To My Valentine

To my valentine: though I am may not believe in the notion of dedicating one day to our love
I celebrate you each day. Let today be our Valentine and tomorrow be the eve of the celebration
Of our next day together. Let’s make a holiday of each morning and celebrate each afternoon so that we can embrace each night together. Let us mock the world by wearing a smile on our faces each time we speak, think and even dream of each other. I Wish to give you the world but let me conquer it first and sail with you to the moon for a Sunday picnic and then to the stars for the night just so we can clearly see the glory of the reflection of the light of the sun in your eyes in the morning.
I am crying as I write each word knowing how great I am failing to manifest the magnitude of your beauty in words so please accept my humble attempt. I wish I could give you FLOWERS for they resemble the sweet smell of your skin and also the timeless beauty you possess but they die too quickly in the eternal world that is ruled by your smile. Perhaps I should give you CHOCLATES that taste as good as your lips and fill my soul with tranquillity and the illusive satisfaction that am among the clouds after every kiss. But even chocolates end and leave behind the torment of addictive cravings. Let me give offer you my Mind that continues to wonder as it ponders in the thought of the endless beauty that has nothing to do with how you look. And my Heart that beats each pound to the sound of the divine melodies that sing aloud each time you speak. And also my soul that remains ever in a trance of admiration and disbelieve that my being could ever be so lucky to have you as my own. So lets make each moment as great as this and celebrate it with a smile seal it with a kiss to open it when we meet again to dwell in the glory of our love.

You

I remember when I first saw you standing there.
Blue eyes sparkling, and full head of brown hair.
I remember how it felt, when I didn't know what to say.
Just standing there thinking how I've never felt that way.
My choking approach, heart racing as I grew close,
and the way you looked back at me.
I remember that the most.

When you looked into me, I was no longer scared.
Asking your name, to your response I dared.
And in so, your voice I found,
was the absolute and most beautiful sound.
As my feet no longer, could find the ground.

I saw your smile, and got lost for a while.
Feeling only the moment of right here, right now.
Standing in front of you,
my only thought, "Oh wow."
More than butterflies, floating inside me.
My heart experiencing, a feeling so wildly.

Everything in the world just felt right.
Then we walked, and talked, together all night.
The greatest day, that I've ever known,
the brightest the stars have ever shown.
I took your hand, we locked eyes, we kissed.
As the world exploded, into a wonderful bliss.

Then the only thing I ever wanted to do,
was spend all my time, together with you.
Your smell, your laugh, your soft little voice.
Even your answering machine, was call for rejoice.
I wouldn't even get sick, when you weren't around.
Just knowing you were out there, always kept me far from down.

I know these days, sometimes we argue we fight.
But in these three years I still feel,
exactly the same, as that first night.

If I Would Write a Song

If I would write a song
It most definitely would be about you
I'd tell everyone your story & show them the real you

If I could write a song
I'd say you had a passion for what's right
A fire burning in your soul
To show the world God's Light

I would tell how much you care
About the little things in life
Like your little brother's loose tooth,
And your sister's A in Spanish

I would tell of your Sunday school teaching 'career'
How you rescued Suzy's kitten from a tree
You're every little boy's hero
Playing 'Cowboys & Indians' all afternoon long

I would reminisce of that warm sunny day
Not long ago in June
when we frolicked in the river
All afternoon long
When you kissed me softly on the lips
And said you were all mine

You are wonderful in every way
No I'm not biased at all

You light up the room
Whenever you walk through the door
Morning, noon, & night
Your eyes sparkle with true joy
Everyone around sees the changes in you,
From boy to man
Striving to be the person
God has planned

If I could write a song
I would tell the world how much
I love you

Ode of Rain and Veil

She’s the princess of the world of silence.
Existing outside our normal human touch,
She sees every good, bad, deed we do.
She passes no judgment, just perseverance.
Realizing this world has choice, as such.
Caring not what we decide, or even a clue.
Her soul was guided by plain experience.
Her mind unrivaled, and new very much,
Her name, Rain; with eyes of light blue,
Lips that glimmered, true, effervescence,
Her name was given from her first touch.
Upon the day she was born, it came anew.
Christening with name in natures balance,
Her destiny preordained in gentle touch.
Who would win her heart, capturing dew?
Dew, one of her two faithful acquaintances,
They chatted in a language, Double Dutch.
Mist, the second, now you know of the two.
Stallions, white twins, with no ambivalence,
Only she could speak, hear, revealing crutch.
No other could tell differences in her crew.
One to be her prince in adoring excellence,
Must win confidence of dew in his touch,
No mistake, no second chance for woo.
Many have tried to no avail in adolescence.
Only one pauper’s son left to offer such.
One chance to know, to choose right skew,
His mind, unconsciously knew adherence.
When he prepared his choice, a quick clutch,
His choices correct, all others they bid adieu.
Her companion was chosen, forever attendance.
He rode mist, she road dew, in blissful touch
His heart and soul was, sincere, more than true
Princess and pauper together, rode into silence.
Peace prevailed in their land, never violence.
Princess Rain, now Prince Veil road in balance.

Passion Flowing Through My Veins

The sun sets on the horizon
It's another day I've had with you
These days don't need to end
These days don't need to be through

The feelings inside run wild
They cannot be tamed
Try to put them in words
And they cannot be named

Laying on the river bank
The real world losing sight
Want me to wear shining armor?
I will be your knight

I have so much happiness and joy
When you are around
That huge smile on my face
Seems to never go down

Your eyes looking into mine
Brown locks blowing in the wind
Soft kisses together
My hands running down your skin

Fireworks going off all around
Showing their colors in mid air
We are in a special place
Where we don't have a care

Massaging your body
with my lips so tender
Let go of the worries and doubts
You just need to surrender

The slow and steady motion
Of our bodies rocking together
Make us need and want
This feeling to last forever

Toes curling so hard
Hands grabbing so tight
We have a beautiful thing
On this warm summer night

We have the world to ourselves
Let's keep it forever
Will I allow myself to lose your love?
No I won't babe, never

A Diary's Page (Jw)

The week ends
The mornings of anticipation when I
From prayer past through virtual doors
Another world without seas or sky
Another world where invisible drops pour
Upon the garden of my heart, and bring
The fragrance of refreshing day, and chase
The pain of wait or distance while I cling
To electronic thoughts and dream your face.

The weekend begins
The long hours of lonely separation, and we
Apart held twain only by a string of faith
That in his presence none can be lonely
Only the impatience no grace consecrate
For once again I learn loyalty to one I do not see
And keep my heart open like a country gate
Yawning for every drop of misty flowers and beauty
Time shuttles dreams while still I wait.

The week starts
For me one day too late, for your coming I pine
To hear your voice, taste the nectar of your lips
Feel the flesh that frame your face, the soft line
And swollen comb where sweet the honey drips
How softly from shoulder down the moonlight falls
Leaving us naked, vulnerable in the bare light
Where our breaths are tides. Something sweet enthralls
Me, and I cannot push back the day into night

The week keeps
The cycle of my heart in little chains of hours
And I endure each pulse and passing of the stars
Find my escape among the falling bloom of lowers
And ever moan like tides against the stony bars.
I am discontented to think and yet never to be sure
About your state of comfort or happiness
To dream of joy and languish, but cannot give you more
To edge my faith that always you are blessed.

Tonight

Take the pain
and drown it deep
throw it down
the hill that's so steep

Realize there's only one
that I think of
Standing on the edge of love
Give me that gentle shove

The way you say my name
The look in your eyes
The smile on your face
To the tears you cry

Everything about you
Turns my world upside down
I'm running in circles
around and around

I got that feeling
in the pit of my stomach
I feel so great
I can't get enough of it

I will take my love
and give my heart to you
For what you gave me
it's the least I could do

Lay you down
in that low dim light
all the problems
we just lose sight

kiss you tenderly
on your soft, soft skin
look at you
and then do it again

intertwine your fingers
with the ones of my own
fireworks blasting over head
have finally shown

we got tonight
lets set the world on fire
don't worry about tomorrow
I'm done with the lows, you take me higher
