Best Turn Away Poems
The world is nearly as bad today as it was during the days of Noah.
People must turn away from their sinful ways and turn to Jehovah.
If people don't change, they won't live in paradise and that's not an exaggeration.
People must put an end to stealing, watching ****, doing drugs and fornication.
People must give up binge drinking and gambling because those are also sins.
If people don't change their ways, they won't live in paradise, they won't win.
People must stop killing, raping and committing other crimes.
People must change or they will be harshly judged when Jesus returns at the end of time.
Jehovah God is my master and my friend and he loves and cares about us.
But he won't let people live in paradise if they're people who he can't trust.

Far away from the ever streaming noise, rioting
The endless flow of useless chatter and rhetoric
Bombarding in attempt to arrest my psyche
Seeking to break down defenses
Searching for a hairline crack!
The clamor, deafening; the surge, relentless
Grinding into senses, demanding notice!
Folding into my every waking moment
From dawn through the height of day
Ferocious, bold, they hang deep into night
Sleep comes slowly, yet at times brings no respite
Like ink they seep into dreams
Long after the twinkling stars are hid
By the expanse of a navy velvety sky
Turn away…
Turn away to welcome the silence
In midstream, day or night
I must tune into myself; turn away from constant din
Let them fall into vast emptiness
Fall upon the heap of useless chatter
I will listen to the silence; savor the music in my soul
Hear the rustling leaves on tree branches
Glistening in the noon day sunlight
Beneath cloudless baby blue skies!

Take a moment, for your eyes to focus, upon this frozen agony of time
Death has many forms in this wasteland; hold your breath short for death is impatient
For if nature would bless this blasted land with fruit, it would taste of bitter sorrow
To touch this land, its earth and sand, you will wince in pain
Cover your ears, for this sound of desolace will drive the sanest men insane
I am the scar left when you inflict your wounds
I am the innocent in your games of greed.

You look at me like I’m some kind of disease
It’s funny to me how you judge at such ease
I wonder when you will see your fate
Your pathetic words won’t help when it’s too late
Look into your mirrored eye of mistakes
It is crawling with a crowd of fakes
Soon you will drown in your own pool
Your mind will play you like a fool
When you finally realise the truth of life
Don’t dare look at me to take out the knife
I’ll watch your bleeding back as you lay
Repaying the favour as I turn away...

just do good deeds
help other need
earn your way for that day

NOONES TURN AWAY
Turn around, and be astounded,
And be bound by the breaking sound,
The immutable screech,
The truthful scream,
And as the steam flows from your face,
It seems a stream of gleaming ignorance enters the scene,
Scheming and deceiving the grieving surrounding.
But I know the truth.
Someday that breaking sound will get to you.
And it will shred your phony double-face
A screech that will split time and space
Because that’s what’s necessary to break your two faces,
And cutting right through both your disgraces,
To replace it,
Erase it,
And displace you and your ignorance,
Because that is my pleasure, my indulgence.
You turn away from me
You have nothing left to see.
Turn away and keep away,
the ears that heard my soul.
Go away and stay away,
you maim a new born foal.
Go away and stay away,
cool embers of my heart,
Turn away and keep away,
Dull ashes drift apart.

my insides twist until

shattered heart be still.
Turn away and keep away,
true ardor stumbles, shot,
Go away and stay away,
falls bleeding, left to clot.

appeasement with a smirk.
Go away and stay away,
deceivers' charm at work.
Go away and stay away,
emit one forlorn scream,
Turn away and keep away,
distrust has slit the seam.
Turn away and keep away,
I squeeze shut empty eyes.
Go away and stay away,
Betrayals' true voice-lies!
Is it my heart I break?
When I give and you take,
But what if I said no,
And turned away?
It hurts too much.
You say I’m so cold,
And I agree,
But let me tell you I’d always give my heart to you,
I feel our memories slipping away.
I’ll try to hang on to them as long as I can.
But you fell through my arms.
I couldn’t save myself,
But more importantly I could not save you.
All I can see now is fading memories,
Of times we used to be happy,
But I feel our time now is evaporating.
I wasent enough for you to love.

Hugging you
In bed
As I lie
Next to nothing
From my knees
I can only beg you more
A man incomplete
Am I lovely
Am I all
That you ever wanted
Sometimes
I'm ugly
And sometimes
You're not worth my filth
Sometimes
I know better
And sometimes
I don't
Sundays are perfect
For reflection
Broken mirrors
And less affection
And I won't
be here to see you
But I know
the truth is beneath you
I'll play your strings
I'll fall in season
With the comfort
Your voice brings
I didn't allow it to end
For the wonders of life
Between you and I
Tend to pend
A vertical trust
That horizontally mends
If I wouldn’t have turned away I would have not left the lord behind. So many blessing I have missed out on because I would not let go and let God.
Now that I am right with the lord all I can say is if you have a blessing for me mount them on eagles wings.
And my cup will be over filled. I’m working for you lord and no one else. I can see all he has given up for me and I will never forget that, and all that he has done for me. If I wouldn’t have turned away God knows the blessing I have had. So do not go astray because you will never know the blessing you are missing out on

Perhaps in time we can embrace one day.

Seventh Place
Turn Away Dreams
Up late
Full of yawning
That was yesterday's dawning
This is now just on rewind repeat
How I hate the hours without sleep
Late mornings, later moonless shadowed nights
Unreasonable enchanted soured tasteless delights
Unyieldingly nightmares commanding attention
How I loved them once, adventure interventions
Was it thrice and so long ago
I just don't know
The fires used to be fanning embers burning
Now they're restless again emptied yearnings
I do them blind without question
I've spent all my dimes in past reflection
Face it, turn swift away
Age is now mere contemplation of the day
