Quote By Poet: "Make a wish. Will it come true. Only time will tell."

Today is my birthday,
they said make a wish and blow out your candles.
I did,
but my wish never came true.
On a star filled night they said,
take a star and make a wish.
I did,
how long do I need to wait for it to come true.
My trust I put in you,
I did what I was told to do.
Is making a wish,
a waste of time.
All I can say,
is boohoo.

I Am Dying

In loving memory of Queen Queen - Nyasuba.
 "I am DYING"
 by Juno Byron.
My heart is losing breath
To the hourly pummelling and drubbing
With a heavy metal rod of death
No mercy forgiveness am Dying

Is it because I'm a lady?
Is it because I'm to be voiceless?
'y kill me before our baby?
Please listen to the voices

End semester is here
Boohoo! I can't sit to revise
'cos dear I fear this is my year
To capsize the prize of my cries

Open your eyes mister killer
Allow me die peacefully
With no wounds like a caterpillar
Now that you can't forgive easily

My love has betrayed me
Denied me to quit
With you I thought I was free
But you were misfit

My sisters
love is a big liar and deaf and blind
Big blisters
Quit! Before you're confined

Coal face
disgrace

Bad vibes

Dark art
at heart

Big deal
surreal

Uptight
yeah right

Sky high

Who knew
boohoo

My god
that’s odd

not half
a laugh

High five
alive

Stock phrase
daft craze

Buzz word
absurd

Smart tek
brain wreck

Sour pus
missed bus

High horse
off-course

Slow coach
cockroach

Big cheese
feels squeeze

Sore thumb

Hells bells
death knells

Fast lane
Insane

Bored stiff
with gif

Calm down

Joe soap

John dough

Jackpot

Long run
such fun

Clean sweep

Bon mot

Quick quip

False dawn

Drowning Aflame

what ocean can i cross
without losing sight
of the shore?

i leapt forthwith into water
but water turned to flame
and fire turned to coal
and drowning, aflame
i burned
namelessly.

i sank
into myself

i loved
love

i hated
hate

i needed
both

Boohoo

Feel what you want to feel, it will all be okay, though, I will judge you through the words that you say.
Hold my hand while you catch your breath, dont hold your silence or pretend like im deaf.
I'll sit and I'll listen while I roll my eyes, because these "feelings" you have are nothing but lies.
Then after that I'll scoff and I'll scowl, for the words you just used are but sounds like an owl;
Hoot hoot and boo hoo, your words mean no fair and after you're gone, I surely will not care.

Premium MemberBig Freeze Winter 1962-63 England

School was out for annual Christmas break
Ice and snow hung around many a week
A friend and I did what one should not do
Went onto a frozen canal to skate
Some lads we knew were giving us some cheek
Boohoo
One lad pinched my friends hat from off her head
Chased him I did, what came next haunts me so
Iced cracked and yes I was in for the swim
The boys were brilliant, I could've been dead
Bravo!

What Can We Do

A feathered clutch once bewailed –
What can a sparrow do
in a sky full of raptors?
The red-necked puckers’ won’t arrive
until blood smells like copper pennies.

She was only one winter old,
cried a fuss-bucket booby.
Begone crone.
 croaked a plumed strutter.
A fish needs a fish for its supper,
little girls should not roam
far from their nests.

One bold worm spoke forth
before the lollers and gawkers.
She ate only half of me
before the hawkish lout knocked her out.
Now I must bury us both.
Fellow travelers, both the peckish and the pecked,
we all belong to this green turning morgue.
All must ride the sky-wagons
where last breaths are turned to rainclouds.

What can we do?
Sobbed a brimful of hatchlings.
O what can we do?
Boohoo, boohoo, boohoo.

No Branch In Beak

everyday
i wake
sometimes
early
others late

but lately
whenever
i do i'm
greeted by
the sound

almost owl like
but instead of
who i hear
you or boohoo
hoo

as if Noah
waiting
for a sign
someday
sometime

i will
not wake
to the call
of the mourning
dove for he calls for

thee

Keep Yourself Alive

There’s too much bad in the world, rotting it to the core,
But please make sure to let yourself out of the door.
Nothing lasts forever, so go and be yourself,
Life’s too short to hide your true self away on the shelf.
Tell them what you really think,
You deserve the best so go ahead and don’t make such a stink.

I know you think you’re being nice,
But they’re being awful, so make sure they pay the price.
Do what’s best for you and you alone,
And she’ll be right there with you to make sure you don’t do it on your own.
Go and seize the day, be the true you,
And if people don’t like it, then boohoo.

Truth Or Lie

5/12/17

Very few like I
You either tell the truth or lie
It was do or die
So why go by suicide
When you could either keep or lose your life
During daylight or through the night
First the sun then the moon would rise
Above and below sewage pipes
Filled with human poop and flies

Somewhere around two forty five
Girl gave me a chance, so I showed her that I can scuba dive

It was now voodoo time
Never again want to hear you boohoo and whine

Up and down hills, the tires continuing to move and slide
While I cruise and drive

Get out the glue and try
You'll find out in the end who is right

Wish I could leap through the trees like the squirrels do
I'd be over the moon screaming a bloody woo-hoo
Lithe and free
Overcome with glee
Till I fall and break my precious noggin... boohoo

Growing Old

Aye, here 'n too! now it nears
Ah, 'tis by means golden years
Us imagined, it would seem to be guaranteeing
'Tis no way to have our mortal being
Aged 'n low-key in twilight glowing
Forever younger, older growing

Boohoo 'n take to heart
The glut of days gone by depart
But what else are thee
Other than old, as years pass by free
Daydreaming that are no more
Tis is humanity decline at it's front door

Along with frigid temps, but we'll all survive

Snowed since a week now, still damn well alive
