tingle in the chin node steadies resolve
overseen by the threefold light of Christ within
with the flaming forehead and toroidal heart
entwining with enlivened spine and head ovoid
conjoined with magnetised palms and feet
pulsating all together in a rhythm beauteous
epitomises our breath by breath sense of being
