Premium MemberBefriending silence

To attain quietude,
first things first, thoughts must cease,
that thus, free from desire,
wayward ego’s consigned
to the funeral fire.

To attain quietude,
nonchalant to outcomes,
present in the moment,
staid stillness invokes grace;
bliss magnetism potent.

To attain quietude,
round the clock, all the time,
our choice of cessation,
epitomises our
soul’s orientation.

To attain quietude,
shifting from head to heart,
truth search prioritised,
be assured oh hermit,
God will be realised.

to compose a poem
if we need to think
it is better we pause
in the gap when we blink

spontaneity rekindles
our innermost essence
effervescence epitomises
our soul’s quintessence

in our natural element
spirit shapes life’s course
there is in truth no need
for application of force

when we set up an intent wave
soul’s emotes are by God heard
alchemy then transforms
creative spark as the written word

as the silent witness
to all comings and goings
vibrancy in staid nonchalance
epitomises our orientation
in mode embrace and release
with attention fixated within
in reverberations of bliss
enabling consciousness shift
from duality to singularity
at will thus breath by breath
in a time dissolved continuum

the echo may return
or it may not

our bilocating consciousness

tingle in the chin node steadies resolve
overseen by the threefold light of Christ within
with the flaming forehead and toroidal heart
entwining with enlivened spine and head ovoid
conjoined with magnetised palms and feet
pulsating all together in a rhythm beauteous
epitomises our breath by breath sense of being

connecting, not controlling
we address not mind but heart
spontaneity is never rehearsed
reborn with each breath, we restart

empty like space, deep as the sea
tranquil and placid as is a lake
beauteous as a rainbow, a bliss mist
epitomises consciousness awake

Premium MemberReflect On This

No agenda on the shelf,
aliveness renews itself
with no doing on our part
save observing time depart.

Endless striving, needless strife,
epitomises our life,
deepening our delusion,
in bondage to illusion.

Inquiring not who we are,
in trance we're drifted afar,
feeding both desire and fear
that blocks bliss from drawing near.

Desire pursuit is alright
but what of spherical sight?
Wake up hermit, wake up now;
allow God's love to endow.

“oh hermit, listen to your loving heart
for that is where bliss ignition restarts”

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Blind
to tears
yet unshed,
as also deaf
to the entreaty
of diffidence muted,
clumsy, callous, eristic,
bigot living life in stupor
epitomises primitive man,
accidentally in human body.
Identity manifest here transient;
introspection revealing to us
coordinate at which we are.
If lower cravings attract,
that is where we begin
our self improvement
in soft silence,
contouring
self with
love.
Premium MemberBliss Mist
Unbroken awareness continuum
amidst hues of divine love vibrations,
vivifying thus our mind body prism,
epitomises our meditation,
wherein bliss renews without cessation.
Yet here too ego pursues with vigour,
self appraising that we are the doer.
The shadow looms until we vaporise,
as a mist of bliss in realms far higher,
beholding divine wonders in surprise.
Summer Delight
https://m.soundcloud.com/user-921599710/summer-delight
Components form a basic need
A plant produced, a healthy seed
Light and warmth, spring water flow
Tranquil air helps plants to grow
The sunshine rays that beam with light
With health, green leaves shall stand upright
Natural cycles won’t evolve
A dark surround, left bare and cold
That light of which dear plants rely
Devoid of light, such plants would die
Tall spindly state, o light shall seek
Epitomises growing weak
Watered fields, roots delight
Nutrient soil, anchored upright
Beneath the earth, a process starts
Up through the stem to distinct parts
Sunshine glare, of natural bliss
Make way photosynthesis
Bring forth a bout of showering
The varied kinds are flowering
Embrace the harvest, water surge
Where leaves and flower buds emerge
Insects travel, pollination
Carried forth, fertilisation
Dispose and scatter seeds below
Create anew, for plants to grow
Coloured petals, a summer breeze
Butterflies and bumble bees
Attractive plant, a keen insect
Solid petals will protect
Sweetest nectar – energy
Exist for bees to make honey
Garbage
I write a lot of rubbish and I think that you'll agree,
the garbage coming from my mouth epitomises me.
My muse thinks I'm a refuge truck and fills me with it's waste,
I often have to spew it out to take away the taste.
But one man's cast out garbage, is another's food for thought,
for even things we throw away were once the things we bought.
And somehow, though forgotten, there was once a reason why
we collected it along the way and paid the price to buy.
If you see me collecting rubbish, then there's something I forgot,
for oft' I need the very things I threw away to rot.
Discarded thoughts along the way, rejected from my mind,
are now the jewels I wished I had, and find it hard to find.
But if I'd kept my rubbish, and saved it for myself,
I'd never see it sitting on some others highest shelf.
I'd never realise again, how useful it had been
in helping me to understand the things that I had seen.
When putting out the rubbish, it helps to clear the mind
and makes more space for other things to enter from behind.
But don't think that it's wasted, if someone picks it up,
it's amazing all the useful things, found in a garbage truck!
