Wet Ingredients
* 2 - bananas
* 1/8 tsp - pure vanilla extract
* 1/8 tsp - banana extract
* 1 Tbsp - Butter (i use 1/2 Tbsp for shake)
("Original Spread - Country Crock")
* 1/2 cup or 1 cup Milk (used - Thai Kitchen coconut milk)
to taste but any milk
** (sometimes add- one, Budget Saver Assorted Twin Pops,
42.3 fl oz, 18 count, Walmart)
Dry Ingredients
* 2 tbsp - sugar (can add lots more)
* 1/8 tsp - salt
** (sometimes add - 1 tbsp of "Nostalgia ice cream mix
vanilla creme")
1.) freeze banana in small chunks (add other fruits to taste)
2 hours to overnight
2.) blender or a potato masher use what you got
3.) add everything else
4.) use a blender 30 sec. to 1 min.

A badgering wife caused her husband such grief,
Each time she did he ground his teeth,
Over the years his teeth become
Nothing but stumps upon his gum,
His friends all called her, 'the calcium thief.'
Calcium is found great in the human body
99% of it found in bones and teeth
But where is that remaining 1% of calcium found?
In the blood
Calcium plays important roles in nerve conduction
Muscle conduction
And blood clotting

i tried to stop your calcium intake so that you would never grow
i wanted you to shrink so that i could keep you in my pocket
and you could gnaw through the fabric and plunge onto my toes.
i would walk you everywhere that i go. you would see all that i see
eventually, you would be so small, you would crawl into my ear
and scratch through my skull.
you could infiltrate my thoughts and penetrate my nervous system.
and then maybe you could feel all that i feel and realise that’s it's you.
this may help you fight
osteoporosis and
bring you a good smile.
