I feel so warm cozy at peace
Stirring honey in my tea
It grounds me as if a magnet pulls me
From the top of my head to the rear of my seat
Soul is relaxed and focused on Zen
Tranquility and calm I’m sipping in
My third eye has super sight
Happy I am inside and all is right
Life it can be complicated,
cruel and unkind.
Why does it have to be like that?
The answers I can’t seem to find.
Some days I feel hard done to,
Downtrodden, my life’s unfair.
Then I take a good look around,
And realise I shouldn’t despair.
My life’s not perfect but who’s life is?
I know that grateful I should be.
Give me health and happiness,
Any day over being wealthy.
I have 3 healthy beautiful children,
A mother whom I adore,
A bunch of other lovely relatives,
My husband, a few friends, who needs more?
Yes we have no spare cash,
But we have house over our head.
Yes we work very hard for what we have,
But we rest every night in a bed.
Our loved ones are mainly healthy,
Managing to live out a good life.
Not going through what others have been,
Never knowing their losses and strife.
Some people they aren’t half as lucky,
They face struggles I’ve never known.
I can’t imagine having to sleep in a box,
And calling that box my home.
Some people are born into poverty,
Having to beg to get anything to eat.
out in the freezing cold weather,
In doorways they take their seat.
Now can we just think about sickness.
The best we can have is our health.
As without that we have nothing,
Its truly a poor mans wealth.
Don’t get me started on abuse.
The victims who’ve experienced the pain.
I can never begin to imagine,
How they can ever rebuild their lives again.
Those soldiers who have been to war,
Who’ve seen images more than horrific.
With little help when they return,
They need something soporific.
So now I feel bad for feeling down,
I have no reason to be glum.
Because in fact, I have an amazing life,
And the best part is being a Mum.
The value of life is beyond measure,
In every moment lies hidden treasure.
Tie it with the thread of dreams,
Make each day your own, it seems.
Learn the art of living through strife,
In every obstacle, a new path for life.
With love, compassion, and truth by your side,
These are the colors where joy resides.
Time flows like a river’s song,
Memories hold where smiles belong.
The essence of life is the bond we share,
Connecting hearts with tender care.
Hear the melody in every heartbeat,
Life is a symphony, gentle and sweet.
Let’s come together to nurture its glow,
And let the colors of life forever flow.

Better days indeed!
Its been long since a smile appeared
upon my grumpy face.
The rain refused to fall,
It was now a dry heart like erosion to soil
of sadness and no hope...
We laughed with misery within
no sense of belonging, no sense of reality

There was no place for tears, we endured and
conquered, we died not! ,we stood tall!
For we knew better days were ahead,

Parties pave productive pathways,
Problems pass, pain pauses,
Practical perspective proves purposeful.
People practice perseverance,
Population produces powerful partnerships,
Peace prevails.
Positivity Optimism Prayer and Meditation
Positivity has a wide-open arena in which to execute miracles
When we learn this, we will be able to spin our life into gold
We will be able to fly without wings, when we embrace our truth.
Loving optimism is knocking on our heart, requesting entrance.
When we embrace her, our lives will change for the best.
We can accomplish things faster and in incredible ways.
Prayer opens the highways of life wide open, giving our engines fuel.
Meditation enlists our spiritual self, allowing us to explore our dreams.
When we let God, we begin to return like phoenixes to our soul self.

Positivity means spreading bliss
Negativity means inviting misery
Positivity is like gust of fragrance
Negativity is like collecting dampness
Positivity signifies flowing river
Negativity signifies stagnant water (breeding ground of insects)
Positivity stands for hopes and inspirations
Negativity stands for despair and hindrances
Positivity indicates beginning of life
Negativity indicates end of life.

Times, too often, I forget, that I was not born to bring
darkness to our planet.
But I am to lighten all souls, who exist upon it.
I do forget, and need to meditate upon it.
Surely, problems are universal and do exist.
No need for us wear chains upon our wrists!
We came from the light, and things of great
beauty and might.
It’s no help to this world, to make it all
frightening like a windy, stormy night.
I see the long, winding path ahead.
May I fill it with hope and sunshine, till I am dead.

When the snow falls in
the roads will be blocked
So cross over now
before it's too late
Take yourself away
grow in isolation
Greet the Sun, love the moon
and live with the nature
You will rise and shine
brighter than them all
Your fire will be fiercer
your will stronger, your strength unmatched
Your beauty aglow, your desires awakened
burning through your heart, raging through your mind
The demons shall leave
and your will shall preside
Ignorance and silence,
Preaches and deceits,
Libels and slanders.
Yeah, it gets on my nerves!
Friends are such a turncoats,
They betray, they deceive,
Pretending to be sweet.
Causing emotional wrecks.
The traitors are such a scrape!
Hey! Ask me, why I am sharing this!
Just coz, wanna save you from such a crisis!
Sit in your car and go for a long drive.
Trust me its a therapy of its own kind!
Cool breeze tickling vibrant flowers,
Chirping birds playing in Cumulus clouds,
Strolling couples and brats chilling out,
Laughter and smile spread all around.
A sudden brake, brings you back to your present life.
Tell me, tell me, ‘‘what did you notice thru the drive.’’?
Happiness, energy and pure positive vibes!
Awww! You couldn't notice the negativity,
though it too must be peeping inside!
Here's my friend an important lesson to bring back pride.

we can’t get into everything that comes into our sight.”
“step out of your boots, and be a fly on the wall,
You will understand inside out in just a glance.”

Ignorance by the people who were the solid pillars.
Trifling with the emotions of those who love.
Pretentious relations with an ax to grind.
Habitual fabrications involved in maligning reputation
Backbiting and betrayals leading to unjustified humiliations.
People say, stay away from bad people.
They are a bad experience; they pull you back!
Isn’t it true that they are the ones,
Who give us most precious lessons of life!
If we always live in heaven, how would we know what is hell!!
We know education and experience go hand in hand.
To gain experience, somewhere we surely need them!
Listening is far more important than speaking,
It gives us wisdom to analyse and direct our thoughts.
Thinking before an act because every action has a consequence,
Is an essential ingredient of one’s competence.
Ignorance gives us confidence to face the world and strength to manage it all.
Decoding hidden agendas are most essential to hone analytical skills and to take a call.
Emotional games give us good grip on our ever-melting hearts.
Such stupendous learnings make us stand strong and smart.
Yes! They are the best grease for human machine.
They make us cogent and scrupulous; they give us the sheen!
