Premium Member Rising Sun

The rising sun is as a blazing fire
Casting red on the clouds of dark gray
Clouds rippled as the sands on shore
Or as a giant clam shell in its white and gray

Sailors would take warning on this nippy
Morning for the sun has risen red
The colors constantly change soon demise
Brevity of life soon gone..not like the sun

In one little spot Eagle outline seen
Swiftly he's gone like moving breeze
Life similiar never remains same
For now the color has changed..to gray

Ocean draws me love
Come, come relax as waves tap
Toes, pelicans, gulls

Fun floating face down
Snorkel, mask, strange ocean clown
Below fish dart, chase
Look for love, food, fun, frolic
Similiar needs_fish~humans

Love, food, fun, frolic,friendship
Fish congregate in close schools
Human congregate in needs
Needs as poetry shared

Premium Member Huntington's Disease

Curse of mutation
On just one gene
Needing salvation
Get it clean

First comes the emotion
Then come the shakes
They get these notions
Everyone thinks they're flakes

Some are highly intelligent
But the wiring is disordered

(I am stilling working on this one. Anyone have any suggestions? Sara This disease is in
clusters in families affects approximately 1in 10,000 people similiar to a cross in Parkinson
and Alzheimers with dementia similiar to schizorphrenia. There is no medicine, no treatment,
and one just has to wait until the symptoms start. There is genetic testing now which can tell
if one has the gene and if the repeats are high enough that the person will come down with
the disease themselves. People who have this disease are more prone to using illegal drugs,
too much alcohol, get trouble with the law because of these, and are prone to having multiple
sexual partners because they are seeking something to treat themselves for the depression
that comes with the illness. There is hope in stem cell research to come up with a treatment
for this illnes and other similiar illnesses. This illness is an mutation on the CAG in ones
genetic coding with too many CAG and it effects the glutamine protein which is in every cell
in ones body. The illness wrecks havoc on ones brain causing brain cells to die too soon and
the body can't keep up with disposing of the cells or make new ones fast enough to replace
the dead ones. When a person finds out it is in their family, then they live with the fear will it
be my fate.)

I Live In the Paragraph

in the middle of the atmosphere guided by the brightness of the fog that was and will be a
transformation assumes. The attraction of mental concepts consume the being who is armed
with a wonderful hyperdermic filled with scriptures imprint. Everlasting stains made and
confined to the lines of creative guidance. projective influence unfolds leaving the spine
chilled at the mad brilliance of thoughts un-leashed. The ending result of injection leads to
oohs, aahs, tears, smiles and beautiful migranes of astonishment. a flow is possesed as if
indulgence was beneath the oceans blanket. within the pupils the effect of potency can be
seen, the one behind it smirks at the steps closer to immortality. Waste not time with useless
delays, send the accolades, I live in the Paragraph.
The temperature drops and within the midst of the artic influence an extension of the hand is
revealed, with chilling details manuvers are set in motion as the un-thinkable is thought of
and created. Behold an alien tattooist bringing outer world concepts to life, or so it may
seem. conversations on clouds, tears bottled within the ocean, a promise of the dolphins
secret. Coincedences that are yet to exist, similiar to that of a god of sorts unto the
following. Relax and breathe as thy minds eye breeds intoxication like fantasies heated
within a spoon resulting in nouns that suffocate the lines, verbs that bite and amazing
sentences that may never end. thy soul is the literature, I am of the story and it is of me, in
honesty it must surely be known that, I live in the paragraph.

They'Re Still At

I STAND WITH ISRAEL,BECAUSE THE SUFFERING IS WORLD WIDE

How mant victims can the concentration forts hold?,
It's unlimited and the morse codes,
for random attacks are short flashes
and in action they deport those,

Who are trapped by the spell & fall under,
So don't hesitate or slumber,
They want your name, rank & serial number,
And families get divided and split up like lumber,

Even the non-combatants get diminished,
Soon they're history, finished,
In this recon for guinea pigs
No remins are left over
to be identified by the dentist,

Nor the pathologist, and the plot'll just,
get thicker by the day
remember the millions? remmeber them?
that were gassed, tortured
and tossed in pits that seemed bottomless

They show no love to the poor sections,
and low incomes'll leave no choice
but to make poor food selections,
So many burping up deadly forms of indigestion,

So they tryin' to run for cover
in the lands of the hunters & the hunted,
It's similiar to ' Most Wanted ',
and their main plans is
to keep our routes to success stunted,

Well the showdown is approachin',
The ministers have spoken,
Will the nuclear explosions have us chokin'?,

In the Acid Rain,
Which countries ruler has the maddest brain?,
Which one will be snakish with the fattest fangs?

So I'm bucklin' up
even though I didn't ask to participate,
I hope my vernacular strengthen & stimulates,
many minds world wide
startin' in Cali, it's one of the realest states,

I've been seen how they're tryin' to drown the hoods,
I told them loud and clear
" MY LIFE GUARD WALKS ON WATER "
So I'm good.

Premium Member Joyce Johnson and I Have Something In Common

Joyce Johnson has something common with me
She and I share similiar grief confess
When on that airplane I finally see
Compassionate face I will love no less

Then I will see a person who understood
All heartaches, just to talk over coffee
This will make me feel so very good
As we sit down at Starbucks; I'll pay fee

I will ask her how she withstood trials
How did she reconcile child's early demise
I'll ask her to share her heartache with me
While we eat a snack with that coffee

Joyce and I share one thing in common see
Meeting her will be such a relief if only brief

Heaven's Greeter

She met me at the big golden door
Similiar to another I had seen before

Kind she was all dressed in white
Mommy said that is what angels look like

Tall and strong like my dear grandma
But her smile was that of my sweet nana

She knelt and said "Your mom and I share a name"
In her I saw three different pieces that made up the same

Hand in hand we walked right on through
And she told the stories of how all three of them grew

A Lone Flower

a lone flower grew
in the dark on a hill
defying nature
it bloomed with free will

this barren terrain once
was empty and landless
now full of color
spilled on this empty canvass

every time a petal
dropped into the earth
vibrant colors exploded
similiar to a soft gentle verse

a lone flower grew
in the dark on a hill
that flower was me
finally I am fulfilled

This Is Me Vs. My Worst Enemy

again, this poem is not for the weak. i wrote this after my friend and I experienced similiar
circumstances. writing is my medicine. my remedy. this is how i cope with the
struggles, hardships, and tragedies that i am faced with each and every day.

Your words malicious.
Your actions vicious.
You spill venom from your lips.
You wrap your hand around his throat not allowing him to resist.
You're a sick piece of filth.
Your actions unjustified.
You feed your prey another lie.
You'll never know the impact of your actions as you sink your fangs into your victim.
Your remorse minimal.
Your actions criminal.
How about i rip out your jaw and then see how you talk?
How about i shatter your knees and then see how you walk?
Laying knee deep in a pool of your own misery.
How does it feel when the roles are reversed?
You sicken me, your mind is truly perverse.
My actions will speak louder than your words.

The Pall Bearer (Angel of Sadness)

Shoulders square
Face front, do not stare
No tears, only dried eyes
Eased a sigh, one final goodbye
Carry and image of mystic
A day after another
Without you is incomplete
Shadows blend in with your reflection
Polished to perfection
The pall bearer
Palms up, raise you to the skies
Shoulders square
Wisdom of an older pair
Faced front
Left foot, right foot, up those stairs
No tears on dyed dry eyes
An image similiar to mystic
Bare the weight down this darkened isle
Past the first bench
Now lay me a peace
As an ignorant stench
You are my pall bearer

The Slay Mamas

Akuchi is a teacher,
She's a slay mama.
Bintu is a banker,
She's a slay mama.
Tolani is a trader,
She's a slay mama.
So is Preye,the young woman
who lives by the waterside.
She's a college student.
These mamas share similiar routines;
Inner linings,check.....
Hair,check....
Nails,check....
Clothes, check....
Shoes,check......
Reasoning,attitude, hard work,
Check,check,check.....
These are women ever on fleek.
Instagram knows them,no doubt.
They make the clock of twitter click.
In the society,
they are forces to be reckoned with.
Of a truth, the true slay mamas.

The Story of Two Friends

The Story of Two Friends,
Is a Distant Tale of Love.
Opposites in Some Ways,
Similiar in Others.

One Athletic,
The Other Brainy.
Both With the Same Feelings,
Afraid to Ruin a Friendship,
Yet Wanting More.

Neither Planned to Ask,
Although Always Wanting to Know.
But Each,
Think the other won't Go.

Destiny Brought Them Together,
Fate Will Keep Them Apart.
The Story of Two Friends,
Comes to a Tragic End.

Spined

Lies of a different kind sings the story of the far from the truth, you are bitten by the lying spider with venom that sooths, your tears are wiped away - Closed by cocoon to the blind in your eyes, the oneswhics are paired by 2, you refuse to see, that is why i am me - Single silent silver slivers, the snake does not walk all the way home, i am spined to be decorated bytime - Sanctuary of the thorns became my home inside the castle of lust, vicious whispers by demon tone rang the bells down to my bones - The door has a key but what is missing is the hole, similiar tomy heart which fires ice cold

Sharing Stories

carrying us farther, letting go of the past,
memories that were pushed away, but now you face them at last,
pain has a tendency to push us away from the truth,
it can distract us away, or paralyze us to move,
causing us to run, unbearable to face,
we put up defenses so our hearts can't break,
but what if in that breaking the sun shows its face,
crying out to understand, putting our hearts back in place,
to remember, to recognize, a huge reality check,
we thought we packed it away, and we intentionally forget,
brought back to us in different form, the trigger of our loss,
a word, a phrase, a friend or strangers similiar pain, to face the healing process of our hearts,
the hands that loved, that gave effort to reach can give your perspection new view,
going through the same heartaches, going through the same pain, the things you never noticed or knew.

Tears and Smiles (Angel of Sadness)

I shall watch
And I shall laugh
I shall hold my last breath before I die
And released it with smiles of one last gasp!
Once again in this solemn place we meet
Perhaps I came to bring the battle to our feet
Carry on with these memories of time
Presents of eternity
Perhaps I've been away for way to long
But I'm here to present a scenery through rhymes
Just maybe I could substitute my misery
In exchange for the essience of suffering internal
A cast I miss so dearly
Now in my moments of less truimph my enemies fear me
So open to a blind side
I kind of figured
That white chariot would be a kind ride
These heavenly possessions become demonic
Seems my obession
Has been plagued with something worse than bubonic
A ball and chain pronounced as life
I suddenly recall
A pain that accounts for living twice
Who knows the means of how this came to be
Still it's plain to see
That somehow your presence remains in me
Will I live To see my children make similiar mistakes?
It's a mystery indeed, But somehow I can see myself
Getting away with a small portion of fate
Things will never change
Yet I'm blessed and still living
Angels forever seem strange
Who would've guessed that this life was given
Still my presence is only here to retrieve a promise
In which we each believe
But no sooner was it granted it was stripped from us
So forgive us for our sins
Spare us our grace
As we open our eyes to witness the END
I shall watch
And I shall laugh
I shall hold my last breath before I die,
And released it with smiles of one last gasp!
