Cravings

If my heart ever has trouble dancing on beat
Just put your lips on mine
When the poem won't write itself
Gently hold my hand
Because when your lips interlock
With my emotions
Holding the world feels as if I'm holding you
I’d be lying if I said my forevers
Didn’t send you an invitation
In every possibility
You make my imagination
A calm reality
Dreams become passing thoughts
Breathing obsolete
My soul defies gravity
I didn’t fall, I reached for you
Knowing together we're that much closer to heaven
With your love under my wings
Your safety in my arms
This life has no interrupting alarms
Carry this one request
Allow me to crave you
Not to be too forward
But I've been waiting for you
Since I thought I understood sacrifice
Then I began fasting to grasp what I didn't first comprehend
I been fasting
To experience love at its purest form
I’ve been talking to patience
To get familiar with your voice
A voice that makes the echo home
A voice that rocks me to sleep
A voice I long to see
p.s. I just want to be in your presence…

Premium Member Just Desserts

Jam or custard-centred is a matter of preference.
Under the counter lights, the many delights beg—
Slathered in cream is a bonus to consider.
There’s no greater buzz than entering the emporium.

Doughnuts have always been my emotional crutch
Ever since my college days, when cramming for exams.
Slipping sugary treats into my school satchel;
Soggy, healthy whole-wheat sandwiches were ignored.
Even during pregnancy, my craving intensified.
Recreating my one secret indulgence always flopped.
The small corner bakery still serves the best temptations—
Shedding the pounds on my hips: a lost cause.

Premium Member Cravings Flaming

My cravings flaming in a dumpster fire
Ridding me of my secret heart’s desire
Every chocolate bar
All candies in a jar
Gone so the raver in me can transpire.

I was fooled

The curvature with the bumps seen well carved,
My innate restraints were blatantly starved.
Her faint silhouette, my lust suddenly craved,
With the entrance to her paradise paved.

She swayed like shadows of an hourglass cast,
My hands, drawn to her fullness, held steadfast.
With nature’s finest art upon her chest,
Sensuous sweats soaked through my thin white vest.

Suddenly, the sky grumbled and turned grey,
Lightning sent sudden glimmers down my way.
I was tricked by the deceit of darkness;
'Twas the rain that showed my mental starkness.

The rain poured down torrents of its own tears,
While my own tears remained unseen by peers.
Who would have believed that darkness fooled me?
Seeking the cure to such cravings, my plea

COCONUT CRAVINGS

COCONUT CRAVINGS

In the heart of tropic lands, they stay,
Two lovers 'neath the coconut tree,
Basking in its abundance, at play,
As coconut water flows wild and free.4

Underneath the azure sky so bright,
They sip on their coconut water, sweet.
In the golden sunshine's warm delight,
A taste that makes their love complete.8

The purity of that coconut sweet,
Clears their minds and spirits high,
In nature's embrace, their souls meet,
Amidst coconut waters that don't run dry.¹²

With every sip, they taste the pure,
The essence of nature's own delight,
Their cravings quenched, their love sure,
The coconut flourishes, a wondrous sight,¹6

As coconut water cascades down.
In each other's arms, they float,
Their union & cravings couldn't drown,
Wrapped in love's pure, tender coat.²°

Together, they revel in coconut's grace,
Its nourishing touch, a pure symphony,
Bound by love in this coconut place,
Two hearts entwined, forever free.²4

Having chosen to suffer
or indulge beyond measure,
either which ways, delusion
keeps soul in bondage.

Cravings

When It is going great or it is going worse
I crave for death so bad
But When I look at your eyes
Filled with hope and love
Adoration and expectation
I understand you will not understand
If I just gave up and died
But I am so tired and sad
I crave for death so bad.

Too much temptation
Blocking my road to redemption
The devil is good at what he does
Offering a variety of ways
To get your buzz
be it the vein or the liver
satan is one generous giver
the poison he does deliver
of daily drops
for your cerebral mops
he never misses a beat or a hook
He is the chief cook
to bring your fix
and keep you in the mix
of your tasty addictive licks
Yum yum
why so glum chum?
So what if your a bum
I’m still gonna give you some
just enough to keep you hungry and weak
I’m cooking up more misery
As we speak
anticipation for the meek
lick your lips
and lets meet
have a seat
and spread an orifice
I know it’s the fog you miss
Blind, unaware, and without a care
My favorite minion without a pair
Keep sucking the sewage
Of my daily spewage
Till your heart submits
and finally quits
and rests in my pits
of the soulless
and mindless twits
who never had a chance
simply because it was failure
they always wanted to romance
I love you to pumpkin
now submit and get in
I win…..
Next!

Soulmates

I crave a soul
A soul -that feels, that cries, that sings
One that radiates their light from within
I crave a soul that is gentle on my skin;
With melodies of their fingertips, tracing every scar
A soul that is not affected by the world that surrounds it
More than anything, I pray this soul meets mine
And when it does, it leaves me wanting more

Premium Member Candy Corn Cravings

You have been on my mind
Since I saw you last night.
Lying there on the shelf,
So innocently.
Your orange wrappings
Caught my eye
And never let go.

I walked right up to you,
Held you in my hands.
For the first time
In twelve months.

Your fragrance, the same.
There is something
So vintage, so nostalgic
About you...
The scent of warm honey
And sugary vanilla.
Old fashioned, yet distinctive.

You know
I cannot resist you.
Cannot deny
My sweet tooth.
The agony
Of a year without you
Was too much...
And, only a few bags left.
Clearly, someone else
Was missing you, too.

Candy corn cravings
They come...
Earlier and earlier
Each and every fall.
There was no stopping them
Or me...

Nibbling, nibbling.
At the white...
At the orange...
Then the yellow...
Savoring, savoring.
Your smoothness.
Your sweet, creamy flavor.
Nibbling, nibbling.
Until I was left with
Nothing but crumbs,
Empty hands
And twelve more months
Of candy corn cravings...

Dangerous cravings;
High tide continues to rise,
my ardor unleashed.

Cravings

I need booze to sleep
I’m drowning deep
In misery
My heart has a serious injury

I need pills to feel
I need drugs to heal
My internal pain
I feel like I might relapse again

These pills are slowly killing me
I need to flee
Away from this toxic place
I need to be in a safe space

To make better choices
I’m sick of hearing voices
I feel like I’m going crazy
My vision is going hazy

I love getting ed up
I never want to grow up
I’m addicted to pain
My brain is

Getting harder to maintain
Addiction is a monster
That I can’t tame

I have no self control
I’m digging myself deeper
In this hole

I need to drink
To cope with my loneliness
I’m nothing more than a drunk
I’m just a stupid punk

Who let’s everyone down
I can’t live without the bottle
I live with risks
Like I’m on full throttle

Cravings

I crave a tomorrow.

Where all those undead weeks.

Convert to a strange music.

That drives away euphoria.

Miss Carol craved sexual adventure
Her desires so wild no man could quench her
   She eschewed all foreplay

If kissed, men found her mouth full of dentures
