A salad roll sits upon my plate,
All garden fresh and there to be ate;
I didn’t taste a bug
But saw half a slug...
My observation has come too late.
Dear whey,
You have changed my life from the day we met
Our first date was great because I got you wet
First I poured water on you, didn’t like the taste
Ever since, I used milk to switch up the pace
At which I devoured your nutritious goodness
We coalesce perfection, never a misunderstoodness
You are the cheese co-product of my dream
Protein, protein, wherefore art thou protein?
Sincerely, your drinker…
Choppy waves,
currents sing in the waining day;
They hide an undertow which wears upon the world.
Here is a biome concieved in truth
beauty born in combinations,
this chemical collective holding host to parasites and symbiotes alike

Now sprouts within the Ash!
GREENY MIX OF VITAMINS AND PROTEIN
clenching my fork —
in my garden of leafy
goodness,
a ladybug
salad sweats,
running
into the trash heap.
forgotten tines and teeth
release voluminous vitamins and protein
to sow what they reap,
bottom of bowl weeps…
but I’m okay with that!

King of tigers told that he does not like "protein", it is for birds, he loves monkeys
All the gymbros want to have big muscles;
All are willing to put in the hustle;
the one thing stopping us, being the price,
of protein powder, canned chicken, and rice.
Only one of these things, can we amend,
it comes in a green, high quality blend;
a whole tub is cheaper than two big macs,
It will make you very jacked.
All our resources come from the sea;
Consequently, we will fit your budget to a tee;
Most protein from the ocean is cheap,
You will collect our protein powder in heaps.
