deprivation becomes a nightmare.

I spit upon their rotten idols,
those false sanctities with profaned orifices.
I have piled up sins to taste the ecstasy of raw freedom.

Born from the wounded entrails of the Third World,
I refuse to bow before the putrefaction of consumerism.
Free from the origin, yet prisoner of a banana republic
delivered to the savage plunder of predatory empires.

I fight my demons in the trenches of the mind
to adorn my reality with fleeting mirages of this convulsive world.
They consign me to the dungeons of their alienation,
but I rise, insurgent against their servitude.

Human Speech versus Business Prison

Begin at treason acts of non allegiance
Human Speech
Business license is created to take from human voluntarily
Or otherwise
Advertising is not free speech
Use of surplus against legislation
Fraudulent bypass of poverty laws
Document theft from slaves
Slavery Acts

Calls from the job you needed
Connecting without the shove
Turning down the press
Finishing the letters in the heart shaped box
Quiting going to work
Letting yourself run out of money
Getting yourself back
