You stung me with your waspish words
Injecting poison into my very soul
Again and again with those stinging syllables
Your words buzzed around my brain
Still you flew in and continued your scathing attack
It all came so easily to you
Viscous vitriol freely flows from your foul mouth
Deeper and deeper the venom seeps

You just stood there laughing at me
Continuing the little jibes and digs
Constantly belittling me
Criticising the way I look.
Mocking everything I say and do
Telling me I’m useless
The only thing you could never find fault with was my cooking -
I trained as a cordon bleu chef

My tears no longer flow
They have dried up like my self-confidence
Finally I can take no more
So I’ve cooked up a tasty little treat for you
Added my own special spice to your curry
I sprinkled flaked almonds on the top
They should mask the taste of the cyanide
Bon Appetite!

You plunged
your knife
so deep
into
my heart

Piercing
cutting
stabbing

Those words
hurt me
so so
deeply

I am
bleeding
hurting
crying

There is
no way
you are
ever
coming
back to
hurt me
again

Poisoned Faith

I cast the shadows of the worlds I lost
I count my sins so I forget the cost
I name my demons in this fading dream
My faith still hides because my heart’s unclean

Once a lie of the mirror’s trust
Lost my sight when I felt my lust
Waking up underneath the stars
I broke away and I’ve come so far

Still so pure underneath this shell
Gazing in and hiding from my hell
I centre myself in a plain of prayer
I look at myself but see nothing there

I am a part of yesterday
The poisons coming and the things they’d say
I keep myself so far away
My yesterday becomes today

I write confessions to depart with death
I will continue after my last breath
I pray for light to come back to me
My only hope lies in what I can not see

   "Poisoned Passion"

hollow heart impaled
tears blind eyes once touched by stars
betrayed by love's ruse
flesh and bone breath pain from grief
dreams swallowed by molten ash.

empty soul stings hurt
love evaporates to dust
golden Sun shines black
passion's flames died in fierce blaze
extinguishing emotions.

masquerade exposed
this "te-ta-te"called mere farce
stolen moments cease
paper mache' promises
tumble shattered pedestal.

You ‘died’
You LIED
I live with my conscious
You live with yours!

You ‘died’
You LIED
I live with my heart
You died with yours!

You ‘died’
You LIED
My heart BEATS with love
You beat with fists

You ‘died’
You deceived the living
I dance with butterflies and rainbows
You drowned in booze long ago

You ‘died’
Along with selfish sins, resurrected
Verbal tirades spewing from devil mouth
Hypocrite from the grave

POISONED

Awww is all I feel
If only I could gaze at this everyday
I would become obssessed with you
Could it be you were talking about me?
Hope I didn't read about someone else?
Bcos now, I fantasize about certain things
Things am yet to believe I was imagining
What kind of scourging words are these?

I'm afraid that I might not sleep tonight
I would be staring at your naked face all through the night
What amazing smile I would see
Would I ever stop hearing that crazy laugh of yours?
What kind of dream would I be dreaming wide awake?
Tonight; I would be thinking about you.

You
Why you?
Why now?
You seriously want to poison me with your love
If I ever survive from this poison
Is it even possible to survive it?
You are really killing me
Since am dying slowly and happy
This would be a lovely death
Thank you!

The Poisoned Land

Yesterday another adorable child of three died
form contamination...how awful was his death!
The miles-long grassland roams with buffalos;
from the outside, they look healthy and strong!

Buffalos and cows still graze in the poisoned land filled
with barrels of toxic waste from the industrial North;
these criminals bury barrels ten feet underground...
they should be imprisoned for as long as they live!

Let them suffer: they'll see the gliding ghosts
of all the beautiful children who have died;
these illegal dumpings have been going on years;
the one who shed light on it was an ex-convict.

Today his loud cry for justice is unheard by all;
feel the anger, the remorse for his wrongdoing!
Can such an abused land exist in an environment
that can't grow healthy fruits and vegetables?

No, it bears bad crops and skeletal, leafless trees...
specters of future plagues and cancerous diseases;
weeping mothers hold those little angels as they slip
into their eternal sleep...no cry is louder than theirs!

Ruins
                                 Of a man
                         Sprawled in the mud
                    Betrayed by woman scorned
                                   Broken

                                    Victim
                                 Of slander
                            Eyes gaze on him
                 With contempt; tongues find him

My Dear Poisoned Beast

My frontal lobe is tickled by your exoticism,
Making one understand why choices made are extreme.
My talons grasp onto what I understand to be true,
Yet your grasp is mines true intention.
Your feathers itch and in my mind tick, tick, tick,
Tick tock self-loathing is eternal when I am in your arms.
Even as I sit here writing, you’re pecking at my poise.
Picking apart the pieces provided for promotion of personality.
“Alliteration is an amateur’s facade for failing phonetic frolics”
It says.
Yet to an extent I appreciate you, you ground me oh feathered monster,
I learn from you and I yearn for you but keep you at distance.
I pluck what I must from you, my dear poisoned beast.
I take control of my own life, from this day onwards.

Taking,
            Quick rapid
                                 Unmonitored
                                                            Pants..and a

Then
        A smile and
                          A raise of clear glass
                                                    Of a fairly cold
                                                                     Quenching water…
The throat
                 Cools,
                        Another
                                   Heave….
With a weird roll of the tongue
The taste
Slicing, cutting, paralyzing the thirsty mouth,
The heart,
                Beats faster,
                                     And beats faster
                                                             And faster than before…
The body
                quivers
                          And trembles
                                   And violently rolls
                                                     -submission-
                                                                    The body
                                                                                  Falls
                                                                                         The glass
                                                                                                           Crushes…

Poisoned Paint

This poem is directed to the victims of the hateful terrorism and extremism

I remember my colorful childhood
Black,white, yellow and red
In one peaceful living painting
We were so perfectly colored

Then,came dark days
In Inattention of colors
A demon hidden in a religious paint
Holding poisoned brushes
And disguised in a costume of a saint

at night,in the absence of all
In our paint he drilled a hole
And a crack happened in the paint
Colors began to seep on the wall

Now,no more colors except dark
I pray to God to bring all colors back

The Wuhan experiment concealed,
The cunning crafts devised,
Myriad of ignorant mass their targets,
An agenda unmasked,
Polluted atmosphere
Forged idea of a prepared viceroy.
"Mask up"
"Six feet"
"isolate"
Inauguration of the control game.
People's servants turned tyrants,
Ignorant bunch of scallywags in power,
turned virologist overnight.
Unending speculations.
Copycats as figuheads.
Dictating to dictators.
Europe did these,
America copied ,
Australia on "socialist" precipice.
The knees on the neck in Canada.
Africa the beggerly consumers.
Dull heads and gracious tyrants.
Leading heads of conquered docile whimps.
Bodily autonomy despised.
President and prime ministers,
more catholic than the pope.
A false cure to healthy citizens.
Euphoria,
A poison patented,
Ask Moderna,
Conception and naming ceremonies,
"Alpha,"
"Beta,"
"Gamma,"
"Delta,"
"Omicron"
Greed sighted opportunity,
Protected from litigation,
Unsuspecting mass of guinea pigs,
Wuhan global poison transverse freely.
No sanctions,
No repercussions,
The plotters planned Olympics.
Media mopped contrary views.
Censorship of facist style journalism.
Doctors silenced.
Massive casualties
Pretenders purloining,
Pharmacopia conspired.
Another false sense of security.
Illiterate dictators consented.
The gaulible on a long queue
Welcomed an experimental ampoule.
The quickest ever.
Greek gifts like Cleopatra flowers.
Criminals rushing to the lab,
The history of past failures overlooked.
Humans, bereft of logic.
Jabbing for fear of death.
The division
Vaccinated deodorized
Unvaccinated criminalized and restricted.
"Omicron" the game changer
Defying experiment
Until the demand and sales pitch failed
Billion in dollars their gains
Casualties their pigs
Sorry, You cannot sue

Poisoned

A thirsty teacher sipped her water
And she could have fainted
For she discovered that
Her water bottle had been tainted.

Two fourth grade students did the job
With poison pills intended
For rats and mice and not
Some human life you might want ended.

The hospital confirmed the deed;
The poison did its trick.
The teacher didn’t die, but yes,
She certainly got sick.

And what will happen to those boys?
They’ll claim it was a prank.
They’re lucky it was just a sip
Their hapless teacher drank.

Though some will say they didn’t know
They’d fooled around with fire,
Their teacher should just thank her stars,
Say “Screw this!” and retire.
