Premium Member "evil Twin"

"Spiritual Narrative"

After life began, appeared “Evil Twin” mind’s obvious sin
‘Evil’ naught of nothing, using the power of love’s “something”
Giving rise to evil self, far to left, image of self
Love created, but mind deviated, it’s love abated

Love’s logic created Soul, but I am so bold, left heart’s gold
Lost in a wilderness mind, became the Soul of evil twin
Lost in it’s philosophies, mind’s logic of complexities
Has philosophically debated, Love that created

Saying, ‘how can this Love be the reality of me
I shall exalt above, this creation of heaven’s Love’
But crucifixion of mind regains Love’s self in time
As the mind is refined, Soul is re-aligned, with Love’s vine

Man’s discoveries, pieces of the recoveries, of true self
As pieces of the mind crucified, must learn to abide
From Love light’s truth cannot hide, reality has not lied
Being one with reality, God true technicality

Evil self is naught, except, in a mind of worldly thoughts
Live of your mind if your will, create life’s bitter pill
Your bitter pill will not spill, into Sacred Heart’s will
This proverb is proverbial, `Tis non swerve able

Within one’s love, one must abide, for on death’s cross it was tried
Also mind must abide, for on the cross was proven it lied
Death and life was set before, human mind to explore
To show evil twin, death’s sin, just no way for death to win

Make a tree good or make a tree evil, for is by man’s choice
Lie on God if your will, lie `Tis your own bitter pill’
`Tis by your own choice, by your own voice, `Good or Evil’
Death failed, life’s tree stands still, on yonder hill, alive and well

Premium Member A Tale of Two Cities - Life Lesson

How thrilling was a novel long ago
I read for school: A Tale of Two Cities.
It tells of common people whose great woe
comes from the upper class’ atrocities.

A doctor tortured in Bastille has been released.
To London he returns and regains his health
with his daughter Lucy’s help. To the east,
things get ugly for the French with great wealth.

Two men love Lucy: Sydney and Darnay.
She weds Darnay, who’s lied about his family.
They’d locked her dad up. She forgives him anyway!
But now he has big problems. He’s nobility!

It happens that poor Sydney has a face
much like Darnay’s. Though Sydney’s never been
a man of character, he will find grace
by taking Darnay’s place at the guillotine.

This novel shows the need for reformation
and is a treasure from Great Britain’s past.
It teaches redemption through transformation.
Dickens’ stories through the centuries will last.

Premium Member Gift of the Sea

From Scrabster harbour we set
Sea fishing we go
Off Dunnett Head
Dinghy in tow

A few hours we sail
To reach the spot
To hunt our catch
Check my lobster pots

This Pentland firth
Flowing blue and fresh
With our deep sea rods
Various baits, spinning meps

Along the way
Some pots we check
Crustacean grab
Lobster and dab

Destination reached
Our fishing ground
Sounder on
Fish are found

Leaded up, lines straight
Darrow's aplenty, strengthened trace
Lines down bottom hit
Watch the tip as we drift

The waves deceive
We think a bite
Natures water
Tricks us slight

This beautiful day
As patience allows
We hear a shout
From the starboard bow

Wow! dad,
Look at the bend on your rod
Is it a dogfish or ling
Or a monster cod

Posture right to reel this catch
Has this fisherman met his match
Over an hour this marathon lasts
Fish against man, sporting ask

Forearms ache, back strains
I reel it in, it then regains
Is it tiring, or is it me
This awesome creature from the sea

Moments later
Surface splash
A wing of skate
Adrenalin blast

Fish aboard
Tagged and weighed
Released with care
In its domain we played

The day goes on
With various catch
But only the one
Had met his match

The evening draws
With the firth so calm
As we watch the sunset
With a golden dram
To Mother Nature we raise our glass
She is indeed, such a wonderful lass

Book: Radiant Verses: A Journey Through Inspiring Poetry

This Freedom

We created a dream…
A collage of triumphs hoisted high,
We spun a misty halo
And left
brisk utterances hidden inside
our pensive sigh

They redrew
a nexus of sun and doom colluding
with inexplicable shadows
For our freedom to be whisked away,
To await
a freshly arching course

This freedom sows nothing
but
an estranged black hole returned to life…
and borne anew
Unfelt and wielding a people’s wish,
turned to ash
Confirms
a grinding and sapping strife for all,
bar the few…
A covenant trampled
and delivered as doubt

It’s meant to flow unhindered
but ours is sated
Resting to regain its lost breath
amid whispers and tears
Regains its image to emerge
as a fallow truce
A seething trust before
real freedom brews

Words lie broken and promises creased
Winter smog mixed with liberated fatigue
A cocktail of sweat and pressured peace
Leaning on a state of grime
imbued
with loosened tricks

God's 3 Perfect Lives

god has 3 perfect lives
and he lives them simultaneously
arent you fathoming the power of god?

One of them is a gullible god
and he walks around not knowing he is a gullible god
and he will have conversations with you
and like a genie where you dont know you are making a wish you are

i feel oceans and worlds apart from my husband but forever will be gay
but an everlasting nightmare it remains
and then the next thing you kno wyou are the victom

One of them is a prophet
god surprising god
and everytime he does he regains his throne
and the only way to stop him
from regaining his throne
is to put him in his little bubble of ignorance
a world that isnt true and let him lead
see if he can see the truth and fool you all

The third god is the god that everyone murders
by slapping their elbow armpit and saying debbie does dishes
but keep in mind there is a curse to this perfect life
for god will live every single life from the beginning to the end of time
and be voted in and out of murder as you slap your inner elbows
and you never know when god is walking in your shoes
for the other gods have a time machine for this wish to be true
and satan the code name for the murderer as everyone alive gets a turn
to kill their nightmare or dream come true and defeat their enemy
since the beginning of time every writer every prophet every poet
has been predicting this crime scene for death to avenge
and then welcome everyone to eternity
as we all become different crime scenes of a matrix to keep us living
happily ever after escaping our nightmares
and living our dreams

it just takes time
so keep on dreaming
and eventually with gods puzzle of angels and demons and 3 gods and other
worlds i'll be back and slide to help you
just keep believing!

Premium Member Gray Clouds Roaming

I hear a rustling in the leaves
As the wind huffs and heaves
A storm is coming ever near
A rustling in the leaves I hear

Gray clouds roam across the sky
Some leaves swirl up on high
 Thunder rumbles in the dome
Across the sky gray clouds roam

The rain will fall for a while
And make the land more fertile
Flowers seem to love it all
For a while the rain will fall

A rainbow shows its many hues
As the sky regains its blues
A pot of gold are at the end of those
Its many hues a rainbow shows

Premium Member Ray of Hope In a Tunnel

RAY OF HOPE IN TUNNEL

The sun behind the charcoal cloud pierces a hole
Light streaks of the tunnel strike the forest canopy
Layers of leaves hold them in fraction not the whole
Make the trunks of the cold trees warm and happy.

The foliage splits the rays in tangled tunnels bright
Furrows flashing patterns on the gloomy ground
The forest regains its tunnel vision lost in the night
To mark the lighted pathways to the world around.

You go outside the forest under the open sky clear
The Illuminated life shines in the splendor of the sun
Unshrouded sight reaches the distant and the near
With your open mind carried by untunneled vision.

When despair drives dark clouds in your stormy day
Gloomy life makes for the mind a narrow channel to run
Look through the bright hole in the cloud of dismay
The ray of hope will illumine the tunnel of your vision.

Premium Member Winters End

Winters end

When cold breeze loses its charm,
and weather regains back its warmth,
Snow clad mountains that start to melt,
when sun is at its zenith on the belt,

Winters are onto an end !

Heavy quilts lift their veil to bare,
Chilled faces begin to show a flare,
Out of hibernation appears the whole world,
Sun shines bright and the clouds hurled,

Winters are onto an end !!

She

"For She Is Me"

Through trials and tribulations
Dark days guide her to the light
At night she regains what is hers
Nothing contemporary was meant to last
Through the mirror
The Glass eclipse the voice behind her eyes
The hunger
The pain
The power she craves
Is what I put first
For she is me
Before I beg and plead to be considered half as important as you
My throne is what I aim to conquer
For she is me
The rich and divine woman of the land
For you I am too divine to hold
A mere Butterfly wrapped in silk and gold
Is not meant to be caged
For She Is Me
Nor does the crown that is placed upon my head be unshined or unnoticed
For She Is Me
I reign
I rise
I grind
I made this Kingdom and it will continue to grow
For I rise
For she is me
For I am that power
The one and only Queen B.

Little Victories

The city moves and laughs and sings
Of lurid lights and fancy things
Of static electricity
And many opportunities

The acid clouds are dismal gray
Leave not a single trace of day
Wind withers and regains its speed
A buried, lonely poplar seed

But while the city screams and clanks
And people march in suited ranks
A little light the clouds do show
Wait now, the seed begins to grow

Premium Member Starry Sky

Dr Seuss' quote-
You know you are in love when you can't fall asleep because reality is finally better than your dreams.

Starry sky

As I lie on my bed
restless and sleepless,
Staring at night sky
lending twinkle to stars,
Amazed at the beauty
way they look so bright,
Those dreams of longing
vanish in insomnia,

Maybe I am in love,
maybe I was out of sight.

As I conquer my desires
yearnings reach an end,
His love in my heart
pounces to pretend,
Dreams turned to reality
sleep no more fascinates,

Maybe I am in love
and I was out of sight then.

Eyes that once sobbed dry
now the tears glitter,
On every tender blink
I fear losing these pearls,
Heart that stops awhile
and regains its flair,
Hymn that darkness sings
the starry sky enchants.

Maybe I am in love,
When dreams put to reality,
Who bothers about sleep ?

Mojave

Cradled in her mother’s starving belly
Spawn of a fruitless tree in Death Valley
With only hunger pangs to worship
A step in any direction would be hardship

Nourishing daily on the harshest inferno
There isn’t a gruelling day she’s never known
Her mother’s tears of sorrow vaporise
Long before they can leave her blind eyes

She’s a thirst in a drought of beauty
A wind-chill through the gates of hell
The warm release of the coldness of death
She is, against all odds, life on earth

Through the thin skin of her flames
Her burning desire to feel a warm embrace
She dries at night with the rise of the moon
And regains life with every breath of each noon

8 Second Ride

Up before dawn, his feet hit the floor
He can't pretend to sleep anymore

His clothes displayed neatly, beside his bed
He places his hat atop his head

Today is the day he will pay off his debts
He won't return home with any regrets

The first to arrive, empty stands
Soon to be filled with clapping hands

In the blink of an eye, the parking overflows
With tickets in hand they fill in the rows

A couple of clowns to fill in the gap
An impatient bunch, he can hear their feet tap

Alone in a stable with his hat on his chest
He prays to The Lord, that he will do his best

Peaks around the corner for a glimpse of his opponent
An unstable beast and he has to tone it

Brushes off the doubt and dusts his boots
Exposes himself, "Yeehaw", he hoots

Ready to go, signed the waiver
Cards seem to be playing in his favor

While riding him bare
A split second scare

He regains control
At the delight of his soul

Held steady till the crowd cried
Landed on two feet. It was an 8 second ride

Premium Member I Am Alive

love can lie to the naked eye
we deceive ourselves
and know not why
the things we hear
should kill a love
make us call ourselves liars
is what love does

the truth can be so inconvenient
forcing a heart to be lenient
when rage and anger should over flow
but that would upset
the peace that we know

this fear we have of losing beauty
this uncontrollable urge
to force the unity
when all the tools of love
have been exhausted
and the only thing left
is to admit, you lost it.

when it's all done and through
and when the self regains
it's respect for you
when all the embarrassment
and self loathing has left
your are stronger in that respect
there is strength to be found
in being a reject

learning a lesson others
have yet to learn
having been through the fire
i may never again burn
having a message
of how to survive
how i fought my greatest enemy
myself. and yet i am still alive.

Faith and Trust

One day I will state officially
You have me unconditionally
This motion I will activate
Your love I won’t exonerate
I will keep you locked inside
My heart until i can decide
When it’s safe for me to share
These feelings i want to declare
For you that are growing deep
Wanting love to slowly seep
Inside your tender fragile heart
So you know right from the start
I promise to do this favor
Your love I will always savor
And not throw into the trash
Causing it to burn and crash
Like your last lover has done
Causing you to turn and run
Putting you through a bad strain
On your heart till it regains
The faith it needs to follow through
And believe my love is true
So I will just take my time
Till i can prove my love will shine
To brighten up your painful past
Showing that true love does last
