Mediums of Winter parse
translucent runes on the tines
of sloping firs basking like mallards
in March's brusk sunshine.
Arctic oracles echo on the lake's hard sapphire
with pearl crests punctuating
Spring's arrival while cat tails exclaim
nascent umber banks. As teals float
in a tarot of amulets tanagers preen,
imbuing remnant frost with scarlet omens.
She rode barefoot on her
unicorn all through her house.
Had lunch with Greek wine and her Muse,
but of course!
Read her Tarot cards and knew
her world was alright.
Saw her aura in the mirror and
kissed her cat~a sweet goodnight.

in the misty aura surrounding elements of Tarot divination
the sign of Sagittarious embraces Temperance in manifestation
spiritual essence gathers to comfort and console
should quarrels and domestic strife be apparent to cajole.
belief in meaning of the Tarot dek is different for each purveyor
occult is a world of truths to experienced medium conveyors
establishing a precedent to understand this method madness
creates a new horizon when all else fails to bring gladness.
dabbling into strange new entities uncover bold extensions
philosophy and psychic crafts invade unique dimensions
but be assured if you decide to dwell beyond the odds
Temperance is a healthy companion and will not anger 'the gods'.

Archaic wisdom whispers truths intimate to me
My familiar, Bindie, mewls the Tarot's virtues and truth
In our hovel we sit, in deep contemplation hours upon hours
Candles burn, warmth and light play shadows -as my Queen, afraid, sits in dank towers
Yet I see
Time emits
Only for her does this deck work, My Queen's Tarot-
The Queen does know, as she calls incessantly, upon my powers

Tarot Reading
From Birth to Death- an excellent sketch of me.
Destiny - will come in any form.
Emotions- all over the place.
Personality - how many until I find the right one.
Partner - can I have 3 please!
Soul Urge - everything lies in my heart.

He chose the card
And slowly flipped it over
An angel looked up at him:
Judgement
His health would get better
And his business would succeed
A fresh start
Now he must learn from all his mistakes
And forget the past
But how he feared the future…

duskfall creature,
tipsy on the blood of the covenant,
tell me, when did you pull the ninth card?
when your fangs grew in
and your eyes grew tired,
what made you build the castle walls?
the sunlight burns, you protest,
every silver-backed mirror a reminder to forget.
close the books, put down your stakes,
because the real world doesn’t work like that, creature of the night.
shame hasn’t cured the illness.
you paint a picture of their stares in the back of your eyelids
etch their whispers into the corners of your mind,
bear the weight of their crosses.
duskfall creature,
drunkenly playing the hermit,
why do you push the wooden stake against your own chest?
I am the high priestess
Second only to the magician
I sit between the white and black pillars
Bringing them into unison
I am the channel of communication
Through me all things are memorized
I know my cells each and all
Using them all for my guise.
I sit upon the white cube
This is the Physical plane
To follow me you must not
Allow moods to control your main..
If you cannot see the light
I have the moon at my head
The crescent at my feet

What these mean is to be our future plea
A cross, A tower, A key, A flower
These are yours to keep, its power
For a day the story all but rang true
Deep inside your knowledge too
You knew all along what they meant
Just was not you, You thought they were bent
Try again if you care too much
Then the truth will ring clear and such
Don't be afraid of learning your fate
Its like when you know already that you are late
Never be afraid to read whats ahead
Unless you think you may already be dead
Pull your cards again today
But try and keep your dark away from play

The soothsayer turned over the death card.
The old guy who claimed he did not believe nearly died.
Clutched his heart, began having palpitations.
It does not mean a human death, she told him.
It means the death of one concept, to give life to another.
You mean like the death of a job, so I can have a better one?
Exactly.
He stopped clutching his heart.
But it was too late.
His wife now knew that he did believe in soothsayers and tarot cards.
She snickered, because she always suspected this.
She distributes the wands and the cups.
Her client taps a card, choosing it.
The death card comes up.
The client gasps.
She takes her hand and begins to explain.
She has Bambi brown eyes, and a kind soul.
The client settles down, wanting to believe
in her explanation, in the cards, in a happily ever after.
She is not merely a soothsayer and a card reader,
She is a psychologist, a mother, a grandmother, and a crone.
She understands the value of being optimistic
of bringing hope into each tarot reading.
Her clients are loyal, coming back to see her again and again.
She uplifts them, inspiring hope, promising joy.
It is what they get, for it is what they now expect.

Aries, continuous preparation always helps you to progress.
Taurus, if you learn hard newly, you can defeat your stress.
Gemini, honesty allows you to have lovely days without fear.
Cancer, your success will be given by strong intention.
Leo, grow your talent and get bigger experience.
Virgo, good friends help you obtain more superior intelligence.
Libra, safe and lovely days are provided from deep attention.
Scorpio, you will find a smarter way to achieve the goal.
