Best Truth And Lies Poems

Truth and Lies

heart
true, love ~
that was then,
this is now ~ lies,
broken

Truth and Lies

The greatest truth is a lie!!!
So…I disguise the truth
amongst shadows because the
mere sunlight will echo balls of
fire. So I want to go higher…
beyond, beyond before to what
was when the thought of what
was wasn’t the lie that it had
become. And find the true
presenters of this hypocrisy and
see why it was done!!!And
show that it’s killing us all.
Then give them a fist
underneath their eye for the
length of lies which imprisoned
us from the truth…beyond the
sky. Then get us out the line of
the alignment that got most of
us tripping out our mind.  The
suffocation of this lie had a
herd of people bleed, suffer and
die. But we live in a cycle of
stupidity and uncertainties are
arms. So we sit in boarders,
drinking fictitious waters,
jumping at the first chance to
jump up and dance to show off
and give out our cash. Having
you prepare for annihilation, no
fear just keep your eyes to
your destination, like elders
with constellations. For the
truth…will simply just break
your hearts. Putting a true
ending to who we are. Damage
your fragile flesh and may take
you to a sudden death like
millions who protest them so
many times before.  Why did
they die for? Ask yourself why
did they have to die for? Love…
that's what they preach when
they’re collecting that dough.
So maybe I should run and if I
get caught I should lie!!! Like
magicians, dirty cops, and
desperate politicians. And what
you call sacred writing, sacred
writings sound to me more like
an evil tooth. That took from
the poor and left my brothers
on a noose!!! Watch out y’all
for the truth is near.

Absolute Truth and Lies

Is there absolute truth found in complete fabrication,
or is sincere honesty just a form of misrepresentation?

Veracities and falsities can be seen by the naked eye,
when the human soul sees the depth of the truth or a lie.
Nothing can change what is or what is meant to be,
but we can change whether or not we live in honesty.
It is a fact that the sky turns blue during a sunny day,
and in the center of a tempest those blue skies turn to grey.

But is it true that when we live in complete prevarication
we forget about the One who gave us our creation?

Deception is as legitimate as is conviction and certitude,
and indeed, amity is as tangible as isolated solitude.
God has given us free will to choose if we do good,
or if we believe that evil is something misunderstood.
For there is no axiomaticity in a lie told with ease,
and truth be told if we falsify our active soul will cease.

When we intentionally fib are we a person of inspiration,
or are we really someone who lives with a sinner’s temptation?

When we mislead and misinform those who believe in hope,
we are actually withholding their ability to learn to cope.
Righteous is our God who lives in absolute truth and integrity,
for I believe He is the only reason for decency and morality.
When proper candor is bestowed out of love and compassion,
we confer our honor and virtue with ingenuous passion.

Can we ever be trustworthy with so much sinful animations?
I pray we learn absolute truth is our active soul’s authentication.

Truth and Lies

When the lies, the violence and the hate
  get to be too much
I am lost, come to the party far too late
and truth and reality lay in a deceitful hush.

Tell me a truth, a reality
of what the future still can be
while destruction is raised and existing free
  ignoring and displacing me.

Too many lies, too many egocentric games
take in the poor, the rich and middle of humanity
and there is no escape, no reprieve or shame
of dictatorship, authoritarian right and left insanity.

Reorganize, rebuild, start over again
 never going to happen
it's all pseudo promises and greed in sin
as the multitudes succumb and madden.

Seems to me no truth exists in governing
 only self deluded democracy
where all stays hidden in plundering
 and the shadows of hypocrisy.

Live Free or Die

Live free or die!
Well, we’re all gonna die,
But living and dying free
Is obviously the way to go.

Freedom of speech
May be the root of all our freedoms
But it’s meaningless
If all we can do is parrot others.

Look around
The night sky is daylight bright now
From all the gaslighting we see streaming
From every pore of every mainstream media whore.

The blind are blind not from birth
But from having their heads buried in sand
For so long
They can’t tell up from down.

Nothing new under the sun
And Plato spilled the beans long ago
On the blind
In their caves of unknowing.

But the point is you have to see for yourself
To know the truth,
And as all truth knowers know,
Only the truth will set you free.

Truth and Lies

Twisting & Seeping
Driving & Colliding
Losing & Departing
Tempted & Stolen
Hated & Despised
These are our truths
Boiling beneath the surface.

Sweet & Kind
Honest & Loyal
Beautiful & Graceful
Munificent & Generous
These are our lies
Dancing as Marionettes upon our faces.

Truth and Lies

Sometimes I wonder what’s truth and what’s lies,
Hovering between my sanity and dreams,
Wishing for a light to guide me through caverns
Of deceit and anger, punishment and fear,
Hiding in webs spun of hatred and tears,
Hoping you’ll pass me and keep right on looking,
For the girl that you saw with the smiles and cheer,
That exists forever more in her world of deception,
Hiding,
Dreaming,
Hoping
Wishing,
For a day that will never come to pass.

Premium Member In the labyrinth of time, where truth and lies dance

In the labyrinth of time, where truth and lies dance,
I wander among the shadows of thoughts, seeking wisdom's light,
Wondering why, in recent centuries, the learned have lost their way in the mist,
While the simple have carried the flicker of truth in their palms.
I see around me puppets of knowledge, moved by invisible strings,
Institutions like sandcastles, built on the foundation of illusion,
Where elites weave their web of power, wrapping the world in propaganda's silk,
And we, blind and deaf, dance to their rhythm, not knowing that we don't know.
I float on waves of collective memory, among fragments of distorted reality,
Where ideas are born mutilated, where truth is sanitized in sterile laboratories,
Where gender and identity are color splotches in a chaotic kaleidoscope,
And science bows to ideology, like an old oak in a storm.
I hear the echo of voices from outside the walls of academia,
Organic intellectuals, wild flowers in the garden of conformity,
They are the seeds of thought revolution, the germ of change,
But who listens to them in the din of prefabricated information?
I wonder, with a heavy heart and a foggy mind,
How long until the mask falls,
Until we see that the king is naked, that the emperor has no clothes,
That the institutions we've pinned our hopes on are houses of cards?
I see educated people believing in chimeras, in ghosts of progress,
Fifty-eight genders dancing on the edge of absurdity,
Marriages reinvented, science decolonized, a world upside down,
And I think of the wise words: "Only intellectuals can believe such nonsense."
In this night of consciousness, under the starry sky of unanswered questions,
I pray it's not too late when the veil falls,
When educated and uneducated realize they've been fooled,
That the hearts of those in power beat to the rhythm of money, not compassion.
So I wander further in the labyrinth of thoughts,
Seeking not answers, but better questions,
Hoping that somewhere, in the mist of the future,
Truth will rise like a new sun, illuminating the minds and hearts of all.

Truth and Lies

Truth and lies are part of life
Truth is honest. Lies cause strife
Truth is good for loving hearts
Lies will break you from the start

Truth makes love grow a lot faster
Lies will make your love disaster
Truth helps you grow really close
Lies bring you worry and woes

Truth leads you to a great place
Lies build up at a fast pace
Truth helps your relationship
Lies dig in with a tight grip

Truth will never let you down
Lies will make you sad and frown
Truth keeps everyone together
Lies just bring you stormy weather

One side screams 'TIS TRUE
the other side, YOU LIE ...

When we can no longer distinguish
    the Truth will be extinguished

A lie begets a lie begets a lie
When you say good-bye to truth, its bye, bye.
For there's no way to tell the difference
between what is truth stretched out tight and taut
and lines of lies hanging there enticing a play-out.
Telling lies is highly infectious, a game of dare and bluff,
growing worse, as lies feed on each other like vultures dying of poison.
So, at first it's a game of stories, and wild outrageous claims
    that no one would believe,
But interspersed within is the vicious truth,
which I've let out with the dross.
I've told you everything, but you cannot work it out
because truth and lies lay all spread out before you
    looking all the same.
I could own up and tell you one day,

but I have too much to declare.

Truth and Lies

Truth
                 Real, Factual
    Enlightening, Touching, Moving
Fidelity, Sincerity, Honesty, Constancy
     Deceiving, Bluffing, Misleading
                 False, Invalid
                        Lies

Truth and Lies spar in the shadows,
Truth is confident and stands strong.
But Lies is slippery, a wily opponent,
Quick to spot the smallest opening
.
Lies may present as pure white.
If Truth is weak for just a moment,
Lies will comfort and divert thought.
The moment overrides the future..

White Lies mutate and become gray.
Then without warning they are black.
The escape route is blocked, try to climb
over, under, around and still the way is lost.

When Truth and Lies spar in the shadow...
Turn on the light. Truth steps out. Lies will
 hide in the corner..
