I count my blessings everyday to have a mom like you.
You’ve always been there come what may, to lift my mood when blue.
You say that God sent me down as an angel just for you,
But really God let me choose, I swear to you that’s true.
I saw that we could always be there for one another,
And that’s why God sent me down I chose you for my mother.
I am the woman I am today because you raised me so,
You taught me well and helped me grow, and then you let me go.
You are my mother first of all, but now you’re my friend too.
I never strayed all that far, I like to stay close to you.
Our relationship is a special one I’m sure you would agree.
When I am needed I shall come, you can always count on me.
I know that you feel the same, I am always welcome home.
A warm embrace, a happy face no matter where I roam.
You mean so very much to me, you know that it is true.
I’d walk the very fires of hell, if that’s what I had to do,
To stay the ever loving daughter, and be best friends with you.

There are times when I feel I don't have all the answers and I
Often have to ask God to give me the wisdom and understanding
Because being a mother, I don't always know what to do
Every day is a learning process, But I am eager and
Always
Motivated to be the best mother I can be, I am
Overwhelmed at times but still so very
Thankful to God for blessing me with such a gift
Honored to be not only a mother but a friend
Ecstatic in watching my daughter grow and
Realizing that I was chosen to guide and nurture her
Is truly an amazing and overwhelming feeling
Since I had lost my first child, I'm still haunted
At the thought of who she or he would have been but
God has given me a second chance and I am so grateful
I get to wake up each day staring into her beautiful face
Fighting back the tears of happiness she has graced me with
Thinking to myself, I love her more than anything
Think of how it could have been
how you made it through my friend
all the heart ache that was shared
never alone as your burdens they bared
know that everytime you faltered
someone was kneeling at an altar
giving love the best way they knew
in constant prayer all while you grew
vain were there attempts to keep you down
insecurities as we looked all around
nearer my God to thee was your prayer
give him your love and he'll always be there
Day in and day out be thou my guide
and shelter me from my own pride
you will be my God forever by my side
Take it to heart when someone says,
" Hard work is honest living! "
My ma used to say it in a convincing voice,
when we gathered around the table
for many delicious meals;
and we couldn't start eating
before saying, " Grace "...
" My children, God gave this to us,
and must be always thankful
that He provides for us! "
" Hard work is honest living ",
I won't forget this proverb so rooted in truth...
as I go through life with each blessing;
if we forget to thank God, all our days,
we deliberately ignore the wonderful gift
given to us through His kindness!
Lift up your praying eyes, and see what's worth;
simply make that commitment!
And remember that everything we have received so far,
was the persistent prayers of a firm believer like ma!
Very few people believe in these words,
" Hard work is honest living! "
They like getting paid for something,
which was done by somebody
who had a different set of beliefs,
and that credit they didn't deserve,
because not even an ounce of sweat perspired
from their cool skin by not using their hands!
Be glad to perform your job with full honesty;
every dollar you'll earn, will make you proud!
Unfold your banner, you fearless laborer;
there's no shame in doing odd jobs:
your head must be held high and your righteous heart
must rejoice before God for your integrity!
Your children will pick up your yoke and carry on
that tradition, so that no farmer and carpenter would feel inferior;
and where would their food come from?
And how their house would be built without the strength of the builder?
Think quickly: laziness makes the idle mind depend on someone else;
look around yourself, which one prospers: the lazy one or the hard-working one?

I am thankful...
1. For the USA, and our freedom to praise God, Salvation and rebirth
2. For My Husband Wayne, Son Caleb, our dog Ashley, Cats Prissy and Smut and even those
messy lovebirds, Laverne and Shirley
3. That I am able to think, feel, hear, see, taste, touch and love
4. That God is good all the time and all the time God is good
5. For Mom and Dad, and all the other family I have that still claims me.
6. That my husband has a job and we are able to live in our house.
7. For the seasons, the flowers and all beauty
8. For curbside Garbage service and my dishwasher
9. For advancement in medical sciences
10. For clean water, modern appliances, and a comfortable bed
(not necessarily in that order)
Good morning Lord,
Thank you the the gift of life today.
We offer you our prayers, works, joys, sorrows and sufferings this day for the glory and
praise of your Holy Name and the intentions of your dearly Beloved Son, Jesus Christ.
Lord, we give thanks and praise you for our families and friends; those that are with us now
and those that have gone on before us.
Thank you for your blessings; those we we are concious of and those we are not presently
concious of.
We ask your Holy Spirit to soothe and caress our cares with the balm of wisdom and
understanding and help us grow and become the people You will us to be.
We love You Almighty God with the love you have given us to do so ,which is being perfected
in your gifts of faith and hope and through whatever we are given to do this day.
We petition your comfort and grace for our brothers and sisters who have no one to pray for
them.
Help us always to be grateful to You, Almighty God for YOU and all you give us.
Inspire us, if You will, to take some of your time You have given us to meditate and listen to
You today. If this be Your Will our Loving Lord, so be it, Amen.
I never knew you, but I have your blood.
Sometimes I wonder, how I'm like you, if it's more ways than one.
And I think to myself, what life would've been like, if you'd kept my mom.
From what I've heard, you were very young, only a couple years older than I am now.
And you made a mistake, but yet, God used it somehow.
So I owe you so much, and still, nothing at all.
And if you hadn't given away my mom, I may not have been here.
So thank you, for choosing life over death.
But God made sure she didn't get left.
Some have head but they cannot think
Some I’d love to think but have no head
You have head, hands…and you don’t stink
Thank God for your life… you are not dead
Some are educated but have no job
Some have jobs but they aren’t educated
Whatever you earn from your juicy or just job
Thank God for your life, don’t complain instead
Some are cute but they have no spouse
Some have spouse but they seem not beautiful
You are someone’s sweetie…in a happy house
Thank God for your world so white and wonderful
Some have womb but they have no child
Some have children but their womb is gone
You have womb and children …so meek and mild
Thank God for your dear daughters and sweet son

Some can write but they have neither pad nor pen

Miracles
Thank God for Medical Miracles.
That thought, part of my new lyrical,
It is not a musical miracle lyrical.
But a heart loved heavenly miracle.
Medical miracles—
Those are not God's only miracles.
Thinking brought to this lyrical
Is just one of many theoretical
Non-medical miracles. Lyrical
Theoretical miracles—
God has endowed the gift of miracles.
That man can understand his lyrical.
How earth came to be is a miracle.
It is a God made theoretical spherical.
Spherical miracles—
God creating souls is His blessed miracle.
Faith in His work is part of this lyrical.
Belief is not a medical, theoretical, lyrical.
But God has given, long lived oracles.
Oracles. Miracles—
I am thankful—
Medical miracles end suffering and bring wellness to mankind and pets.
Theoretical miracles allow man to ponder, discover, solve and understand.
Spherical miracles keep our universe in balance and allow life to function.
Oracle miracles enlighten mankind with truths and guidance from God.

Oh Mama, There not enough words in the dictionary that can define
What you mean to me
Oh Mama, you made away for us when I was young even when that
Way was to impossible for me to see
Oh Mama, you clothed us, shelter us, and fed us when we hungered for
Something to eat, with the meager finances
You had for support didn’t deter your spirit or
Robbed you of your strength to a submission of being weak
Oh Mama, we may not had the best of the best, but we had the best of the
Best of the best at the expense of your sacrifice to
Provide the necessities needed even at your less
Oh Mama, your are thee essence that is constructed and formulated together
To generated and develop the mother of the universe
Which is a queen
Oh Mama, I appreciate you more then you could imagine or see, I know I don’t
Tell you much but believe me lady! Your present
Is truly blessful beside me, yes indeed
Oh Mama, my thoughts and feeling that I display may be low and silent, but the
Love I have for you is louder then any bell or sound that
Can wake the world up when life is still and hearts are quieted
Oh Mama, I know I act crazy a lot and do a lot of crazy things, but I thank GOD for
