Best Ramble Poems

An English Spring Ramble
Spring is here in every new budding leaf
that flourishes beneath
this vast expansive sky of baby blue.
Wild pink cherry in blossom by the road
covers soft yellow daffodils on show,
fav’rite colours in a nursery hue.

Push’d into this expectant painted world
first lambs, tails unfurled
wobble under udders in fields...

am trembling
so many apples on my limbs
a tree I shiver the winter
to run the sap come spring
and blow a mind with green

as a sourire a smile for you to read....

I

I write-
words quavering with emotion-
my words speak thickly
fragments of my life

minced words that ramble

and I lispandslur
I croak and hesitate
and mitigate
words

oh this world is so shattering-beautiful

my pen
fragments of minced
words that ramble
and jumbledthoughts come tumbling

I have a...

A Ramble In a Bramble
A ramble in a bramble kisses a shoe horn in a window box

Having deciphered which tunes and vibrations cause reactions it was time to make everything the same really. Shame it was that day for the creative crab. Whose sideways step now had to fit...

I follow the track with a spectacular view,
into a wood with its carpet blue.
A winding path to the field below
through an ancient green lane where primroses grow.
I watch a swallow swoop and pass
above a meadow lush with grass.
Quench my thirst in dapple shade...

Ramble
Sweat sticky between
eyebrows, deuces
wild
Like his eyes, those
lonesome dove eyes
Prairie eyes, ice
cool despite the
rising heat
Choking heat,
boiling on a frying
pan
Round and round
those tables, red
and black
Elbows and anger,
shiny greasy metal,
Gin bellows and city
screams
Down home blood
lust, home cooked
greed

Stuffing that money
into his...

Silly Ramble
A knot is a knot
Yet it simply can not,
For an apple to rot
Across the sea on a boat
Than being in a moat.

You need not boast
When you can have a roast.
While your letting out steam
You can spend the day to dream.

Give a piece a cheese to...

Talismanic mystical duties of an aardvark is best performed upon a desert landscape or in a dense jungle for it is merely in these two places that wild fauna can be located and ancient brands of earth can be discovered shrouded in leaves or sand...

I believe in nothing else than this:
Your, my, our
Love,

Is what truly saves me.

No deity can heal me,
No dynasty sire me,
Way of thinking change me,

Only you.

Only you can unmake me,
Burn euphoric,

Create
Destroy
Complete.

The stark realisation of
Being halved and whole
And nothing, if not
Yours....

And I Ramble
I didn't think I had time for a relationship but yet I yearn for a body every boring night. I want to be in love, I want to love, I want to be a romantic being sucking up every moment that I can. I want...

It was said
That our past determines our future
But it's still uncertain
As we blinded by the curtain of time which rises to show our present
The gift of life: Lesson In Fatal Evidence
But still virtuous in our so-called innocence
The evidence of our mind's absents
'Causing an Imbalance in...

Over striding downs with grassy scrub
and into the trees with clumps of shrub

Beechwood,downlands and common heath
in earthy limeston inches beneath

The basil spreading six feet tall
by a freshwater spring ,trickling small

Along shaded lanes with gates and stiles
and wayside pubs,to rest awhile...

i started tracking my weight, exercise, what i eat
every morning i do this little dance
with the bathroom scale
i get up, dress in the same thing,
weigh myself and subtract 4 pounds

some mornings if i don’t like the results
i will subtract another pound for the
cup of coffee...

When time echoes the promise of a rambling soul, one who knows that the past never can be left, because it is there that solace leaves its caress, its breath ever rising in the presence of sorrow’s tangled web ~ quote by poet
