The Eighth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution
prohibits cruel AND unusual punishment.
It does not prohibit cruel punishment.
It does not prohibit unusual punishment.
It only forbids cruel AND unusual punishment.
Therefore, cruel punishment is totally constitutional.
So, too, is unusual punishment.
When I say this, some of my liberals friends are in total astonishment.

Crossing over
into the realm
of non-description
reference and paradigm
sleep alone
Borders falling inward
upon themselves
leaving only what
the mind forgoes
—and the soul forbids

For voters who sit on the fence,
Allow me to add my two cents.
If your rearing forbids
Nasty words by your kids,
Of one candidate there’s no defense.
If you’re childless, with maybe some pets,
Voting one way you’ll have no regrets,
Since when bullies are beaten
Who believe cats are eaten,
We can focus on climate and debts.
And for women, just think about Roe.
Let our ballots let everyone know
That when we get to choose,
Anti-female men lose
As our voting booth bodies will show.
This election will let us decide
If our country can cross the divide
To unite for a chance
For respect to advance
Or to mourn when democracy died.

We were lonely,
Our children newly grown.
If only,
we could find someone for our own.
Apart from our kids,
our first marriages weren't great.
They hit the skids
more than ten years ago, plus eight.
We learned to survive
until the day we caught a leprechaun -
nabbed him alive,
and we had something to dream upon.
And so,
the two of us wished and thought
we caught a rainbow,
and our leprechaun was on the spot.
You were a beauty,
Your colors were to have and hold.
It was my duty
to be your pot of gold.
Naive like kids,
we'd caught a rainbow it had seemed,
but fate forbids,
and we hadn't caught what we had dreamed.

Some things are hidden
Because they are forbidden.
They need not be only actions.
They may be an inappropriate thought
that must forever be left in the closet.
Such matters may be real, but they tend to
leave a bitter pill that never seems to heal.
Hard to dismiss, but they may as well be mirages.
It would help if there was a confidant,
but few of us have such human luxury.
But by all means, tell it to The Lord.
These thoughts or desires, although not
acted upon, do not free us from guilt.
It may be that all one could do was stare.
There might be a certain atmosphere in the air.
The object of stare may be so very clear and bright.
Wisdom forbids a touch, notwithstanding the delight.
And for years, the object may never be lost from sight.
And even though there's a constant troubling within, the
emotions and feelings must be curtailed like low ocean tides.
And deep inside they still reside and might be forever hidden,
Again, I say, share it with the Lord and ask that it be forgiven,
because there is no denying that they are absolutely forbidden.

The 15th Law of Power
Forbids mercy during an attack
For the enemy who's life is spared
Is the one who lives to fire back
So if you've aspirations
To take the crown off of my head
You had better keep that trigger squeezed
Until you're damn sure that I'm dead
If you are not strong enough
To go in for the kill
You can make a bet on your last dime
That when I rise again, I will

Denying reality not to feel guilty,
doesn't mean being free of misery;
he sits alone, he grumbles, he detests
the pathetic glances they flash at him;
he fills his tall glass to the brim...
and spit out all the untold truths!
Losing what was dear to him is another piffle,
a thing without value that suggests intimidation;
what makes him happy is aiming his sharp rifle
and threaten who doesn't share his conviction.
Some shut their mouths, many run;
dying at the hands of a violent man
may take their life as he pulls the trigger,
turns into a beast, shouting with anger.
Has he ever read the Holy Bible that forbids murder?
Punishment doesn't apply to him: he's the predator;
and he punishes whom he thinks is responsible
for his misfortunes and loves to see him tremble!

The predator will face the Judge and the Jury,
they will convict him and throw away the key;
ah, taking a human life is eternal damnation:
there's no escape from such condemnation!

Ascends a moon, grays an eye-fools goodbyes,
reviews disciplined portrayed nature sighs.
Nightwings greet dusk, whorls up into absence,
ebb star pivots, another consequence.
Penitent pose submissions of prayers,
points at fingers in lieu of sheeps, declares.
Heavyweights contends bantamweights eyelids,
fights to the finish, loser wake--forbids.
'Tis human nature's need, their body's to rest,
eyes seals and falls behind dreams, genteel cast.
We harmonize abandoning chambers,
grants of Old World charm Masterpeace painters.

Do not gamble your time away
with the indecisiveness you play.
The heavier resolve you pray,
the longer will it take to pay.
Don't just waste your time today.
You have to move and chase your prey.
You may be worried about delays,
but beyond that, you will be okay.
Listen to what time conveys.
See what it wants to portray.
You are with time along the way.
Respond to what it hopes to say.
Uncertainty may come into play,
But never run, be bold -don't sway.
Embrace a heart that won't betray
between precious moments and what may.
When choices dance in shades of gray,
Of which nostalgia begged you to stay.
Summon courage, free from dismay,
to the unknown, forbids no foray.
Whatever beast may come your way,
Just do not gamble your time away.

Oh, darling!
Look what you did,
To trust you again,
My heart forbids.
My blood can neglect,
These nerves can bear.
But tell me, were you been paid,
To be my betrayer?
Left the pieces of my heart,
On the street you walk unshod,
Giving warmth by your feet,
On the tears I shed.
Wild fetishes of yours,
With my sweet fantasies,
Could never fine-tuned.
Might be the reason for our RUIN.

Beautiful the ugliness of scented sweat.
Resists the idea to flee. The least needs
the soldier’s help. The bleed of his forehead -
whether this soul is of tares or weeds.
This dreadful beast is a Samaritan’s guest.
He has no wallet, no name, one’s home.
A medicinal book speaks, “Give him rest.”
Wash him, pull up clean sheets to his chin.
The saint cannot measure the light of his eyes.
They are sweltered in darkness under lids.
The beauty sleep might do him good.
Samaritan, you can’t take a peek - God forbids.
Chances are this hoary man’ll not be thankful.
Chances are he’d rather be dead…is he?
You’ve taken a chance…might he be wrathful?
Still, a human being presented himself - the least.
Beautiful the rising of the sun, its presentation
of bittersweet orange and red, hugely sacrificing.
In nettle, your knees - you know who you long to be.
No matter the cost, the calling of heaven’s enticing.

When the rising day’s light first dawns
scribing the sky in streaks of bronze,
I think of you so far away
and wish the best for your good day.
At mid-day when warming sunshine
speaks of head with heart align,
I think of you so far away
and wish your troubles all allay.
When evening sets with heavy lids,
her color in dark gray forbids,
I think of you so far away
and wish the gods to not betray.
At darkest night within cool breeze
that gently floats across the seas,
I think of you so far away
and hope my wishes find their way.

Sin is an offense against Eternal God
Sin is a thought
A word
An action
Contrary to the law of Eternal God
Sin therefore is the will to sustain or follow after what justice forbids
From which the will is free to abstain

R-eal lover of art and literature
O-ver the years, that creates
G-enuine and original ideas
E-xpressed through highly dedicated works
R-evering the value of writing as a form of expression.
C-onstantly promoting originality and forbids
A-ny kind of vicious imitation.
R-everberating the spirit of
V-aluing the sanctity of the

S-elf esteem and sense of ownership will be achieved.
