He took everything of value from me
Except a house with a busted sink
He thought I was screwed
With the denim divorce blues
I’m free now a rich divorcee

I'm still alive.
I'm singing like a swan
And my beauty's impeccable.
Eight months divorced,
Spinnin' is my head
Now my kids are separable.
Workin' numerous jobs...
Now I sound like my Ex,
Oh, inexorable.
But no more slinging fault.
Life tosses lessons
So best ride and abide.
Go forth with pride.
You are the sinner
And you are the Saint.
Be the the best you can.
Believe in yourself despite
The weather or demand.

Runs from a roaring lion
Into a crouching tiger

Happy Man Divorcée
Fore lorn my darling divoicee
I am trouble by your beauty
Cause I hate thee
Tho! I seldom say your name
The sight of you draws me pain
So, sign this decree
The house is mine
The cars are mine
The watch you keep time, (with is…)
Mine
The chothes you were
The comb for your hair
You can have them
You ain’t getting nothing from me
Oh! Yeah and I’m keeping the cat

She said she wasn't the same,
So what do I have to lose,
Besides being rejected by the dame,
Still bereft of the right to choose,
Still the lawyer's feels to pay,
When will justice have its way,
Over the anarchy of the home,
Fight back against the monopoly,
Even when you stand alone,
Anecdotes do not personify,
The enemy lurking in my arms,
Hold fast the flood's approaching,
For their verbal onslaughts will cause you harm,
Prepare to become revolutionary.
