My darling purloined pearls from a midnight’s moonlit sea,
entwining them into a starry strand to dazzle me.

forest limbs swing wide
tails vanish betwixt the leaves
hands learn to hold stones
muscle and thought entwining-
shaping the first fragile edge
soul entered the fray
moulding spiritual form
eyes afire with zeal-
humanoid stalks the garden
a king calling the beasts names
flint sparks in cold caves
shadows dance on raw stone walls
stories find their voice-
the stone mason stands upright
stone flint and fire seize the day
now man shapes in steel
threads thought through silver-net mesh
words flap without wings-
man beyond his own making
ejects the flaws he once bore
circuits wear the crown
king of beasts remade in steel
hands that never tire-
maker bows to better made
behold the mirror ascends

I went to see the old burnt out lightning tree.
To see what wisdom and guidance it had for me.
.
I've been drawn here, since I was so young.
Mighty oak tree, on the hill, so tall, so strong.
Many times spent here in play and laughter.
Many times spent here in silence, at times of disaster.
Struck by lightning and trunk split in two.
Damaged by humans, but still it grew.
Old and worn, it never shudders, it never shakes.
Never speaks, never judges, never does it forsake.
It listens to my moaning, it listens to my woes.
I tell it of an uneasy feeling, that runs from my ageing fingers, to my weary toes.
I ask for it's knowledge, I ask for it's advice.
I'm given reassuring grounding, I'm given a connection back to life.
It's comforting entwining branches offering a safe embrace.
Away from the constant running of the human rat race.
Like a child again, I sit up in it's perfectly green leaved shaped crown.
Now feeling empowered as it takes away my old worn facial frown.

A cascade of swirls curled in the sky.
Enveloping a host of ghostly nebula galaxies,
glowing like a myriad of phosphorous flares,
sent aloft to glisten in starry, starry eyes.
The moon was off
the scene somewhere,
humming to itself,
the haunting mantra lilt
of a lunar lullaby,
only it knows can put a smile,
on its pocked blotched face.
When the big bang boom goes off,
the moon will lift its head,
rise to awaken half-faced, and glide through
the serpentine, entwining starry veils,
along the slither slide of the milky way.

The silence, filled with whispers of turbulence
Crashed against the tide of an ephemeral moment
Perhaps fate has a strange way of entwining chaos
And we're meant to tie its loose ends with muddy hands
The affinity to tangle even the simplest ties
Is perhaps what's most befuddling
Yet I stand here
Pondering on this connection-
With our fitted glances and stolen good-byes
Could it have been any different?

Soul’s
heartfelt
cry echoed
in the vast void,
of prayers unheard
by the heavens above,
so to resolve the impasse,
poised in the void of cessation,
the earth entity melded with space,
sparking the power of bliss magnetism.
Thoughts rested, desires ebbed and fears faded
whence grazed by the wafting winds of grace,
in witness mode, staid soul observed,
the dance divine within form,
entwining head and heart,
whence eye then single,
all that then was,
was the Self,
shining
bright.

Memory weaves a thread through time’s embrace,
Soft whispers linger in each fleeting day,
Yearning binds the heart to love’s old place,
Entwining souls where shadows softly stray,
Echoes stitch the past in tender grace,
Ever threading life’s unending play.

Knit one, purl one
two knit together.
On we go, entwining begun.
Next a loop we pull to tether
Then a purl one, a reversal done.
Now a lace embrace, two as one forever.

it is alright child, take your time
as heart opens, you’ll feel love’s chime
entwining your pure heart with mine
whence easy becomes life’s long climb
in time you will too see the sign
as God’s light, we all are divine
just pause in stillness to reflect
how head and heart may now align
flurry of thought forms flow unchecked
this oh dear child is our defect
what is transient is unreal
be not in illusions shipwrecked
slow down thought flow and simply feel
God’s breath that imparts zest and zeal
the surge of joy, onset of bliss
know love alone’s the real deal
we’re not body-mind, we’re not this
where is the ‘I’, when lovers kiss
reclaim now love and light of Self
peace where there is nothing amiss

Spark quickly the rise,
Dilating dark with glitter stars of cats eyes.
A language we sausage use.
Clumsy myths attenuated
With parachutes of feelings mapped;
Syncopated copiously.
A door opening those parts explored, for instance.
Snail trails of shiny slime on wet pavement;
Mirrors looking backwards,
Entwining organs through time.
Primarily another path
That leads me back to you.

In the game of haves and have nots, bliss is king,
immersing us in all time meditation,
that doing nothing rapture begins to spring,
each node of form a magnetised play station,
around which childlike innocence throws a ring,
entwining us with all of God’s creation.
Ah, the boons bestowed by Divine Mother’s kiss,
that as the flame we exclaim, ‘we’re all of this!’

In the depths of shadowed realms they dwell,
Two minds ensnared by illusion’s spell.
Both tread the same path, their goal in sight,
Wounded yet resolute, they journey through the night.
In despair, they find solace in each other’s embrace,
But will life grant them grace, or leave them to chase?
Together they stride, seeking truth’s light,
Guiding each other through the endless night.
Amidst the gloom, a flicker of hope ignites,
Can the extraordinary become routine in their sights?
Will they find what they seek, or be led astray,
In life’s capricious game of give and sway?
Love emerges from shadows, a crimson rose in bloom,
Its tendrils entwining their hearts, dispelling gloom.
Will they gamble on this fragile bloom’s chance,
Or watch it wither in life’s relentless dance?
Only the heavens know the answer to this tale,
As they wander, hearts entwined, love’s light frail.
But in love’s garden, fate undefined,
A rose still blooms, defying the tide.

The dry stem of a lonesome vine of vivacity,
now painfully curled, rooted frozen,
entwining the desiccated verdant veins,
sways chilled in the winter wind of desolation.
The sleeping passion of exuberance,
painting a picture of comatose entity,
impresses none, finds no frame, droops down uncoiled.
Dormant emotions flicker like candle flame in freezing gale,
the crumpled vine suffers cold distress, pain unexpressed.
The original emerald lattice morphs mystically into
a mirror of veracity with ingrained sheen of actuality,
reflecting the real rendering of silhouetted latent essence,
rinsed with the suppressed hues
of distinctive spectral disposition it embodied once.
Metamorphosis creates the transient design,
an alien in its own transformed domain,
completes the contrasting paradigm
of the compulsive shape shift,
waiting for the touch of spring.

In luxuriant terrane of verdant sprouts
opulent golden understory unveiled,
stemmed by swerving jade blades,
entwining the pairs of legs petrified
within the maze of floral profusion.
The black figure of deviant prominence
stands out like a towering protector
in sutured closeness fused with her,
camouflaged to evade the predator.
Bare trees aligned in harmonized motif,
outline the floral boulevard for them
to walk away from the onyx horizon
to the sunburst meadow ahead.

We are the few
The proud redeemed
A moment perhaps
Oh ho how it seemed
To pull you in
Of curious word
A promise to love
Haven't you heard
A picture to paint
Abstract to allure
Calming and peaceful
A brush stroke
Contour
A vale of promise
Reveling A dream
Of color splashed light
Red gold and green
Songs play on
Lilting the breeze
With a wafting promise
Of summer and spring
Facets and strands
Entwining a pulse
A rythmn profound
With each chosen note
