Game of ramayan

---

I can't swear that you will cry,
Everything is known, yet look, we both walk with a gentle smile.

I don't know what people are searching for, a Ram, a Rahim, and a Supreme Being.
What is this story of theirs that they consider true, clinging to it with their soul?
Even after death, they continue to connect their relationships with it.

Children are the destination, so progeny is the reckoning,
The taste of deeds, bonds, likes and dislikes is also unique.
Everyone has to travel the entire country.

Worry thought it would end on the pyre,
From there, another worry burned.

Say, "Ram's name is the truth," there is infinity in the words.

Therefore: They are ignorant of this game, where truth is in the name of Ram, and death is also in the name of Ram. All are Lakshman, the goal is salvation (Moksha), keep playing...

The leaf that never turned green

Do I call it an unhealthy obsession?
The insanity of my restless mind?
A picture-perfect story, unsuited for the frame

But would it be too much to ask for?
To record every laugh of yours
To capture every fleeing second of your frame
To hear your voice on an endless loop,
To love you a little more and then again a little more in a cycle untill I'm a fallen leaf
Would that be too much to ask for?

A picture-perfect story when I don't even have a picture
To hold onto you forever?
I never knew if this would happen, If it would end on good terms, Or if it would ever truly begin.

Your eyes-serendipity etched in my life- You're ineffable, beyond words for this world.
And yet, I wouldn't be exaggerating if I said it so.

I won't ask why it ended like this.
I won't ask why it never began.
Maybe, in another universe, The threads connected as they should

But here, i lost the golden string that was destined to bind us.
Would it be too much to ask, to manifest a dream when there's nothing left to weave?

I'd still ask for a little more
To hold onto those moments, to stay just a little longer with you.
Would that be too much to ask for?

The Importance of fitting nothing into your day

If you want your day to end on a productive note.
It may pay, to this poem about nothing take note,
In order to take away something of note.

A well planned nothing in your day,
Will help you make something of your day,
As doing nothing for 15 minutes minimum each day,
Could help you complete all tasks for the day,
As a mind that races through the day,
Seldom has a body to match the pace on any day,
With disasters and costly mistakes on the cards by the end of the day,
With either mind or body no longer present the next day.

Whereas a mind that can go blank once a day,
Will take the body with it all day,
And both mind and body will be in tune for another day.

So next time you are asked by the boss at work or at home,
 "what are you you doing"
You will be proud to say "nothing"
And the wise boss will just smile and say Nothing,
Knowing it will lead to something,
That is better than nothing.

Clockwork of Our Destiny

Destiny spins its clock
Have we met before?
In a world unknown.

With erased memories
We went on living
Without realizing,
How meaningless it was
Until we met again
And then on
Began a meaningful journey.
But what happens
When it loses its meaning?
Will everything come to an end?
Alas, a full stop to a sentence, completes it;
Just like how it was for our journey.
All I can hope for
Is it to end on a good note.

Destiny spins its clock once again
A life purpose unserved.

WEEP RENEW TEARS

WEEP RENEW TEARS by maria Gothard June 2024

Standing on the soil of Grimson reds
Blood of Nations great and small
Flowing together boundaries none
All found its end on Grimson soil.
Tears flow.
In the sky one blue its color
Now its fumes blow poison fumes
Leaving noise like thunder destroying
Breaking humanity with grief and pain
TEARS
And so we say what have we done
Look, feel, touch the self and ask
What can we do to stop destroying
We cannot clean the blood of Grimson
CLEANSE
Only the self can make the change
We do not own the right to destroy
Yet we can feed the hungry souls
The children with their empty tummies
The parents with grief no food to give
Ach Renew
Wars should be from days of old
Not in times of these. look, feel
I will tell thee, shame on those
OF GREED
Your greed of evil has no life within...

Reconsider Suicide

He was worth more dead than alive
Told himself they’d survive
He didn’t think it was sin
To violate one of the Top Ten
Thou shalt not kill included himself
It was in the dusty Bible there on the shelf
With an empty heart and lost soul
Life had become out of control
Last ditch effort to ease the pain
He put a bullet in his brain
Now his heart doesn’t beat
But his spirit feels the heat

Envision continuous raging fires
Feel the smoke burn your eyes
Smoldering sulphur in your nose
Flaming furnace without a hose
Before you pull the trigger or ring the bell
Imagine an eternity spent in HELL

When the light looks dim at the end on the tunnel
GOD is the one to get you out of trouble!!!

Premium MemberYe Know Not When

Tick-tock and then chime;
Our life-clock beats
Our precious time out,
As it slowly depletes.

No-one can know when
Their own 'clock' will stop,
Will it end on a tick ...
Or will it end on a tock?

Each hour on the dot
Our clocks clearly chime,
To remind us all
Of our passing time.

Use your time wisely,
For ye know not when,
As engraved on the sun-dial;
On the church at St Wenn.

It Will End On Saturday

Everything is constant and plain,
then it's a grandeur coliseum
of fireworks of fervor
and doable sins.

There are doubts, secrets and bloom
Bad hopes, uncertain future, bit of a gloom
But both knew it’s a created one with faith
Quiet, aloof, and so far restricted,
which a deity can only limit.

A decision a bit late but for couple of times
After the chaos and mess, and let say, 'dimes'
An organized decisive, decision both has made
"to meet on Saturday" was laid.

But how will one know it will end
when it haven't even started yet?
here is my grasp ---
A little secret everyone has on their clasp,

"It's possible when a mere foreshadowing
sprung out from a cliched reality",

If that!
any of you know what I mean.

Premium MemberMontgomery La Verve

Once lived a Montgomery La Verve
He met his end on a winding curve
He was driving too fast,
With his hand in his lap
The rumor was that he was a perv.

Montgomery La Verve (1950-1995)]

Feminism

Your screams have been heard. Attention drawn
From all corners of earth. But like the parable of
Christ, it falls on rocky ground. Growth grounded.
The envisaged
Struggle,
Dissent,
All - risible.
Wait for sunlight if the moon doesn't
Provide enough light to see your path.
The sisyphean path of forlorn hassle.
Your seed
Of protest
Will end on
Rocky path.

Premium MemberThe Sea

The wondrous wonder of the wandering sun
crosses the sea's horizon
in red burning skies of morning
then disappears with the flaming flowing clouds of evening
to leave a purple cloak before the night
where star-lit glows drip beads of light
upon the silk-like surface of a moving sea

beneath this sky a glorious hue of moonlight
lays like liquid gold inlaid on the water's surface
as wind-driven ripples rapidly run to the shore
to form white-crested waves from rising tides
which end on a coastline of traveled sand
tumbling ashore until they vanish
into a sea-soaked shore of tiny pebbles and crushed shells

it's here in this quiet serenity of a vast vibrant sea
I find peace in the perpetual motion of never-ending waves
giving birth to the beauty of this bountiful broth of natural wonder
that fills my soul with its beautiful ballet of eternal bliss

Flowers I Wonder

what is a flower?

given as a gift
does it mean something?

or is it just pretty gesture
a gift of a flower
fills us with joy,
as we watch it slowly die over days
does this make us happy?

it does seem strange
when i rearrange them
petals falling
i sense a waste

for this flower could be outside ,full of life
nectar for bees and birds
and full of color

i think the real beauty of a flower
is outside ,in the moons power
i can sit and watch it grow, full of life
or sit inside and watch it struggle cut by a knife

its my choice
i say let it give life
to the bee,and the bird
watch the cycle continue
not end on a kitchen table.
