I Am a Poetry Song

I am a poetry song, before dawn and after dawn
see and hear everywhere what lyrics is going on
hear in silence in noise in dark in sunlight
my songs carry beauty even in art of plight
my love word’s beauty has always nice exceptions
presents meaning of meaningful clear sensations
I hold art in me of wonderful and amazing expressions
my music continues unending in nature of all sessions
lunar night's waltz of twinkling stars and moon
I hide them in me so they have sweet rhythmic tune
in jungle deep forest secretly i play Rhyme
chirping birds talk my artistic words all the time
well pond river sea ocean's water calm or dance
I stay there too when puppy rabbit horses prance
colors of sky butterfly my mixed songs they sing
with all I am there no one can deny me even a king
I am a poetry song question is that where i am not
feel and see I am everywhere from infinity to dot
all the poets and poetesses adore very much me
when they draw my picture words I show my glee

Note: poetry is like song. Only major difference is that the song has music what the poetry does not have, i think. Poetry rings everywhere from dot to Universe, so the poets write poetry from birds, animals, plants, sea of the nature and the sky too. Poets imagine even beyond the sky too. So, poetry is song without music and a song is with music that i feel. So poetry rings everywhere as song just without music, so the poetry is being personified said I am a poetry song.

Premium Member A Love Song For the Universe

A love song for the universe
(If all would sing) could travel high,
Its notes of harmony traverse
the paths of stars beyond the sky!

And if all "feeling" souls could hear
A love song for the universe,
There'd be an end to hate and fear,
So join and sing this simple verse. . .

Whose strains sung strongly could immerse
All worlds in peace, sweet melody,
A love song for the universe.
Why can't it be sung easily?

And with eternal hope will cling
All spirits who need not rehearse
What all of us so need to sing,
A love song for the universe!

                           Universe, space, stratosphere

…..A likened to butterflies through a kalei’do’scope, we come together…..freely choosing to bond alike butterflies resting in moonlit fields, we come together…

                         Forest green, reddest-red,
                          Blue-citron silken veils
Brightly adorned faces, non-so lovely as bride, Le fem’

(Chorus)

                              Alike a rainbow
                 Colors expressing a Universal Atmosphere
              Vibing radiantly, spilling-over, covering Earth
FULL of light and happiness at the resonance of vows

( Chorus, final)

Music of the Spheres

Not once has this path been so clear in moons rays
As it is on this night
in this haze, in this craze, what delight at this sight
in my bones and my spine not a fright- no respite
No cruel wars to fight breeding strife
No fear and no flight

….None on this night

Far distant proud waves steady pounding ashore
Playing sand castle drums
I implore wanting more, heart strings strum forming chords
Her sweet deep piercing melodies pure- and endure
The ages spill wonders and more
To ponder- adore

….Vast open doors

Kept sojourning East with the seas to my back
Bare feet dancing down trails
Keeping time, keeping track, tempos remain intact
I'm at one with the wind and her gales - I inhale
The swelling of cells fuels souls shell
No heavens or Hells

…..Alive and well

In distance a desert spreads gold shifting sands
Each grain tied together
Flowing strands, tied in bands, connecting forever
Yet loosely they drift through the never- loose tethered
Fulfilling ethers endeavors
Boundlessly clever

…..All will sever

Still the song carried on and made me a note
As it swept me along
Phantom wrote, years ago, as the universe dawned
Within verses the stars were all spawned- swelled and blown
Squeezed, crushed, thrown- into the unknown
All angles they've flown

….Beat carries on

Sherry, the One That Got Away

Sherry, The One That Got Away
By Rick Rucker

Sherry was the one that got away,
I remember her to this very day,

She was quite a winsome lass,
I was far below her class,

Her brother was a friend of mine,
I first met his sister, with a smile of Sunshine!

I went to his house to swim in his pool,
There, I made myself the perfect fool!

I was drying off, and standing there,
When out walked Venus, with raven hair!

I was not merely tongue tied,
Had I not averted my eyes, I might have died!

Just then, my heart suddenly stopped,
But for paralysis, I would have dropped!

Understand that I was shy,
Too afraid to talk to her, I won’t lie!

Just to make matters worse,
A song came out, to add to my curse,

Frankie Valli sang a song,
To, my embarrassment, prolong,

The title was graced with her name,
It made feel even more lame,

A line of the song asked her on a date,
To never have the courage to do that was my fate!

I had a rich fantasy life,
In it, she starred as my wife,

We were so much in love,
Birds serenaded us from above!

I imagined we had little need of clothes,
Writhing together, we would curl our toes,

Finally the balance of the Universe I had to restore,
I could not take it anymore!

I began to think like Machiavelli,
All because of Frankie Valli!

With her brother, I did pick a fight,
So that I could sleep at night,

So that I would see her never more,
In time, my heart became less sore.

In time, I learned to be more assertive,
Not merely giving girls glances, furtive,

I even fell in love and married,
But, sometimes at night, my thoughts tarried,

On the memory of that lovely girl,
Who, among the swine, she was a pearl.

Whenever I read about two people, married forever,
I kick myself for lack of guts I never,

Asked Sherry on a date,
Therefore could not become her mate,

I do not know what might have been,
Had I not been the most timid of young men.

I hope she has had a wonderful life,
I did, and a terrific wife,

But still I sometimes hear that song,
And instantly, I know that I did wrong!

Dreams

This might not be a poem. I do not know what it is that is that a poem makes,
but it will have love, this one - this one that I'm making. And love...
Two swans with their long necks intertwined and a ring
I'd like to put on your finger sum' day. Hm, and also that song which reminds me
That you are not here and that makes me ask "Maybe I love you."

Or maybe it's "Baby, I love you." Let us begin with a question,
What if dreams are the glimpses of the other lives that we are living
In those meta-universes and elseworlds whose existence we've only pondered?

What does it matter? what if I say that I've dreamt of us together.
And to be quite blunt, I was sure I was pleased, and you seemed quite content.
I held your hand, or rather we've held each other.

"Fingers lodged like branches in the river" and it was no burden. The burden is in waking up.

I wake up and that song plays on the radio, and you are not with me.
But "Baby, I love you." I wonder if you've dreamt of us two...

too...

Wouldn't it be a bother if dreams were more than dreams and What we've seen
would be just as real as cake. I can be the eggs and you be the flower.

We're all we need to be sleeping awake.

Then I remember that song.
It tells me you're not here.
It plays on and on as I rise from my bed,
What does it mean to wake up alone,
to face the fear that you've been dreaming all on your own?

Accretion

morning brought an arcane song to my ears
i was observing the spilling of light
between the curtain and the wall
the way the light seemed to carry the dust
when my quite moment
was dispatched
by the sensation of the earth and
its 30 km/ps rate of motion

by comparison
i wasn't even a mite
on an elephants eyelash
i was a microbe
riding on a rock
on a massive migration through space

my body became filled with avidity-
something was about to happen
the dam was made of mud
and it was monsoon season

looking into the hallway mirror
i was astonished to see the image inside
was not me
this was some type of apparition
a ghost
that belonged to someone else

the electrons in my brain swirled
forming the loose pattern of wafting smoke
an electrified current

all of this energy
shot past the sleeping dogs
though the house
pierced the atmosphere
then outward into the deep vastness of the heavens

a remarkable paroxysm and
i was back with myself
yet
i felt subtly metamorphosed

looking around,
all of the stuff
i had worked so diligently
to acquire
took on a look of being frivolous
unnecessary

it was all the programming of someone else
the whims of a schizophrenic
with vainglorious proclivities

a booming voice announces:

if you do not abide to the constructs
of this lovely societal aggregation
you are an outcast
a luddite
a nihilist
a lost soul
a demagogue
a loser
a shoe shiner
a sewage swiller
weak,
pathetic,
unable to assimilate
due to anachronistic tendencies
...

we have viewed into the aperture
that gives a glimpse
of both dissonnant living and
ways to slough off the insanity
but
we are controlled by dna's unblinking eyes
we make love and war simultaneously
we are the amalgamation of genes we conspire against

dna spirals up my spine
then feathers across my neurons
entrenching its fingers into my convolutions

i am the product of a mad scientist
who has designed me with used atoms
from distant, dead stars
i breathe oxygen
that have been around since the birth
of the universe

yet,
despite it all,
these animated atomic miracles
have fought to keep us all held together
so that we may witness the splendor
of being alive

the morning song wasn't so veiled after all

Because, Music Is My Eternal Life

Because, music is my eternal life.......

When there is a song about love
then the music does become a soul of my heart
When I hug the melody of music
then I feel the spirit of words, traveling with me
When the voice of music passes in the air
then my ears are listening to its harmony
When I close my eyes and feel the rhythm of its music
then I dream an angel of its music goes around me
Melody is my love and the eternal music is my life
The music has its own story that plays with amazing emotions
and I can hear its beautiful song with touching rhythms
Let it be symphony, classic, jazz or hard rock
but everyone loves music which has only one language
in this universe that has known as Sound of Music.
Anyone who has no interest themselves in music
is nothing but dead bodies on the ground.
Because music is my eternal life.

The Rise and Fall of Notes

The
Sea Waves
Rise and Fall
With the Dusty Wind
And Tune the Un-tuned Nature.
So much is hitherto Unsaid
And Nature do speak
With its melody
Within this
Universe.
Some
May Wonder
How the Streams
Resonate the Life’s ebb and flow
With subtle Changes in Tide.
I can hear the Music too,
It plays within me,
So deep inside,
Rises and
Falls.
Surely, It
Rises and Falls.
I can feel it within,
On my pumping Heartbeats.
Listen closely, silently,
You will hear it
Everywhere,
There
Too.
Listen, now!
Listen the thunder,
Listen dancing raindrops,
Listen the murmurs
Of Spring water
That floats
There.
Just listen,
Nature is singing,
Here, There, Everywhere.
The Notes rise, fall
With its Beat,
Sung by
God.

A Song of Heart

I am, I am
So close a man
Why you keep me far
Why you close your door
I have been ever and ever
Your, what you may think, dear,

Touch me
Without any key
I will instantly open
How you want me, when
Likings and dislikings all are
Quite have been but just your,

Look at me
I am 100% ready
Please, take me in
You know I am alone
In this wide wide universe
An unseen dot is my existence,

I am so small
My brain is so dull
Can not understand you
Gracefully form me just now
Breaking my all that in and out
Keeping no a single point in doubt.

Rhyme Cause I Want To

rhyme cause i want to
all about the thought
develop my delivery
summarize a plot
story telling chivalry
too many double shots
its my medium believe me
when i say id never stop
disguised in scenery
inspiration off top
i absorb to administer
interpretations caught
one with the universe
you'll be feeling what I got
i am art fall apart
freestyling as i rot
cracking open my melon
art like smellin crotch
mics will need killin
till im a petrified rock
fresher under pressure
mcs get coal in socks
not everybody gifted
knottin heads like dreadlocks
even ancients rip
trippin so rhythm was brought
self sustaining compain
brings cash like a crop
rhyming any language
so every word pops
im outa this atmosphere
yo, beam me up scott
writing how im feeling
albums to be dropped
blessings from lessons
living life has taught
shakepseare aint ****
competitions locked
everymother ****er raps
only one can be top
illest styles originally
the rest can eat a cock
innovate or mortality
every choice has a cost
poetry of the street
feed off the broth
mutli flavored labor
faulty haters wanna jock
jealous is another word
for liking how you talk
bring love to the crowd
followers will flock
you are what you eat
hope my words hit the spot
when all is said and done
we were all hip hop

Premium Member Musical Sounds

Listen now carefully, what do you hear?
sounds abound as you tune in to listen
universe of noise fills the stratosphere
birds singing, rustling leaves in transition

Blades of grass crackle sounding like gun fire
the trickle of the brook harmonious
I settle down by the roaring campfire
drinking in the sounds most melodious

As magically they blend together
creating music so soulful to hear
playing perfectly keeping in meter
in the background reed pipes clamor come here

Music around us abounds all the time
listen to it play enjoy the downtime

Writer's Block

No song is sung
No heartfelf laughter dances
Prances empty thought in jest
Mocks the aging bard the mocking bird.

Surely some small tune arises
Somewhere in this universe
Surely some broken heart's lament
Is heard behind some hidden door.

But no song arises here
No words of inspiration
Yet something stirs I know
Some hidden force awakens near

Wonderful World

universal awe
brilliance is omnipresent
love in its splendor
